So I just noticed 379 of these $100.00 bonds @ 13% per year deposited in my account. Does this mean they are transferable now for $100.00 ea.?
Does anyone know when the interest is due to be paid on these and is back interest due?
If I am understanding this right, they are worth $37,900 now or $78,832 (total of interest payments) over the life of the bond?
Has anyone done the math on what the recent $6M deal will do to the PPS valuation estimate?
Picked up another 350,000 shares today. At these prices and the recent news I couldn't resist.
Who cares? They just closed over 6M in sales.
Every time I get nervous about this holding I just remind myself of the 21m combined shares held by Appaloosa and Greywolf. Last I checked, they weren't unloading and neither is the BOD.
Everytime you post I get a sudden urge to purchase more FNMA and FMCC. Your desperation is a positive omen for the future price outlook.
Susman seems like a principled individual. Just look at his firm's business model: "Boutique firm charging fees for result not effort; advocate of reducing costs by being agreeable." Based on court docs we can surmise that S&G has not yet been paid (at least compared to other firms involved) which could quite possibly indicate that the results of his firm's work have not yet been realized. There is certainly more to come IMHO.
"Tyler Durden" (ZeroHedge) post on Twitter:
"Rumor Michael Lewis is starting a book on JPMorgan. Jamie Dimon's days as a free man are numbered."
I have seen some pretty thorough write-ups of the JPM / FDIC fraud on this message board. I would suggest reaching out to Michael Lewis and providing him some of the DD discovered from board members here. If the rumors are true, Mr. Lewis may have to do his best to avoid sudden and mysterious suicidal impulses and avoid high buildings and overpasses.
In the recent 10Q fins, there was mention that there can't be an ownership change (IRS defines an ownership change as a single entity buying 5% or more of outstanding shares) as it would affect WMIH's ability to utilize NOLs. Wouldn't that indicate that the company and major shareholders (hedgies) would not want any "shaking of the tree" or share price games to try and get weak hands to sell shares? It seems that a stable share price is in the best interest of everyone involved. Am I reading this right?
We are one KKR or Blackstone private equity deal away from launching into the stratoshere. Conveniently though, Eric has already figured out alternate sources of funding for major releases so it may not even be necessary.
Dear MtGox Customers,
In light of recent news reports and the potential repercussions on MtGox's operations and the market, a decision was taken to close all transactions for the time being in order to protect the site and our users. We will be closely monitoring the situation and will react accordingly.
Best regards,
MtGox Team
In other words: sayonara suckers!
I hope you didn't have the farm tied up in BC through MtGox. Luckily I only had a few coins in there that I was using to exploit the volatility.
It looks like I am the one who got exploited.
I think the MTGox website is down. The page doesn't throw an error but I just get a grey screen.
I hope I don't loose my COINZ!
Or "I lost my savings at MtGox and all I got was this stupid Yubikey". lol
Thank you for that detailed report of topics discussed at the shareholders meeting. It is reassuring to discover the FIFO vs. specific invoice issue is being addressed and I look forward to future updates on accounting revision updates.
Can you post updates from your phone for us little guys who couldn't make the journey?
Thanks in advance,
Kilshaw
Okay so we know we have a unique and innovate product that is in demand.
What about financials and share structure of the company? Are they current?
According to their latest 8k filings, less than 10% of their common shares are issued and outstanding. This has the potential for massive dilution.
What about the management? What are their stated goals and timeline for uplifting onto a reputable exchange? Where are they on audited FINS? Can we get managements' BIOs up here?
During the last price run, was there any dilution?
Thanks in advance if anyone has any insight they can share.

Is there anyone on this board who is attending the NY meeting that has a twitter account that they can tweet updates from the SHM out to us from? I would be willing to do the same if I was attending but can't on account of me being in Afghanistan for the next few months.
I smell a Blackstone or KKR deal in the works with those New York boys. If this is the case, we are going parabolic.
Lions Gate almost hit $33.00 today. Lions Gate graduated out of the market space that HHSE is going to fill. The key to success is being able to tap into the revenue potential of the theatrical releases while simultaneously being able to manage the inherent risk of such a venture. Eric has laid out such a plan.
In two years time, I would be happy with .25 a share but I have a feeling we will be going much higher than that.
Get ready for more profit increases in 2014!
Thirteen straight quarters of profit and an audit hitting the wire would put us on the radar of a private equity group like Blackstone or KKR.
I wonder if the purpose of opening up the NY office? Any of these big outfits attending the SHM?
Can you recommend a mining hardware platform BB?
Thanks in advance.

I suspect that there are a few folks waiting on the sidelines with $50k (give or take) waiting for that audit to drop...
I'm thinking that HHSE will soon be able to take on some of these more expensive theatrical release projects by outsourcing risk and in the interim, building a solid financial base model consisting of steady and consistent streams of revenue. These projects are risky but when they hit, they hit big. I think HHSE is positioning itself right.
Ah I missed that.
Correction: Focusing on reliable revenue streams and OUTSOURCING the risk of high dollar theatrical releases. Even better.
The high risk associated with theatrical release (flops) does not fit the current business model phase. In the future, I expect HHSE to have enough capital on hand to pursue such high risk ventures without having a flop throw the company back into debt.
Playing it safe. Focusing on reliable revenue streams for the time being. I like that.
This is just the start. My guess is that Eric is sitting on a lot of information lined up and ready for release. I hope he does it in a way that sets up an epic short squeeze.
Both parties have a lot of dirt on each other concerning 'Project West' and the WAMU seizure. Hopefully it gets ugly between these two criminal enterprises and the lid gets blown wide open on criminal aspects of the deal.
HHSE wealth,
Thanks, and that answers my question.
So Eric and Fred have offered to take not only reduced salaries but deferred payments as well until this rocket launches. Sounds like they are confident in the future of HHSE. This is a good indication of the exec team's intentions as most pinksheet execs just milk the estate dry just before the death spiral dilution stage commences.
On a side note, I wouldn't be opposed to Eric and Fred receiving some restricted shares as part of compensation as long as it wasn't over-diluting the O/S count as it would further incentive-ize the the executive team. I would like to see them benefit handsomely once this launches since their efforts will be benefiting the shareholders as well.

Ben
Someone mentioned before that the executive team over at Hannover House had opted to recieve modest salaries and common shares in lieu of high cash salaries. Can anyone confirm this? Are the compensation packages public?
Thanks in advance,
BB
My broker won't allow me to trade in these CT's even though I own a few already in said account. Can any of you recommend a broker that does? I want more!
Notice how this news breaks shortly after a meeting in LA between Eric and Fox Network? Something's brewing...
Erick is at the Fox Plaza in Los Angeles this week. Can't wait to see what deal he has cooking up for us next!
Steady and consistent more like. That seems to be the trajectory.
Rome wasn't built in a day my friend and investing is about identifying value before the market prices in that value. Clearly the market hasn't priced in the value of HHSE. We are on the cusp of something extraordinary here. Take advantage while you can!
'Off Balance Sheet' or better stated as Unrealized asset value that is not reflected on the balance sheet.
So what indicated to you that HHSE was a scam?
Was it the minimal dilution?
Was it the low salaries that the executives have opted to take?
Was it the lack of death spiral financing?
Please enlighten us on the evidence you have garnered that would indicate that HHSE is a scam.
If this was a scam, the executives would all be pulling in huge salaries and the share structure would have dove into the death spiral financing stage by now.
Eric has everything to gain from completing the audit.
