"...located in Fort Wayne, Indiana and purportedly produces enzyme-based products..."

"...limited operational histories and minimal revenue..."

I'm sorry if that wasn't clear enough for you. You should contact the SEC and ask for clarification on companies that purportedly produce things that generate minimal revenue. ;)
