I guess this company just might get those contracts since they already have sold aerostats to the Goverment.http://www.ilcdover.com/products/aerospace_defense/aerostats.htm
Let me see if I have this right........The total borrowing base was lowered from 185 million to 145,their capex for this quarter is 20 mill, but the next q....is lowered. I guess the non-binding deal with OPON is dead.
This is why this Sanswire does not have a chance...http://news.yahoo.com/s/space/20100429/sc_space/hugenasascienceballooncrashesinaustralianoutback
Jet, you correct that this a P&D. Take a look at L2 and see that they are dumping into this so called rally.
You must be wrong about Eastcor.................Eastcor Engineering, Llc Business Information
Eastcor Engineering, Llc is a private company categorized under Engineering Services and located in Easton, MD. Our records show it was established in 2007 and incorporated in Maryland. Current estimates show this company has an annual revenue of $300,000 and employs a staff of approximately 5.
As per Coastie..................$1.6 Million Settlement Offer Issue
Someone's claiming on another board that the SEC has offered to settle with the Company for $1.6 million and it's a matter of public record.
I have reviewed the public record numerous times. I have found no truth to such a statement.
I have addressed this issue before and have tried to show where Mide could have mistakenly taken a statement out of context that is part of the shareholder class action lawsuit which discusses a breakdown of their $5 million D & O policy:
"Specifically, the Defendants to the Class Action and the Derivative Action are seeking to have Admiral pay $2,360,000 in conjunction with the Settlements. Together with the Costs of Defense paid in the Class Action, the Derivative Action and the SEC Investigation that presently approximates $1,600,000, payment of the Settlement would mean that approximately $3,960,000 of Admiral’s Limit of Liability has been exhausted."
The "settlements" being discussed were related to the shareholder class action lawsuits and the $1.6 million figure being discussed was the Company's combined legal fees as of August 2007. (read the statement twice; with and without a comma after the $1,600,000 figure. The document later clarifies this further:
"At the time of the Settlements (August 23, 2007), approximately $1,600,000 in Costs of Defense had been incurred in conjunction with the Class Action, the Derivative Action and the SEC Investigation. . ."
But, speaking of their D&O coverage, the Company is back in court next week with their old D&O insurer who wants their money back.
No one is chasing it. Manipulation at it's finest. Look at L2...it tells the story.....LOL
2. I don't like the cost of delivery to wherever GTC wants it sent be paid by SNSR in total................Thats laughable. They could'nt pay the shipping fees to Germany in the first place, now they are supposed to send it back? I hope they do send it back so interested partys who have liens, will confiscate it and sell the garbage to a scrapper.
Bureaucracy ruins business more than it helps. ...........I hope you are not referring to Sanswire? What business are they in? They have no money and the only thing they produce is fraud and share dilution. If the bureauracy ruins this company,it is for the good of the people. If the company was honest in their ambitions, they would not be in the position it finds it self in. Good honest companies doing business get rewarded with money contracts and investors get rewarded with higher SP. Nobody can say the same with Globetel/Sanswire.
Trunk, this nano company and it's handful of execs have been stone walling this investigation for years! Get over the pity party you have towards this company and open your eyes to the truth at hand. This company for years has produced open wounds to investors, who believed the hype and outright lies. Get over it and come into reality that this scam is very close to the end. If anyone who puts money into this company after all that has been exposed............I don't feel sorry for them...........If they invested a long time ago.........They had time to decide what to do and live with the consequence of their actions.
SEC needs to go after current violators.............Trunk,how do you know for a certainty that Sanswire is currently not a violator? All I know is that Seifert has filed for his share dumping and the others have not filed? I wonder how they are eating? get the drift? Something tells me that this is not the last we will hear about dumping shares and not filing at the appropriate times.
So Mide from you perspective, the SEC is wasting time going after Sanswire because in the grand scheme of things,it's not a big enough company? It really does not matter the size,it's the crime that is alleged. If you let one small company get away with it..........what's the big deal? The big deal with Sanswire is they took MILLIONS of investors dollars on a big scam!!! No one told them to move to the AMEX. They went to get as much exposure to the scam as possible by doing so. In return, they got too close to the light and got burned!!! One little company in your mind, destroyed a lot of innocent people on their outright lies. I don't feel sorry for the company....they knew what they were doing all along. The SEC is not perfect but.........they are getting it right going after this scam!!!! No doubt about it!!!!!
Why the company did not settle with the SEC ages ago, is beyond my comprehension.
