That is the correct location.
The physical space of the unit is ~3000 feet but that space will be used for storage, ops and dispensary. The dispensary area will be about 1/3 of the space.
Miramar is a friendly neighbor that has offered to help advise as needed but they are not going to be the "contractor".
Obviously things can change but this is how the plan is currently written :).
