Thanks for the update on your conversation with Casey.
How many sold at trips? Just looked and it's back to .001.I guess I wasn't quick enough.
There maybe better trades out there, but in Pinkland very few start up companies ever bring a finished product to market. Plus the 10 Billion is authorized shares not outstanding shares. If the company is bought out (ONLY MY OPINION) than they can easily pay off the toxic notes with cash. I agree on the dilution, but yesterday 48 million shares were traded yet the share price didn't drop.I don't expect this to become a billion dollar company but most people wouldn't complain with one to two cents a share.
Don't want to burst your bubble, but hopefully you know that MSI is leasing office space from the insurance company. As for anything else this is getting completely out of hand.I can't even keep up with the SELECTIVE DUE DILIGENCE or ONLY YOUR OPINION.
(a) People complain that they never hear from the company.
(b) People complain that they don't believe it when they do.
(c) People ask questions that no publicly traded company will answer because of insider trading rules.
(d) People pretend that they never read the June 2 PR about the time table for production. Then they say look out delivery has been pushed back without consulting them.
(e) People are bombarded with piles of meaningless information from five years ago.
(f) People want the same SEC that can't control the banking sector to jump on a Pink Sheet company with one employee as a major concern.
(g) People say that the Neurosync will change the course of history. The company has not said this to be the case. Only stated that it will be the worlds smallest BCI unit.
(h) People have given into the fact that the device is actually going to make it to market. So let's make up stories about functions never promoted by the company.Than when it can't drive your car for you they can say I told you so.
Exactly my point. Why spend hour after hour repeating the same negative rhetoric. If you no longer have any shares in the company, what is the point. Or even if you do. MSI is either going to make it or not. We will all know soon enough based on their finishing the Neurosync.
Why stop there. Contact the new US attorney General. She can than get a restraining order from the Supreme court. Let's face it, this is the Wild West of Pinks. They can't even shut down the Large Banks who sent us into recession.
Let's look at it this way. Last week people in this chat room were saying that Kerry's family should be afraid. They wanted to know his home address and were going to call the insurance office. Yup, just the type of investors I would want to talk to if I was Casey. Also, if you've waited two years, what's one more month.
If you listened to someone in a chat room tell you that MSI would be the next Apple several years ago and based an investment on that dribble! I would probably not be investing in OTC stocks or boats.
I must have missed something on my boat ride. Where did anyone say that MSI would become Apple, the largest corporation in the world. Matter of fact, if they said they were to become the next IBM or APPLE I would run for the hills. You did however mention two cents. I'm sure many people, myself included could live with that.
Beau, you have done a good job researching old irrelevant information about the company. However, in the world of pinks, what happened one month ago is of limited value. The Glimmer Twins might be as crocked as a dogs hind leg but the same can be said for the entire US banking system and what they did in 2008 seems to have had little effect on where they trade today.
Very interesting conclusion! MSI will never be IBM. If Casey said those exact words to you good for him. The Bookmakers in Vegas would take that bet all day long.I don't remember seeing anything comparing the two companies in any investor reports. Now maybe if IBM was a start up with one employee they could compare the two. If you ever find a pink sheet company the size of IBM, please let us all know.
Beau, as long as you add ONLY MY OPINION or SELECTIVE DUE DILIGENCE your grades will improve. I have no problem with your personal feelings about the Glimmer Twins. Hell, I agree with some of them. But nobody on this board pro or con knows if the Neurosync works or doesn't. And comparing it to competitors devices would only be of value if they utilized the exact same dynamic features. That is like comparing a four cylinder mid size car to a four cylinder economy car. They both have four cylinder engines but differ in mpg and zero to sixty speed. As per a reverse split or issuing all the authorized shares that is ONLY YOUR OPINION.
That I can't help you with. My reply's were all through the message center on the website. However, Casey can only report what the Glimmer Twins tell him.
SELECTIVE DUE DILIGENCE. Beau, I expected better from you.
(a) Better check up on your anatomy lessons. Unless you have an ear canal in your forehead to start off first. Mindwave mobile has a bar that touches the forehead with their single sensor. ( Your grade ONLY YOUR OPINION ) Is your problem with Amazon that their not charging enough our you don't understand the target market. Where do you think most young people buy their wearable"s and devices today. A hint it's not at the mall.
