Actually, the result would be the last person to register that barcode. The result for Piranha is actually wrong as well - 689076128469. But I have a half dozen products I just tried and they're all wrong...
Including: Diet Mountain Dew - Not Found.
But oddly enough, obscure Talking Rain Water - Found.
Given that the product is 2 days old, it's not unreasonable that GS1 does not have the proper information for it. Same thing happened with Piranha Water.
I really don't understand whether I'm supposed to respond to these posts or not. You do NOT *actually* believe that there was a buyout offer, do you? EESO has no real products.
7-Eleven sells alcohol. I don't think Koma is high on their list of concerns.
Clearly I didn't read the post you were responding to. Good call. ;)
I thought you were the one asking.
Did you even read the link you posted? Check back on October 19th.
The products are NOT legitimate! You're missing one of the major points of the SEC case. No real products. No real revenue.
Here's what the SEC says:
"...located in Fort Wayne, Indiana and purportedly produces enzyme-based products..."
"...limited operational histories and minimal revenue..."
I'm sorry if that wasn't clear enough for you. You should contact the SEC and ask for clarification on companies that purportedly produce things that generate minimal revenue. ;)
They did *NOT* actually make 9 million last year. That's exactly what the SEC is pointing out there.
Given that they were only "purporting" to produce enzymes, I don't think anyone's buying.
Dude, you have got some serious issues. Diddi is correct - the SEC article has nothing to do with BBDA and Weber has denied being friends with Hochstedler. Perhaps he just knew what kind of guy he should keep his distance from?
I don't think Jared is making anyone "bow down before him" now. ;)
Yes, when MLM's start avoiding you then you know you've reached a new level of scam.
My favorite part: "purportedly produces enzyme-based products." There are no magic enzymes, folks.
I was really nice and congenial when I brought up the negatives of this "story," but I'm seriously enjoying all those threatening PM's I got about it now.
Not that this is showing any strength whatsoever, but from a TA perspective a support is only broken with a close below it. (And only established with a close at or above it).
What happened to only PR'ing substantial things? This is a PR about "progress"
He's talking about Fayetteville, GA. ;)
The volume is 2,147,483,647 + (2,147,483,648+(displayed volume))
Even took me a minute to get that correct! :)
Scottrade uses a integer volume counter, the counter wrapped.
That's from the wrong state.
Enough said.
1 billion volume.. 70 minutes
Back to 11.. looks like just profit taking.
Just broke ;)
I broke my own rule and added more way back in March. Just stopped looking for awhile. Nice welcome back. ;)
This is some amazingly determined buying...
A downtick is when the bid drops, not when someone buys something at the bid.
It doesn't matter whether it's a scam or not, or whether there's a product "next month" or not. Buy low, sell high, and save the "investing" for when they become a reporting company on the OTCBB. But there is money to be made if they stop diluting.
You mean the exact same share structure and gagged TA as the last time it ran? Dude, this is the Pinks. Scams run all the time. CIRT went over a penny last year.
It was practice for a truck race. Most sports have a lot less fans than that at minor league practices.
That website is publicly updated like the Wikipedia. It won't change until someone changes it.
He says "we have set a 7 billion share cap." You're inferring that to mean a SOS filing and not that they have simply internally agreed not sell above 7 billion shares. Since it's been stated that they don't want to spend money amending the SOS if they can help it, you could assume that they will officially change the AS and BOD only when required (at annual renewal period).
Of course, you could just ask him that yourself and he'll tell you. He's probably the easiest CEO in Pinkland to get in touch with. 'Course, it really makes no difference in the end - the validity of a company has little effect in the Pinks. I could cite examples but then some altruistic crusader will swoop in to defend them.
Yep, any time .2% of the O/S hits the bid you should panic.
There is something there - their PO Box. Which is exactly what you should expect to be there..
There isn't one.
The ones I bought just say:
Bottled For: Bebida Beverage Co.
125F Trade Court #9, Mooresville, NC 28117

www.piranhabeverages.com
Nothing better to do? I was just continuing a thread of conversation that was started. Dark roast coffee has more caffeine than Potencia. I wasn't arguing about the validity of it as a beverage in any way.
Yes, 90-150 mg in an 8oz cup of a coffee. 125 mg in 8oz of Potencia. So I guess if you drink some watered-down light roast you're still getting more from a Potencia. :)
15 mg/oz? That's less than a cup of coffee.

BBDA got the CE for failing to file documentation about an ownership change.
MGLG got the CE for false promotion.
One of those is a bit more to "beware." :)
I wasn't offering an opinion, I was pointing out concrete visual evidence. Supports holding on declining volume is a clear indication that dilution is not occurring. There's really no point in arguing supply and demand, it's pretty well established as a principle at this point.
Support holding on declining volume shows consolidation, not dilution. Looks like they stopped diluting a couple of weeks ago.
