The viability of JBI's P20 process has not been proven. Currently it's a money pit. And in trouble with the SEC.
That may be a bit of an exaggeration. True, JBI has spent millions building a pyrolysis system that already has over 4000 patents filed with the USPTO and not one of those patents belongs to JBI or John Bordynuik. But the last filing only showed millions spent, not billions.
Of course they can afford an AGM.....they're sitting on unique, never even remotely done before technology worth billions.
Can they afford to host an AGM? JBI might want to consider a video conference.
Actually I do have news from April/May.
The 10Q is delayed again.
The solid waste permit modification is delayed.
A 10K/A was filed stating that John Bordynuik's salary was higher than in the contract and that he got a bonus.
Also in the 10K/A it showed the auditors had been paid an exorbitant amount of money.
Form 4 and 4/A's were filed with JB's share counts changed.
A CT order was posted on the SEC website further hiding details of the RKT agreement.
It's all here:
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0001381105&type=&dateb=&owner=include&count=40
Also, another attorney was hired by JBI for the SEC suit.
Actually we were not discussing RockTenn. We were discussing PVC in JBI's bags of scrap plastic and how a "peak in a bag" could miss PVC.
Raggertail/ragger wire can contain PVC tape & PVC plastic scraps. Is this what RockTenn has in their monofills?
What testing systems does JBI have in place to test for PVC?
I discount the eye watering test mentioned earlier.
The SEC complaint isn't old news. This is an open complaint the SEC has filed against JBI, John Bordynuik and Ron Baldwin filed January 4th 2012.
Much of this is old news over a year old.

But can JBI do it profitably?
There are over 4000 patents on the process so it's not a surprise that JBI can copy what many others have done. I wonder if anyone has a pending patent infringement case against JBI?
Bordynuik Knew the P2O Process Would Work Outside of a Lab
And Scale Up
And would be non-pollutive even without virgin plastic
And would get permitted
And would get free plastic
And would sell fuel
And would get a JV partnership
All in 2009. What a successful visionary to be envied!
Is JBI using their media credits?
ARTICLES POPPING UP EVERYWHERE! .
JBII does PIPES. It's too early to tell if JBII will ever make fuel profitably.
Yea that's correct, JBII does NOT do promos. What JBII does do is make FUEL from plastic at a 86% conversion rate, and you know what? The plastic is free! the process not only works great on the two processors that we have running now, but there are many more being planned to put in service as we start to grow in the very near future, yep fuel has been and is being made and sold...
But how will JBI know what they are getting?
Food packaging – Cling wrap
Plastic food packaging film, commonly known as cling film, has literally revolutionised the food industry thanks to its protective and preserving qualities. Cling films are thin PVC films, which stay flexible and tear resistant with the help of plasticisers. At the same time, it is now regarded as an essential and cost-effective tool for food presentation.
Food Safety
During the thirty or so years that plasticised PVC food packaging films have been available, they have become a major contributor to food safety, protecting meat and dairy products in particular from the micro-organisms that breed quickly when food is left uncovered.
Its versatility has also made cling film one of the most widely used materials for wrapping fresh meat in supermarkets and for food storage in catering establishments as well as at home.
The more commonly used monomeric plasticisers for food packaging PVC cling-films include di-2-ethylhexyl adipate (DEHA) and acetyltributyl citrate (ATBC). Their intrinsic properties render them more suitable than most of the more common phthalate plasticisers which are not generally used in the manufacture of food grade cling film. Other specialty plasticisers such as polymerics or cyclohexanoates can also be used in this application.
Preserving Freshness
Plasticised PVC films preserve the freshness of meat as they have high oxygen and water vapour transmission. They are cost-effective, since they operate satisfactorily on high-speed packing machines, and are effective for display, because they have good clarity. Their good elastic recovery and puncture resistance make them suitable for handling, they have excellent cling properties and can be easily heat-sealed.
For catering and household uses, thinner films with less plasticiser are supplied while maintaining the same cling, clarity and strength properties.
Convenience
The main factors influencing the growth of food packaging are speed and convenience. Traditional frozen products such as green vegetables and carcass meat are declining, being overtaken by added value and convenience foods such as frozen ready meals.
Safe to Use
Despite its versatility and obvious benefits, there has been substantial speculation about the safety of cling film. However, and after having been used in the USA for more than 30 years and for about 25 years in Europe, scientific research has repeatedly shown it is perfectly safe to use.
http://www.plasticisers.org/applications/food-cling-wrap
Standard Shipping Tape can be PVC. Shrink Film can be PVC. JBI will have to test for it.
Last I heard plastic shipping tape and envelopes were not a source of PVC .
I'm confused. I thought it was 4000/hr per processor. But earlier today it was stated 4000/hr out of 2 machines? What is correct?
Processor Nos. 1 & 2 are permitted to operate at 4,000 lbs. per hour, however they are currently operating at 2,000 lbs. per hour. The Company expects to operate both processors at 4,000 lbs. per hour, as per the upgraded Air Permit issued by the New York Department of Environmental Conservation ("NYSDEC"), once the Company receives approval on its amended Solid Waste Permit from the NYSDEC.
The Company expects that this amendment will effectively double the plastic feedstock throughput, from 2,000 lbs/hour per processor to 4,000 lbs/hour, which should double the amount of fuel output each P2O processor can produce.
John never promised to get 4000 lbs per hour out of one machine and here we are the cusp of it. 1 machine now equals two with less expenses. Fuel revs will come q1 was obviously not a full capacity month and i expect the q will be down because of it. Im waiting for three to be up and the solid waste permit to finalize that 4000lb per hour achievement.
JBI appears to have a large accounting staff for a company with very little sales.
CFO - Executive Management
7 in finance & admin.
Employees
As of March 13, 2012, we employed 56 persons on a full-time basis, of which 5 were executive management, 7 were in finance and administration, 5 were in sales and marketing, 37 were in operations and 2 were in customer service and support.

