Hot damn! I’m getting flashbacks of buying ActiPatch at my local CVS and having the SKU ready so the manager could reorder.
This has major people, very smart strategy to piggy back on products with that already have shelf space.
Can you imagine having to wait until October 2021 to negotiate floor plans for February 2022?
That being said, BIEL should have taken the CVS deal from years ago and continued to expand after the successful soft rollout, but better late than never. I see this distro model as having considerably less risk and lots of synergy - yes synergy with other companies and products.
Better to have the tech in a brace, wrap, or tape rather than a loop that people have never seen before.
Have used BIEL on my knees twice recently with the old Protex sleeve, a day at a time, and it worked wonders.
Semi-chronic knee issues that flare up with prolonged lifting and moving furniture/boxes, etc. Always goes away with ActiPatch.
Get ready people, PEMF will be standard of care for post surgical wound healing, joint pain, and general sports injuries in the near future. Here’s hoping BIEL has a big enough of a lead to take a controlling stake in that market windfall.
Mental health applications using PEMF hats are well on the way. Get yours today! On my Christmas wish list anyway. (Not to be confused with a tinfoil hat designed to stop unwanted messages).
Can you post the best sales track link and search term you are using to look up the results?
I have faith in BIEL, I just want to follow along. I know a while ago, years maybe someone had posted a brick seeker link.
Does sales track capture any international sales? If not, what does?
Looking good BIEL, looking good.
My only edit in the press release would have been to repeat “KT Tape!” over and over again.
That’s the product that has great name recognition.
Crazier things have happened, it’s a great buy for Perdue or J&J.
No other PEMF company has the clearances we do.
I’ve been waiting for some evidence that it can help with covid-related lung damage. Maybe a vest like setup where the devices slide in over your back where a doctor would place his stethoscope and tell you to take a deep breath.
Permanent lung damage resulting in 20-30% capacity is very common. Have been following the pandemic very closely and for anyone with that type of lung damage, they will need to think outside the box with regard to treatments in addition to physical type therapy.
So in a nutshell not it the customers pay up front, but when goods are delivered.
So even based on the pictures of boxes alone being sent to Mundi, I don’t think the majority of revenue from any large new orders has been recognized.
Just a semi educated guess
Who is this from? Looks like solid analysis to me.
Im not a CPA, but as far as accounts receivable and recognizing revenue and profits, there are multiple different accounting methods.
I believe based on the fact we are delivering physical goods and not providing SaaS or doing construction, under GAAP, they should use the “Accrual Recognition.”
“The revenue recognition principle, a feature of accrual accounting, requires that revenues are recognized on the income statement in the period when realized and earned—not necessarily when cash is received. Realizable means that goods or services have been received by the customer, but payment for the good or service is expected later. Earned revenue accounts for goods or services that have been provided or performed, respectively.
The revenue-generating activity must be fully or essentially complete for it to be included in revenue during the respective accounting period. Also, there must be a reasonable level of certainty that earned revenue payment will be received. Lastly, according to the matching principle, the revenue and its associated costs must be reported in the same accounting period”

Any idea what’s pushing the buy volume today? Been away from this board for a while ...
I assume pending announcements of partner agreements or orders that were alluded to in the August letter from our new member of the Board or Directors.
Historically weak management who turned down huge partnerships and an intransigent FDA that went on approving brand new addictive pain relievers while giving us a really hard time for no great reason. At least there’s not a good non-corrupt reason.
You also have SEC judgment and litigation which was a real albatross around BIELs neck. That plus penny stock status, reporting issues, and a bunch of unaudited financials and a lot of people wouldn’t have touched this with a 10 foot pole. Especially if you are a financial adviser or broker, it would have been really hard to recommend this to anyone given the stocks performance and red flags.
All that being said, I don’t think we are going to stay at 17 for long. I have no doubt that eventually contracts get signed with these partners and the purchase orders start rolling in.