(b) You have bashed their software so many times I wonder why you would want them to develop their own apps. However if you inquire like I did you will find they are working on some in house.
(c) In your opinion should they be targeting the Star Trek geeks that want to look like something from a alien planet. Again the forehead is not the ear canal. When Apple comes out with a phone that sticks to your forehead you can hopefully provide better facts. ( ONLY YOUR OPINION ) Grade D
(d) AS for making it to market let us know when your's arrives next month!!!
Undermining what current situation! I seriously doubt anything said in this chat room will effect the roll out of the Neurosync. Besides if the basher's would actually put out something factual backed up with documentation the grades would improve dramatically.
If you don't understand the physics behind BCI technology and strength of captured brain waves you should probably be involved with a different stock. If your talking about the difference between Neurosky and Neurosync that's called due diligence.
Again, way to easy. Someone of the bashers need to do at least a little due diligence before I grade your papers.
(a) Unless you work for Microsoft you have absolutely no idea what when on in the discussions. (ONLY YOUR OPINION)
(b) So buy one next month and if you don't like it send it back. How difficult is that? Or hell wait to the reviews come out positive or negative. That's if your only concerned with the product working not the share price. (Not worth a grade)
(c) Have no idea what your first statement has to do with anything.
Throwing out hordes of nebulous information does not make a fire work. Besides, I was in Rome last year on business and it looked pretty healthy.
SELECTIVE DUE DILIGENCE! This is like catching fish in a barrel.
(a) Why would a buyout happen before the finished product makes it to market? And don't be so hard on yourself. I found out in a previous life about a buyout in a chat room of a fortune 100 company two days before it was made public. So stranger things have happened.
(b) I suspect showcasing it to people in a chat room would have very little impact on the finished product or price per share. Were not that important in the grand scheme of things. However, I would suspect Amazon has seen the finished product.
(c) Do you work for Microsoft? Otherwise you only know that they had conversations. And since that was over a year ago when they didn't have a finished product it might benefit someone like Microsoft to want to see if it works. Do you test drive a car when you buy one or just take the dealer at his word that it drives great.
SELECTIVE DUE DILIGENCE or ONLY MY OPINION. Cannot say that a single sensor on the forehead would be the same as a single sensor in the ear canal without testing the theory. If the measured brain waves from the ear canal prove to be substantially stronger than the forehead you can utilize different apps that are much more functional. And at the same time not look like something from Star Trek.
Will you all be praising CAESAR if the Neurosync is successful and the company is bought out for a nice profit?
You may want to research the Emotiv website as the functions should be about the same. I'm not sure that the typing apps are quite ready for everyday use in either product due to the time it takes to form a letter.
However, better apps are being developed each day which will improve overall function.
I sincerely think they would want nothing but the Neurosync and it's patent when finalized. The Glimmer Twins, no so much.
There are some apps that work with the Neurosky platform that have some value.I believe that Think Talk has some ability to help disabled people to communicate.Ironically Toyota back in 2009 was able to drive a wheelchair with BCI brainwaves and no internal chip placement. Not sure that the Neurosync would be able to pick enough brain waves but since we haven't seen the finished product we won't know for awhile.Still see the wearable market as their target not healthcare.
I'm not defending how badly a job the Glimmer Twins have done bringing this to market. But I try to invest doing my own Due Diligence and not let emotion from outside sources effect my decisions.
(a) First, the number of Pink Sheet companies that are transparent you can count on one hand. Most never answer questions from investors and few ever deliver a finished product. ( The last point is the most important )
(b) Joe is strictly a behind the scenes guy.Look up his background information to confirm.
(c) They have said all along that the video will come out with the device.
(d) It wouldn't make much since to have a world wide advertising campaign until they finalize world wide distribution channels.
(e)Do you really expect people like Microsoft to talk to a Pink Sheet investor about their interest. Now let's be serious.
(f) Hell, the only important promise is come out with a working product.
(g) I have worked with Chinese manufactures in a past life on a fortune 100 product roll out. We couldn't even pin them down on a hardcore date.
Finally, good luck to everyone who either sold or are holding. It's not personal,it's just the way things go in the wild west of pinks.