No one disputes that pyrolysis works and I am sure that JBI has been able to duplicate the process. There are numerous patents proving pyrolysis does work. Actually 4716 patents come up when you search the terms pyrolysis and plastic. http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO2&Sect2=HITOFF&p=1&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsearch-bool.html&r=0&f=S&l=50&TERM1=pyrolysis&FIELD1=&co1=AND&TERM2=plastic&FIELD2=&d=PTXT
The "green energy" part of your statement about JBI can be argued. Some articles about JBI have disputed that it is a green process as recently discussed in this NPR article: http://www.npr.org/2012/03/19/147506525/startup-converts-plastic-to-oil-and-finds-a-niche
Based on the patents, JBI is obviously not the first. Viability is tied to profitability. Based on the SEC filings, profitability hasn't been achieved at this point. SEC filings also clearly state that the company does not know if it will ever reach a profitable stage. http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1381105/000121390012002117/0001213900-12-002117-index.htm
I'm certain we will be seeing John Bordynuik's picture for the near future.
REPEAT -- JBII'S PROCESS = FIRST AND ONLY VIABLE GREEN ENERGY PROCESS IN HISTORY
Everybody should understand the magnitude of this irrefutable reality and not get caught up in irrelevant noise.
And here's the MAN that brought it to us all. Get used to seeing his face -- it will continue to be plastered throughout the media as a green energy hero:
This interview with John Bordynuik was a year ago. After reading the subsequent SEC filings, it's obvious John Bordynuik was mistaken in his statements. Do you think he was confused or misleading regarding the serious cash flow being Q2 of last year? If I recall, the investors on "The Pitch" didn't invest in JBI or P2O.
Host: John, when would you hope to start posting sales?
JB: Now. This week.
Host: Actual revenue?
JB: We’re filling tankers at the site now.
Host: What about SERIOUS CASH flow?
JB: SERIOUS CASH FLOW – you’re looking at a quarter out, really. So you’re looking at Q2.

I have. I'm clued in. JBI puts out. RockTenn just lays there.
I do recall that. And another PIPE was being launched at that time. JBII tends to spike around the PIPE offerings. You can check the SEC filings and compare them to the charts. I don't really care about 99% of Wall Street.
It can be a big "whoopty". JBII traded on the OTCBB and received an ""E" for filing late and moved to the OTCQX and then to the OTCQB due to late filings. There can be costs and fines associated with late filings. Public perception of late filings can have a big impact on the stock price.
NT filing? Whoopty....been through this more than once...plenty of companies file NT's.....not a big deal....JBI will file...just like last time...and the time before...etc etc etc
JBI now has to file the quarterly reports 5 days earlier than before.
Quarterly reports Non-accelerated filers - 45 days after end of fiscal quarter
(Form 10-Q) Accelerated filers - 40 days after end of fiscal quarter
Is there a link showing NYC will still allow JBI's #6 because it is clean enough to still be used under their proposed ban.
?
Has some sort of waiver been issued for JBI's #6 to be used in NYC? Does changing to JBI's #6 require any modifications to existing boilers?
Canada only? The product looks very promising. I was hoping the US would approve it. There is a need.

