It seems the got approval from FDA and were ready to start marketing and sales but as today there are no proof the started.

u have higher chance to get funds if u have all staff in order, approved balance, established management etc....

they wait to align some ducks before apply formally

Buy back has no sense,
why a company has to sell huge at 0.0001 and buy back at 0.0002?

there are only 2 reasons:

1) buy back started so far, that explain big volumes last week
2) the huge volumes last days have been due to MM flippers. This means O/S is not so huge as we can think

DM is acting as planned, taking care about SH, NO R/S, BUYBACK is the way, TARGET is 0.25.

At this stage I guess if necessary DM will go beyond 10Billion BB until we close the target.

once in 0.001, big fishes will come and price will fly till 0.1
