Now that's a tall task my friend...Surprised Jimmy has yet to announce the selling of Lower Lake property to ECGI Holdings because ECGI is acquiring all 40 acres plus rights to any cannabis licenses should they be issued (sgmd deal limited to mj zoned 6 acres approval)...ECGI is essentially a shell acquired by Cheung..It has zero revenue since Cheung took over and only two deals announced both involve sgmd..Jimmy will use ecgi for dilution opportunities imo..And ecgi could be surprising opportunities..We've seen the Asian Boyz manipulate NUGS and MCOA and Cannabis Global and Clubhouse Media to their advantage.
I expect Jimmy will PR info that sgmd will still be involved with ECGI Lower Lake mj development somehow.

Miller should have little trouble beyond standard filing procedures..Several years ago we exposed the NWGC scam..Quite exciting actually..In summary, CEO Robert Talbot did a mine deal with a notable mine owner in Ecuador..Talbot was suppose to infuse $2m in two years developing the operation..Did a Skype session with mine co-owner and she confirmed the deal transaction did take place initially as pumped, but Talbot never invested the $2m in mine development so the deal rescinded..but Talbot continued fraudulently cooking the books and reporting as financials for several years!..The lengthy DD process all on ihub..Contacted (threatened with media exposure) the Director who happened to be a reputable Edmonton Canada sports broadcaster who brought in outside council..That got the ball rolling, nwgc simply faded into obscurity and Bob Talbot ended up losing his Edmonton home and entered assisted living facility last we knew..also, "sister" Andes Gold former CEO was wanted on Interpol List during this time..i chit you not!..He was wanted for fraud, but as long as he remained in Ecuador he could not be extradited by Interpol.Some crazy, entertaining stuff for the nwgc ihub board for couple years..

As a licensed operator, i can simply submit a location to be used as a dispensary. As long as it meets the requirements of being retail, being in a jurisdicion that allows cannabis and is 150 meters from a school, it will be approved. Its then simply a matter of build out and inspection.
And yes, a manager needs to pass a simple background test and get some basic training to be licensed.
None of these things require unusual wait times and the stores can be opened as quickly as our construction and inspections allow.
