SHAR news out today... Cooper Holding Corp Announces 2 for 1 Forward Split

Cooper Holding Corp (PINKSHEETS: SHAR), a publicly traded company engaged in the wholesale and retail sale of a diverse line of outdoor products through its wholly owned subsidiary Cooper Hunting Industries, Inc., is pleased to announce that the board of directors has unanimously approved a two-for-one forward stock split, applicable to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 5th, 2011 (the "record" date) with distribution taking place on July 15th, 2011 subject to FINRA approval. As a result of the forward stock split, shareholders will receive one additional common share for every share held on the record date. In addition, the number of authorized common shares will increase from 280,000,000 shares to 560,000,000 shares.

Cooper Holding is also expecting to be granted 'Current Information' status by OTC Markets Pink on the very near term horizon, at which time the Company will file for a symbol change and new CUSIP number. Once the stock split is approved and implemented the Company will freeze the post forward split authorized shares at 560,000,000 shares until the end of the current calendar year.