That 120,000 purchase order is a big, big deal and that’s Mundipharm and SE Asia. Wait until the domestic market starts firing on all cylinders.
Basic market cap is share price times outstanding shares. With BIEL the market cap you will see on iHub or Yahoo is often a little out of date and they may not have kept up to date on the current share total.
At times, BIEL’s market cap is ridiculously
low and you wonder why someone didn’t keep buying shares until they could put whomever they wanted on the Board of Directors to vote in their favorite candidates.
I think the easiest answer is there’s not a lot of liquidity and you have to actually get a relatively small number of big shareholders to fork them over.
Agree.
It’s probably also the best written business update from BIEL. It made sense, had tons of detail, and provided plenty of explanation for the strategy.
They need to let Staelin write everything moving forward.
Just hurt my knee jogging. Good think I bought an Actipatch Protex knee sleeve while they were still being sold!
Stay strong people, you can’t kill BIEL. Many have tried. The tide is turning.
Personally, I’ve gotten really tired of those constant emails. Everyday I get new notifications on LinkedIn and new spam emails about Covid from every company I’ve ever given my email to.
I understand how dangerous it is, I live in a hotspot, I believe I had it and couldn’t get tested. Common sense that companies will need to adjust to changing laws, conditions, and effects in their supply chain - and above all to protect the healer of their employees, customers and business partners. Every one of those BS emails starts with a full paragraph of the same platitudes.
Could Kelly have executed major contracts and reported them within the first 100 or 180 days (an I’ll advised pledge if there ever was one) absent the pandemic? We’ll never know. But I do believe she’s done the best show could. Could Mark Cuban, Richard Branson, or our Art I’d the deal-commander in Chief have done a better job? Who knows.
I don’t think covid related platitudes and updates on vague effects on potential deals we can’t talk a long bc of NDAs have helped? Maybe.
But I believe that she is doing the best she can. Expect serious delays as a result of covid.
Looks like he was inventing a separate electric device for nerve modulation in 2005. Check out the NYT article from then. Maybe we won the FDA race and he wants to partner - cant beat’em, join’em.

Congrats to all! Let’s hope some lives are saved by drug free pain relief.
This is great news. An early Christmas present. BoD and new CEO are game changing
Glad to hear things are running smoothly. CEOs absolutely do matter, so do BoDs, that’s why they exist.
The right CEO (Richard or Keith) can right the ship by getting us on 1,000s of shelves, getting us actual advertising, getting upfront payments from partners, and the right kind of PR. Not to mention avoiding disasters like the CE mark.
The worst one was Dsuvia, yet another pain killer that was recently approved while BIEL’s applications got that crazy gender difference objection and we weren’t selected for that opiate challenge. Just what the world needs, another dangerous drug.
I wrote some angry emails to the FDA over that one.
Agree that there’s substance in the emails. Given SH hopes that BIEL will revisit some of the old partnerships, it’s good to get confirmation in writing from the company.
The further FDA delay related to staffing is disappointing, but it does sound like the “administrative” hurdles here are more than half the battle. The technology works, the FDA knows it and now we have yet another study to support general clearance.
But jeez, you’d think that a drug free pain relief device would get a little more attention and staffing given the ongoing opiate crisis.
Sad but true. Success should have happened in Andy’s lifetime. Publicly traded companies need actual BoDs and SH votes.
It’s not over, not even close. I wish this thing would have gone to .11 years ago and I could have cashed out in favor of more professionally run microcaps, but that wasn’t in the cards. The product itself is valuable , but some very poor decisions must have been made in the last couple of years.
How else do you explain the CVS deal inexplicably disappearing?
Lead (sole) decision maker has passed away. Things will definitely change, odds are for the better.
NDAs are a dime-a-dozen in business. I’ve helped write them, edit them, and I’ve seen many broken. In no way shape or form are new NDAs a big deal.
As others have pointed out. They are super common when someone is hired or terminates their employment. Also common in M&A situations, partnerships between businesses, commercial litigation, HR litigation, etc.