...............Mide,I remember awhile back......Don't know if you said it or someone else in a post, that if Sanswire was going to get a fine from the SEC they could pay it off, no problem and that it was waiting to see how much it was going to cost them. The problem has always been that the SEC does not want just to fine them, they want Sanswire to admit fraud and deception so they can close down the company from operating again. Sanswire has fought all along to not admit to the charges from the SEC to keep the share printing machine going so they can enrich themselves before the hammer drops. They are put in a position to drag and delay this for they know the eventual outcome. It's not good for the one's duped into buying the scam.
Mide, the ONLY funding that is keeping this sham alive is the company giving shares to certain individuals for resale to gullible buyers and in return get a piece of the action. Yes Mide..........the sham is still alive, barely. If that's what you call a success, then I suggest you rethink your position.
There would be no company without the investment group which has poured millions $$ in keeping the company afloat...............Ahhhh,you must be talking about the group of shareholders who continuously pour money down the drain by buying shares of this sham!! Will they ever learn? There is no investment group..........Just another rumor. WW,prove that they exist!!!! Bet you can't!!!!LOL
Dude,CXM is truly a dud!!! It is only worth a few pennies from day to day and someone is killing the supposed rally as soon as it hits .52.........unlimited shares to dump.Who do you think is doing that? I made my coin from the low and sold at that resistance level. It will be lower real soon. Try as you might to pump this but it will not go anywhere till the big seller is done.
Rag,,You have been cut down because the Market Awareness campaign is ready to start. Sanswire and certain individuals want to make sure this baby flys...........So they can unload for the last time. IMO
It not supposed to!!! That was it's intended purpose. Obscure and confuse from the reality of this scam.
LOL.......With all your buy orders, one would think the SP would considerably reach astronomical heights, since you would be the "Only" buyer of this scam!!!! LMAO
SNSR may have a multi-billion market cap...imho..............Like Microsoft........eh? LMAO..........that is a pipe dream..........or just plain delusional.........My bet is the latter!!!
I guess from the filings...........He is still in London?........LOL what a joke this scam is!!!
If and when they have a contract that produces revenue for products sold..........I will stop posting. Until then..........It is and always has been a Pump & Dump company from the start.
Are you the same person who years ago who was on the Globetel board with all your sightings?
I guess it's time!!! Pump and Dump cycle ready to start!!!! More shares are going to start crashing at a shore near you!!!!
He still has not PROVEN any contracts that PRODUCE millions as he claims. You guys crack me up. Keep trying to fool the masses but the SP speaks VOLUMES!!!!!
nice. the screw turns................ dabug, the screw has been turning at an alarming rate against Sanswire's shareholder's for years! Have you not been following this scam? Shares are printed like wasted toilet paper!!!! You must admit.....the ONLY people to benefit from this issue is so-called Execs, who dump shares to pay themselves handsomely for doing such a wonderful job of destroying shareholder's wealth!!!!! LOL
It sort of goes into the what does it really matter column right now. ...............It NEVER matters to this group of scoundrels who run this scam. It goes to show that they could have reported those numbers but chose not to. I wonder why?.............But then again..........there will be some, who will make any excuse for their lack of transparency. You know what I mean Mide?
VGPR is greatly under valued-trading at book value. Most pennys trade scores of times book. They already have contracts worth millions because Europe etc needs these oil substitutes if they don't want OPEC/Russia dictating their domestic and foreign policy.............Would you care to explain? Please tell us why VGPR is undervalued and please show proof of this claim? Can you show they have a single contract worth anything? ...........I do claim, you can't come up with anything to prove such wild statements!!! Prove me wrong.
No BBB..........There were no buys at .057............there was major dumping at .052.
YRC Worldwide
YRC Worldwide (Nasdaq: YRCW) is a Fortune 500 Company with a whole lot of problems. YRC Worldwide competes in the trucking industry - an industry in which carriers have very little pricing power and intense competition. The trucking company was on the verge of bankruptcy last December before doing a $470 million dollar debt for equity swap. Existing shareholders were diluted and shares now trade below 50 cents.
The equity swap may have only saved the firm over the short term. YRC Worldwide is still awash in red ink due to massive losses and mounting pension obligations. The trucking firm has tried everything to lower costs including employee layoffs, property sales and plant closures. Despite all of these actions, YRC Worldwide has not posted a profit since 2006. All of these moves may just be delaying the inevitable.
My personal satisfaction is seeing the supposed "lion" diluting the 22000 shareholders unmercifully. They know how to eat well and and support themselves off their own "Carcass" . It must be a fine day being a shareholder of Sanswire.......eh?