Almost a year since JBI announced the RKT agreement. Nothing from RKT in any filings, conference calls, shareholder calls - nothing. What's happening? NOTHING.
Looks good. Much needed product. Does it have FDA approval yet?
Problem is even if JBI does a PR or an 8K - doesn't mean it's going to happen. Read the PR's on the company website. Read the 8K's.
Because John said so. The last CC said they still didn't have a construction permit and there's been no announced progress at all. None. Not a single word from anyone. The history with JBI is that if it isn't in an 8K and/or a PR, then it hasn't happened. The hard lesson here is that you can't assume any progress has been made because 99% of the time, it hasn't
But this is only a "simple modification". Think someone told them about the outside storage of bags and boxes?
Complete Status - This can be blank, incomplete, or complete. If blank that mean completeness has not been determined or is not necessary. If incomplete the application is missing information needed to process it. If complete the permit application provides enough information for technical review to commence.
Still has a way to go. Missing information? WTF?
I will post links & contact information in 2012 when the time is right or when the JBI P2O patents are posted. Whichever comes first.
Actually I do. But to avoid disrupting phone calls and emails, I've promised not to reveal that information at this time.
Because it's been done before and IS being done by several companies who have PATENTS. Nothing new here.
What is important is the PROFIT. Will it be 90% as claimed since 2009?

Why don't you call them and voice your concerns?
Does the DEC know about this? No boxes were mentioned in the inspection report from February made available by the FOIA (Freedom of Information Act). No feedstock is to be stored outside, doesn't matter what it's stored in - boxes or bags.
It was clearly stated that plastic was to be unloaded in the scrap plastic feedstock storage building or the waste plastic processing building:
"Plastic material which is accepted at the facility will be unloaded either into the raw material storage facility or directly into the processing building"
Page 4 of Attachment B

Surprised that no one has mentioned the large plastic boxes that are preferred for delivery and have been in service for some time .Quick to load and unload . They have wind proof lids and hold up to 700lbs .They should meet DEC requirements for outside storage since they seal the plastic from the outside elements Their concerns about the bags is for not
10Q DUE TOMORROW unless it's delayed. SWP MOD DUE TODAY but may not be posted for a few days.
Doesn't make a difference if JBI has a catalyst or JBI has fuel that is useable if it's not profitable.
Anyone who has ever held a management position would know that actual wages are not the true wages. Most hourly employees know this as they are issued true wage statements annually(or should be).
Maybe one of those forensic accountants will break down the G&A expenses during the trial.
So it's OK if they sneak in a little PVC or a few water bottles right?
It doesn't say every piece of plastic must be inspected, but rather, "the material" -- peaking into each bag and making sure it's bags of mixed colored dirty plastics seems reasonable to me. In fact, it states a "visual inspection" as well as review of the MSDS sheets.
The revenue contest is for fuel only - not cardboard or anything sold by the MRF. If the numbers are not broken out(as promised in the past), they are meaningless.
June 5th, 2009 - To the shareholders of 310 Holdings Inc:
I, John Bordynuik, have recently acquired 63% of 310 Holdings Inc (TRTN).
I will not affect a reverse stock split of TRTN. I will not reverse merge another company into TRTN.
TRTN will be in a state of transition. I expect this to occur over the next month as I hire engineers, staff, move resources, and acquire a building for TRTN. TRTN will acquire assets, technologies and companies that have great value and would be profitable if they weren't so severely overleveraged with debt, excessive staff, and other draining systems. TRTN will also monetize IP that I presently own, or IP gained from mining old data. I have a significant reputation in the magnetic media and data migration industry which I believe will benefit the shareholders of 310 Holdings Inc. I also have an excellent working relationship with NASA and many other organizations which will positively affect the integrity and opportunities of this company.
In early April I participated in Harvard's Corporate Restructuring, Mergers, and Acquisitions - Creating Value in Turbulent Times. I have a new network of acquaintances who share my business views and have offered assistance. There are many opportunities in the US and I will focus our efforts in sectors that my staff and I have experience in.
As always, my primary focus is to maximize shareholder value. This can be best executed with the right new technology, assets, and talent.
Regards,
John Bordynuik