I’d take that job right now for those terms.
There’s a phone number too. Call the man, he’s happy to talk to investors. I talked to him a couple of months ago about a new cEo and BoD.
We’ve got a buy rating! God is good. This could be the start of a great cycle.
Too low, blah blah offering price la di dah....
This is more than twice where we are now!! Reports and price targets have to start somewhere ppl. Bit going to say $45 right off the bat. Still better than the 1.30s and 1.80s I paid recently.
Ordered 4 myself. They look great, arrived earlier than expected and KT tape is a big improvement. If you’re a long, order on Walmart.com now (the version supplied by Bioelectronics, not a third party) or in early August. These could be some of Biel’s most impactful sales if it helps the Walmart shelf space negotiations.
If Verb alone revenue does go to $4mm and the sp exploded I’m buying a coffee mug and a T-shirt.
I’m patient and have been able to average down, but I’d much rather average up at the start of a sustained run.
Any deal with Walmart that generates a steady profit margin should be accepted. The disparity in bargaining power is ridiculous. Walmart can go on just fine without us. I’m not sure that we can. Selling shares is getting old and quarter after quarter of losses isn’t sustainable.
Very glad that the company has made significant progress with the FDA. FDA knows us and our products now. It’s hard to imagine that they deny musculoskeletal OTC clearance when Recovery Rx just got approved. Submitting the neck study results should be enough.
Those results seem to be due around the same time as the second Walmart meeting. I wonder what percentage of the thousands of companies were asked to come back for a second meeting.
Does anyone know how to track Walmart.com sales? I remember a poster seem to be able to do it on Boots website back before it was pulled behind the pharmacy counter.
Things are definitely looking up. I believe Walmart is a big enough name and enough pressure has been put on management that there’s little chance a Walmart offer would be rejected. JMO
This one’s on the shareholders to bring home. We’ve been slacking, turning down deals left and right, violating SEC orders, diluting the share structure, and most of all not being vocal enough of how we feel.
Plus there’s been all those shareholder votes where we voted for Andy repeatedly.
My back hurts right now. I can use them.
Bought 4 on Walmart.com. Just trying to do my duty to support The Cause. In for a penny, in for a pound.
Walmart Online Sales: Does anyone know whether Walmart is referring to sales on its website that involve Kosher Vitamins, a third party supplier? If so, they’ve been offered on Walmart’s site for a year or more from this same supplier.
A better test would be Walmart offering it themselves or with BIEL or Mundipharm as the supplier.
I’m still not through the interview yet, forgive me if this is covered.
If there’s no change in how it’s being sold on W’s website and without addt’l promotion or marketing I fail to see what will change between now and August.
Man, you should start a seminar business on how to get rich day trading.
IMO, shorting this is a losing strategy for the next several months.
Fridays ads typically green, IMO if we stay green today, it’s green all week! That should get us a decent NASDAQ alert and maybe a seeking alpha blurb. Should hold us over until AGP initiates analyst coverage.
$2.55 printed! Where are the technical traders? What’s our next resistance level? Are we in golden cross territory yet?
More power to you, I guess. Providing liquidity to the market. But I see this as the start of a sustained uptrend. Now that we are on NASDAQ we’ll be making the regular news alerts for this run upwards. Starting a virtuous cycle of analyst reports, positive PRs, revenue projections and further upward runs.
Cue the irrational exuberance.
That’s what I could call a significant head start or “moat” protecting their business from competitors.
Just like Netflix built a colossal advantage that couldn’t be surpassed.
I don’t think it would have happened that quickly, they submitted some supplemental stats info yesterday. The FDA would likely need a week to get a response letter drafted and approved, it wouldn’t be that quick.
Not an expert in how the convertible notes work, but it could be a note holder exercising their option to get shares.
Showing a lot of strength here. Would love to see a three day run upwards. Maybe we’ll finally begin a sustained rally here like the end of 2017 into 2018.