The filing is late because I think they have to account for the share dumping that has been going on. I am quite sure it's not the accountants extorting more money...........Remember Mide keeps saying that there is funding from an unknown source.......so the money should be there for the filings. It's the shares..........that are the problem............Right Mide?
Trunk.............It has been YEARS that they haven't had one contract. What do you mean UNKNOWN? You should have been asking yourself that for ten years!!!!! You know the UNKNOWN!!!!!! LOL
Well,if you go by past history...........you will never hear about it again. I bet all those politicians and high military personal are disappointed that they could not witness the world changing flying condom looking blimp {or balloon }!!! Or maybe they could not afford the freight charges to ship it over from Germany.........but then again.........they don't like to pay bills and the companies who ship...........want cash.....not shares!!!! What a joke!!!! LOL
Run, Nil can post all those articles that he wants. They are all "pipe" dreams. If this scam could produce "one" it would have. The DOD wants nothing to do with a penny scam. They have "nothing" and always will have nothing to offer that anyone in their right mind would want. Except maybe a car dealership for advertising. I wonder if that supposed "viewing" at the airport is still on? Ah, forget it........just another pump.....to dump those shares the printing press just released for such occasion's!!!!
Is that all you have to offer? Since when does the DOD worry about costs? They will spend as much as it takes to get what they want.........suffice to say they want NOTHING from this scam, otherwise it would have been done. I know the article is not what you would like but the truth of it is...This penny scam has been pushing a dream that will never come to fruition. All this scams intention is to fleece shareholders with a pipe dream and a lot of PRs with misleading statements. Sweet Dreams!!!! LMAO
Ha!!! This is why Sanswire's dream will NEVER be the solution for the DOD!!!! Read the Bold................................................................................

NASA is gearing up Global Hawk, a remote-controlled airplane, for its first scientific flights in coming weeks. With its capacity for long-distance, high-altitude flights that can last over a day, Global Hawk presents a new chapter in Earth science for NASA.
"It's a very exciting time," said Chris Naftel, project manager for Global Hawk. "This is the very first time that Global Hawk will be used for science."
Northrop Grumman originally manufactured the two Global Hawks now being retrofitted by NASA several years ago. These remote-controlled airplanes can fly for about 30 hours at altitudes up to 65,000 feet and were designed initially as surveillance aircraft.
The maiden voyage over the Pacific Ocean will be followed by several other jaunts into the Arctic regions to learn more about Earth's atmosphere. One day, Global Hawks might provide real-time data from the heart of hurricanes and other major storms that are far too dangerous to risk sending in manned aircraft.
Loading the payload
Over the last couple of weeks, engineers, scientists, and aviation technicians at the Dryden Flight Research Center at Edwards Air Base in California have been mounting equipment-from high-definition cameras to ozone sensors-onto a Global Hawk.
The craft measures 44 feet (13 meters) in length with a wingspan of 116 feet (35 meters). NASA expects to operate the Global Hawk with payloads up to 2,000 pounds (907 kilograms).
The long wings carry the plane's fuel, and the bulbous nose is one of the craft's payload bays, which house the science instruments.
After a full test run with a dozen scientific instruments later this week or early next week, the first science flight will commence by mid-April, Naftel said.
The science run will be the first of four or five as part of the Global Hawk Pacific campaign, or GloPac for short. The robotic aircraft's instruments will sample the chemical composition of air in Earth's lower atmospheric layers as well as observe clouds and the sea below.
The primary purpose of the GloPac mission will be to check the accuracy of NASA's Aura satellite, which measures ozone, air quality, and climate data. The Global Hawk will fly underneath the orbiting satellite and collect data simultaneously to see if its data matches that of the satellite.
The sky is the limit
Another major goal of the early runs will be to figure out just what else is possible with the Global Hawk. "We want to know, 'how do you use this platform for research?'" Naftel said.
The ideas may come from beyond NASA: Dryden will soon have live feeds from the Global Hawk, including high-definition ocean snapshots that "should be really fascinating for the public to see," Naftel added.
Do you think it's done and over with? They still have to defend themselves in court. I wonder what Huff will deliver to Fed counsel to at least wipe away some years he will be spending with Bubba in the Big House? I would'nt get too happy just yet...........The DOJ is still in pursuit of wiping out YOUR shares in this SCAM!!!
Jet and Run,did you really expect any "fact" to back those claims? If you really want "true facts" just look at the SP...........It really says it all.
Spider,I think the problem Molen is having is the sale of unregistered shares. I see trouble ahead........Maybe a shutdown of the share printing enterprise known as VGPR. IMHO
