Thank you Joe. Even if TYTN heads lower, I will continue to accumulate shares.
Or he could file for a share reduction... Or retire the Milton Ault shares permanently.
So this guy ( http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=41932724 ) is not the real David Patch?
Hey Renee,
Question. In your opinion, do you think that Ault is entirely out of the picture regarding TYTN. I just became aware that he is the same Ault of ZLUS. Thanks.
Repost for you, sir:
Patchman, I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate your efforts regarding ZLU*. Initially, I was rather resistant to some of your claims but they inevitably led to me selling all shares just prior to Rainbolt's "departure".
I would have posted this on the ZLU* board; however, I am eternally banned from it.
Thank you & Best Regards,
Snook
Person Marked!! (oh yeah... Member Followed!!)
Yep. We'd have gotten rammed up the woo-whoo's pretty hard with zucchinis had we stayed in ZLU*.
Address your questions to the IR or the CEO. Otherwise, wait for a proper update via press release.
I agree.
Lest you forget the equity financing deal from last Fall, smart guy...
Early morning mathematical speculation prior to caffeine maybe?
I do not wish to sound like Mr. Negative here; however, your information is entirely inaccurate regarding Tytan's availability at the big box D.I.Y. stores. I prefer to stick with the facts.
The same here, cyclone. I'm holding and ready to buy more should we drop lower. Seriously, I would looooooovvvvveee to get some .0005's
Hopefully we will see some developments here during the 2nd quarter. This is one worth holding for as long as it takes. Now I am off to scan recent Reed Elsevier press releases for any hint of CLXS.
All of the information is dated and public, Mitch. Dated, as in already happened...past tense. There is no leak of information regarding future events that could have an affect on the stock price.
I'd say you have established a strong rapport with the CEO. Thank you for forwarding the emails to me.
Ummm, maybe using telepamathy?
Cute to read the words "...in good faith represent..." in one of YOUR posts here on the TYTN board. Shall we get into representation? Shall I draw yours into question?
I'm am guesstimating another 5mill in buys will cross TYTN's MACD lines, bringing it into positive territory; and flip the PAR SAR curve.
Hehehe... I couldn't resist and happy to have made you laugh.
Precisely, Pizza. Apparently one lawsuit for bashing TYTN was not sufficient so he is trying to get sued again.
MAD and PAR SAR are about to flip today if this keeps up. Very nice indicators!
Okay...gotcha. But never refer to me as that dude on that show that has a similar name. Yuck. Grrr.
It isn't nice to laugh at the size of other traders' buy orders. Unless of course it was for only $10.
Its nice to see .0008 on deck again!
Tractor Tranny? hehehaha
Exactly, astockalypse. They are so rare that we would have greater success finding a cache of uncut diamonds in the bulk aisle at Whole Foods. In my opinion, it is a method of hype to attract novice buyers of equities at this level.
Yes, it seems the market was slow to react but it definitely put weight in today's PR's. I'd say the market believes the news! Boom...+26.5% ! Now +28% Wholey crap batman!
Bugger! Look at this puppy! I took the afternoon off and just checked it from my BB. Nice trading!
I have read it carefully. Remember, I am not the bad guy here.
It could be anyone selling. I agree. I just did not want to see the "dilution" word start zinging around so I posted the reminder of the equity deal. Still holding here.
Joe, it happens all the time. Under the terms of the agreement, most times the financeer never actually pays out more than half of the the amount agreed upon (when it comes to pinks and OTC). They will sell at levels far below the "issued" price.
No. That is the loan. Read the October press release that I linked to regarding the equity financing deal. That is what I am referring to.
What is the date of the filing? (save me a few minutes)
The press release in October clearly stated "$2,000,000 in equity financing. This equity financing has been set at $0.005 per share for the first $1,000,000.00 and $0.01 per share for the second $1,000,000.00." -- That is a share-swap for cash deal.

Isn't it amazing how the press releases over the last year regarding NXP make it sound as if Tident was in control yet when one reads the SEC filings the true picture emerges. I think NXP is already exercising control over aspects of Trident. It could be a good thing. I think it is time for a change in leadership at Trident.

Don't forget about the equity financing deal. They could be cashing in shares.
Nope. Unfortunately they are probably thinking it will go lower. This could get uglier but I am holding.
I am prepared to see the .0003's as well.
