PVHO up 189% today. Sounds like news coming out ;)
very small float as evidenced by today.
Great to see PVHO get some attention :)
GTLA! Given this company usually puts out April PRs, I'm looking forward to a great move in the short term! :)
I've been in with Provision for a bit, and I'm not too worried. Can't think of pennies like large cap stocks. The thing that has this company is that it has had a lot of positive assocations with it, including WSJ, Gil Amelio from Apple, Kodak rollout, and so on. I think some has been poorly executed due to lack of resources.
The company isn't flipping CEOs every day, and you don't see reverse splits and unpluggable dilution. I really think their senior staff is working to get a great product out there.
I disagree. They've been over in Europe for years. This is not new news, maybe their distributor has changed. Again, the approach the company is taking is for reach and frequency requires large amounts of viewership.
I know Curt was looking into the slots/casino world under more of a prem. model (higher cost per viewership) but I think that's super touch to sustain. It means you need advertisers to pay giant dollars to casino folks in an ultra niche territory. The plan to capture a larger audience I think is right. Just tough to effectively do at once.
I think we're going to see us back in the $0.08 range soon. Not much news right now, but I think this is going to change.
I think the company is holding fine as it is, far better than other pennies and stinky out there from 2 years ago. The company is down 50% but compared to other companies (some that are repeatedly named on this board), it is far better whereas some continuously drop month after month. Yeah, it's not the best thing, but that's the risk with investing in pennies. I would say it is FAR LESS riskier than some of the others out there, which is why I have bought.
I really think the company has held itself pretty good, and I really think a solid partnership is going to send the value of the stock up again.
I very much agree with you. The float, for the most part (compared to other pennies), is under control, I would say. The technology is pretty locked with patents, and the company's founders are still here.
With the economy going to the tanker, and losing KODAK I think hurt what's happening here. There's outstanding opportunity, and I honestly believe there will be good news in the near term.
It's a great idea with great technology. The problem is that it's difficult to implement on the tactical-level. It's like Google's AdSense, yeah it's great because of the reach and scale.
Agreed. :)
The company has great concept with a strong IP of tech. If it gets really bad, they can start selling their trademarks and patents up in Silicon Valley.
The issue is that I think a lot of investors are impatient and want it to explode right now. Many companies take a long time to grow because taking a concept to technology demonstration to productization takes time and money and energy.
I think PVHO is going to have its day...
Oversold. A PR will send a nice bounce back. The PR firm did say there would be a series of PRs, so can't wait to hear 'em :)
Nice PVHO!
There is significant upside I feel which to me out weights the risks. You forget that the company owns patents on the technology, has Gil Amelio (of Apple, Inc.) on it's advisory board and other partnerships.
I think there has been just some bad luck for the company given the financial situation in 2008. They're partnered with Kodak for the rollout and now Kodak is having problems thus affecting their launch.
I think the company can launch a sizable rollout but will take some time to deploy in the market given the firm's size. Regardless, when this happens it will be huge IMHO.
I think the co is on a run now ;)
Thomson Reuters did a snippet about Provision as part of their 3D IP coverage a few years ago.

Running a business is tough and I think PVHO is doing pretty good so far.
They partnered with Kodak. I think Kodak's problems just slowed down growth opportunities. Kodak is in charge of rolling out the kiosks to the stores but because is having their own problems now, I am sure there is some issues.
Kodak is put out some information on working with PVHO right here.
Very cool!
PVHO is setting up nicely for a good run, IMHO.
Nice chart on PVHO!
Indeed. PVHO has gotten a trial run of their kiosks installed. I suspect any announcement will be big.
The word is going to get out! ;)
Yeah. Patience is a virtue here I say.
April 13.
Soon enough. Just need that PR to go for PVHO ;)
Big stuff here
Because their rollout partner Eastman Kodak is in bankruptcy and now a penny stock :)
It's going to be a while. If you're waiting for a spike - I don't think we'll see it. But we'll see gradual activity.
Sweet stuff! This is awesome!
52-week high
Sweetness. PVHO is gonna rock out! :)
Interesting, some movement going on here and appears to be holding and/or moving up.
Sweetness!