Casey said it was on par with Emotiv. We will know next month whether he was factual or not. The main issue we have here is that everything said pro or con is only my opinion. My problem is when people try to promote only my opinion as statement of facts. Nobody on this board knows whether the Neurosync works or doesn't. Saying something is fact doesn't make it true.
The point being that people need to represent information as Only My Opinion not statements of fact. Never said you had something to hide but did refute your knowledge of anatomy. There is no way what so ever that you can prove that the ear canal doesn't have better capabilities until the product comes out and is tested for brain wave strength. As for the other parts they said Neurosky platform not products. And finally, I also talked to customer service and my information was a little different from yours about available apps that work with the computer. The ones they presently sell don't have the same capabilities as Mind Mouse from Emotiv. She did say there are other manufactures that do have apps that will. And remember that is what they said, "on par with Emotiv Epoc".
Who knows! Maybe working or traveling. I don't post when I'm on the road. I guess unlike an assortment of people on this site he is not a paid basher.
This is becoming just too easy.
(A) He used SELECTIVE DUE DILIGENCE when comparing the Neurosync to the Neurosky. The ear canal is different from the forehead if I remember from my anatomy classes. Please go to their web site and do some due diligence.
(b) Why have the pre-orders not been sent. Do you think it has something to do with the fact they haven't arrived yet at MSI.
(C) Status of manufacturing. Please read PR dated 6/2/2015.
(D) I suppose Amazon might want to wait till they actually have the Neurosync in their possession.
(E) As for additional distribution channels, they haven't been announced yet. But I'm sure you'll be the first to know.
Somewhat SELECTIVE DUE DILIGENCE. First can you provide the link where they say that they have modeled this after the Neurosky product with one probe. I must have missed that part when they said they would be using the Neurosky platform. All I ever heard was that in would be on par with the Emotiv Epoc.Second did you buy the Mind Wave Device or the Mind Wave Mobile.Let's be honest now.Third the Neurosky EEG device has one sensor on an a sensor arm that contacts the forehead. Not in the ear canal at all, which you know is patent pending. As for Neurosky support I also contacted them and they were very informative. You are correct they don't tout that they have a mind control product that works the total computer. She did say that there are apps that can work with their system that are available though other manufactures and that they are working on some themselves. As for the strength of BCI signals that's what we will all know in the near future. Please if you are going to throw out so called facts try to be factual. If not you will get a total SELECTIVE DUE DILIGENCE.
There is no proof that they did either. Only conjecture. And why would he have not updated his personal information if he wanted out so bad.If there is no financial benefit for staying involved why list it on your bio.
Agreed that we should have heard something from Joe, at least in print. But people like Joe seem to find a way to make it work out in their best interest. Remember 135 million shares at even a penny is a pretty nice return on investment.
That's correct, none of us know the answer. Something interesting though is that Bloomberg Fiance is still listing Joe as being on the Advisory Board today June 12th, 2015. His own profile is still listing an affiliation with VOIS.I would think after viewing all the negative comments on this board he would put out a statement saying he is no longer involved in any way.Makes one ponder the possibilities.
SELECTIVE DUE DILIGENCE. This is too easy sometimes!
There is only one piece of information that would instantly change the sentiment of every shareholder on this board. And there is nobody and I mean nobody that knows the answer. There are SELECTIVE DUE DILIGENCE and ONLY MY OPINION but nothing else. DOES JOE ABRAHMS STILL OWN 135 MILLION SHARES OF THE COMPANY?
Not sure sending an e-mail ripping someone apart will ever get you a response, but who knows.
If you have owned shares for a couple of years, why not ride this out another couple of months. Plus that's long time to be holding an OTC stock. Remember, never fall in love with a Pinkland stock.
Really not defending the Glimmer Twins at all. Just stating who has the most to gain for making this work. Not us small players. The guys who want to be real rich not just rich and that's the Glimmer Twins.
Are you familiar with the different technology manufactures in China. In my past life I was involved with several major marketing programs and had no idea what company was making the devices for us in China. In some cases we had two or more and their name would mean nothing to me.As for contracts overseas the only deals they were working on were distribution channels.
Not sure of any CEO's who aren't in this for themselves. However, look at it this way. Who benefits most if the company actually is successful. The people with the most shares and that's the Glimmer Twins. Yes they have made money selling shares but the big payoff is when the company is sold or the Neurosync takes off.
