How many trades today?? 6?
10% return in a month, not bad. The big catalysts are ahead. 3 wells due any day, and earnings on/around the 15th, with a much different reserve report. Also, an acquisition or DPA is probably being worked on (they flatly said this in a January PR while the market was tanking), and they have a pending geothermal IPO, in which they have a 25% interest. A 500mm market cap would put 125mm on the USEG balance sheet.
Brigham, their operator is soaring to new highs every day. BEXP. What is not to like here?
Nothing wrong with owning both, I do. I've only stated what I believe to be a short-term catalyst problem. Let me put it to you this way. I own another stock called IGOI. Here are the highlights:
Market cap $36mm
Cash = $34mm
How do you beat that? A cash to market cap ratio of 1 to 1. Does FTER have that much cash per share?
Price to sales = .6. That's right, it does almost twice the sales of the market cap. (FTER is comparable here.)
What the hell is wrong then? They trade on the Nasdaq. They just launched a new line of products and are testing them in Walmart. They've actually come right out and said their sales are excellent.
It's because if you don't have the eyeballs, you don't have buyers, and you don't have buyers you don't have a share price that goes up.
Well, I've loaded up on IGOI, and the conference call is a week from tomorrow. If these guys are ignored on a major exchange, now you can see how a non-audited, non-major exchange micro cap can languish in obscurity for a long time. Hey, I would love for FTER to do well, but I'm not expecting it until the next earnings release.
Not too long, maybe a month. The application is in with FINRA, they stated that.
Here's your answer, SGTI. Makes FTER look like child's play.
The actual format. Unprofessional. Get an accountant and have him sign real docs, not a Word printout.
Look, I only said that it wasn't going to see volume for a while. I don't need any more lessons on good dilution. I own it, the valuation is tremendous.
Trading is thin. They diluted, that sends people away. They are a nice little story, but without eyeballs, it can only go down. The best thing for them, would be to clean up the financials that look like my college homework assignment, get an auditor, and aim for the OTCBB.
I doubt this will move for a while.
This is classic. Technicals and charts are irrelevant when you have no liquidity, shady MM's, and no buyers. I'm going to ignore this stock until they get the name change through FINRA, file the 10-k and move up to the OTC. At that point it will be a 5-10 bagger. Who painted the .125 with 2000 shares? Take a wild guess.....
Clearly this is a cheap stock. Over $2 of cash/share and price to book is 1.
The forward P/E is not 1. In fact, a 50% increase in top line, should put this number at .045/share for 2010. Net revenue is a top line estimate, not bottom line.
I added a little, and I will add more if it goes lower. I smell a massive beat coming, and they may want to raise a few bucks. But, I believe they are interested in acquisitions, and for that I will buy on the dips.
I dumped CAGC on valuation, it is way ahead of itself. It is heading toward it's pre-split price in a month, and that is just ridiculous.
I jumped in at the same price. Let's see what happens. I'd be out around $10, that would be over 10x 2009, if they guided right.
CPBY is the same deal, price should be around $6 at 10x, earnings Friday at 8 am.
Anyone have thoughts on that massive shelf??
Noted. But the Chinese NY just ended. It's a buying opp. historically. And, best of all, valuation is cheap. How do you beat valuation?
I like the valuation here, and I agree with both of you guys, but it is much better to enter before the PR. The MM's will gap it up if they beat big, so I would rather be in early. Besides, the guidance is for a monster beat, how bad could they miss at this price? I'm in.
The name change application is with FINRA, this is great news. I bet this will end up on AMEX or NASD during 2010.
That's because all the shareholders call the stores constantly asking if they are in stock. Whatever works, thanks for the update...
Shares are thin, this could be volatile. With 61% of the shares in management hands as they are trying to uplist this stock, there are only 24 mm free floating.

Oscar is posting nonsense. Look at his posting history, non-existent.
Not true, here is their Russian site, translated.

Not true, it is 64mm shares after the purchase of the shell.
I was interested, and I will watch the price action, but run for the hills at any sign of fraudulence, which will eventually arise.
Katx is a real company, actually. It's just going to take a while to realize the value.
That link is pure junk.
Not giving advice or help, trying to make cogent points.
Pr's are the worst thing going for them. Insanely superfluous.
This is junk. Not 100% sure, but 95% sure.
This is an atypical pink play. Shell for an equity raise. I am dipping my toe in Monday.
Now this is the kind of pink I love. Real info and website, solid filings that appear to be header to a higher listing. No BS PR's about 100 million deals, or daily PR's about nothing. Clearly this ticker is going to change and they are heading to a different exchange. Nice entry point, and trading at 10x 2008 earnings.
This does not pass the smell test. Reminds me of PGNE, that did not end well. Gavin is non-existent, Geo-Solis is a real company, specializing in solar installs. Use extreme caution.

Just place my pre-order for tomorrow at .05. Let's see if it fills.
Only have 55k shares so far, but will add on anything around .025.
Sorry, I meant .03 more cents. Then it would be at the correct price.
Come to Mama....only 2 cents until load up time.....
You told me it wouldn't get near here.
Keep in mind, 10x earnings is .036. Now I understand that says nothing for the growth rate, but when it gets near here, it is load up time.
What is amazing about this stock is its shocking lack of liquidity. The CEO owns 40% and Pope Capital owns 10%, which leaves 9 million shares out there. Some are probably owned by other company insiders. The market makers have barely any shares. The price action today was scary, I had to get out at a small loss and wait for cheaper days. This is like owning lumber futures, no place to sell them if you need to escape without getting gouged.
