This is becoming just too easy.
(A) He used SELECTIVE DUE DILIGENCE when comparing the Neurosync to the Neurosky.The ear canal is different from the forehead if I remember from my anatomy classes. Please go to their web site and do some due diligence.
(b) Why have the pre-orders not been sent. Do you think it has something to do with the fact they haven't arrived yet at MSI.
(C) Status of manufacturing. Please read PR dated 6/2/2015.
(D) I suppose Amazon might want to wait till they actually have the Neurosync in their possession.
(E) As for additional distribution channels, they haven't been announced yet. But I'm sure you'll be the first to know.
