I'm almost positive it was listed in the features list at some point for the n9000. I haven't had time to go looking yet...maybe later.
Seems like he's made great use of it. 0 tweets and his info still shows 310 holdings as the name of the company.
Wasn't it supposed to have a credit/debit card reader?
Thanks for the insight Mike.
Looking forward to reading that next week.
That's silly.
Wouldn't a national accounting firm love auditing a company and pointing out a scam? Seems like positive publicity to me. I'm ok with JBI going with someone smaller and cheaper as long as they can do the job.
It would be nice to hear JB's explanation though as he did specifically state they would be seeking one of the big 4.
He's probably more of a genius because he made this decision. Only time will tell.
I would assume the same.
Maybe they will file it today...
I wondered the same thing. Then I decided that if this firm can do the same job for cheaper then why waste money on one of the other firms?
If this company ever stops performing properly they can always switch.
Our consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2009 was audited by Gately & Associates, LLC.
And later it states that the report and 10-K can be obtained by contacting them. Why hasn't it been released online like all the others?
While I doubt it is healthy, or accurate, to make such broad sweeping statements I have to wonder why you think it such a bad thing for businesses to have goals/ambitions.
I'd think improving one's business to the point that it is successful enough to uplist to a senior exchange would be a desirable thing.
Well it has been documented here (go back and read the history if you want) that turning plastic to oil is an old and well established process that indeed works. It isn't magic.
What we are buying into is the idea that someone can revolutionize a process and make it more efficient. While I have done no research I would bet you some of my shares that people have been revolutionizing old processes and making them more efficient for a very long time.
I'm not sure the hype will support it for another month
I feel like we've been hearing that since January.
They never do.
dollar a share isn't going to happen
I agree 100%
investors with vision PLENTY of time to LOAD UP!!!
Sadly you had to have vision + $$$. I loaded up as much as I could and flipped it a few times on the run up from .26 to $1. Did the best I could and am waiting to reap the rewards.
My first buys were at .26...you beat me.
I'm still waiting on that amazing dumping that will drop the price back to $1. Maybe that will happen before the meeting so I can go into it with five times the shares.
Only a month left until the AGM. This is make it or break it month for JBII. IsleChem report....uplisting news (hopefully)....quarter report.....we'll see what happens.
I'm pretty sure I know which way it will go. Up.
Nope. And he never did either. At least no one has been able to prove so far that JB himself has said that.
Did I mention he has a 170 IQ???
but how about an hour on the phone to very confused investors?
So you're an investor now?
Once the freshly audited, NASDAQ or AMEX approved, financials are out will you all stop caring about the media credits even if they are still 60% or higher of the company's assets?
Just wondering what level of validation you require.
5-10 minutes a day posting quick updates and encouraging shareholder involvement does not an Internet junkie make.
You are entitiled to your opinion though; and I am inclined to disagree (obviously).
(last post for the day)
I had a kit sent to my parents. They were pleasantly surprised by EVERY product they used.
My mother also commented about how good the citrus smell was. Interesting how everyone has said that. I'd love to see, on the infomercial, one of those blind tests done where people rate the smell of this versus a competitor. While cleaning power is important the smell of that cleaning agent is almost equally important.
It has been stated that the diesel produced is clean enough to immediately enter an engine and function.
I like $422 per barrel better than $77...but I'll take either one.
"can't be sold at a pump"
Neither can fuel produced at a refinery.
Until they put the additives in that are required by state and national government. (at least in the US).
"He should try being a little more conventional."
What is your reasoning for saying this? It seems like most of the guys that have come out of nowhere and made billions have been the 'unconventional' sort.
If taking 5 minutes per day (probably less time than he spends in the bathroom) to write two sentence updates on FB is unconventional then I am all for that I guess.
It seems like we have a lot to be happy about.
Though most of us already knew that.
You should probably not talk about your post getting deleted...pretty sure fire way to get it deleted.
At least on some boards it is.
-Pleased with POPN this week. Sitting on my 100% gain...looking for 2 or 3 (or 5)
They are not getting Pink sheet level two.
Seems about right. Thanks for the explanation.
anyone not banking some profit here and pissies it way deserves the loss
Luckily I've taken in more than I put in and am riding free shares now. We'll see what happens by late April. Do or die time for the company IMO.
In all seriousness I'm trying to understand your post and figure out how to read that second level 2. Is it showing that in reality JBII has pretty good bid support at $4 (2 at 4 and 1 at 4.25)?
So I'm guessing my tdameritrade program isn't showing the pink sheet mm's, else I would have been seeing NITE. It's odd though because it only stopped showing it about a week ago.
Maybe it was 30 business days?
(I think this is my last post for the day here)
as with everything we do, we want to be fully transparent and I want to fully explain every aspect of the P2O (islechem included) with all results. I will state that the results, in the WORST possible case, are as good as released in past press releases.
That's fair enough I guess. Let's just wait and see what comes from these contracts and then we'll have a good idea of their worth, agreed?
Why would you expect to be privy to all of those details? Are all (or even half?) of contracts signed by companies ever divulged to the public for them to digest? I highly doubt it.
Be reasonable man. I bet that if they started PR'ing the details of their contracts people would start complaining again about the number of PR's and their "fluffy-ness." You can't have it both ways.
As the latest quarter results aren't in yet I am baffled at how you can claim that JBII has "no revenues coming in."
Any sort of evidence to back up your claim?
Right, I wasn't implying that Mel doesn't take time or that he isn't pleasant to converse with.
Again I give two thumbs up to all CEO's who care about us little people.
I actually like CEO's that make themselves available. I guess I more meant that me bothering them would be wasting their time. I've appreciated all of the information that you and others have gleaned from conversations with Mel and the company.
That run to .018 was on rumor....just think how high this will run on facts!
Holding with the rest of you.
Cheers.
.036 would make all of us very happy people.
And I'm holding all my shares because I think it can and will do just that (and better).
Maybe. I'm not of the opinion that wasting a CEO's time is a good thing though.
I just think a bit of realism is important. This is not the news that the stock needs. The machine showing up on the Sams Club website didn't have a great lasting effect. The only things that will get this stock up and keep it up are signed national contracts (that they've been hinting at for a long time) and/or positive revenue reports.
I assume you know this though and just decided to get touchy.
Guessing isn't going to get this stock up over .01 and higher.
Instead of PR'ing over and over about "national accounts" I'd rather get one good PR that lists signed contracts with those national accounts. And to name them by name. Then we'll be up and over a penny so fast and we'll never look back.
I don't see how this means he follows IHUB at all. What it means is that he is moving the business forward quickly...in fact quicker than we had imagined. This is good news SteveF.
I'm also guessing that since the product is already being sold that any and all permits have been taken care of....else they wouldn't allow the product to be sold.
Seems like common sense here.
You beat me to it! Glad to see the company moving forward on at least three fronts (haven't heard much about Javaco, if anything). Also glad they realize that progress is better than PR'ing every little thing, just the important things.
These packages are on store shelves so it is information already in the public domain
