I DO believe that the O/G guys invested in the company for the technology. I don't have any idea how it could be specifically applied to the Oil and Gas industry... but I'd LOVE to hear about that particular angle.
It would appear to be a poor choice to pick a shell that has so many issued shares, too. Even with the 150 million being returned... there are well over 300 still issued. I would expect to see a shell picked up with just double digit millions.... like 25 million or less issued in a good target for takeover. And... NOT one with existing business with unlimited potential as well.
Quite a discrepancy between...
Today Exobox Technologies Corp. (OTCBB:EXBX) (the "Company") announced that it will file its Form 10K Annual Report with the SEC by the end of next week.
And
...she said they had hoped to have it done today but it looks like a little later this week.
This REALLY bothers me. Especially with New CEO, Richard Kampa NOT being accountable for his promise. BIG MISTAKE. This company really NEEDS leadership that will UNDERPROMISE and OVERDELIVER.... not the opposite... AGAIN.
I sent the following to info@exobox.com.... which is the only email address I can find for them. Also, I find it very discouraging that NOBODY even answered the phone. Lights are on... Nobody home?
In regards to the following PR. WHAT HAPPENED? I own 700,000 shares of EXBXE and I'm concerned that this very first promise by the latest administration has apparently not been kept. I'd appreciate any relevant response...

Today Exobox Technologies Corp. (OTCBB:EXBX) (the "Company") announced that it will file its Form 10K Annual Report with the SEC by the end of next week. For the first time in company history, Exobox did not timely file its 10K Annual Report last Thursday. New CEO, Richard Kampa, stated, "One of my first acts as CEO was to determine how this happened and take steps to insure it never happens again. My investigation revealed that on Wednesday, October 28, 2009, the Company timely sent a proper request for an extension to file its 10K by November 13, 2009, to Albeck Financial Services, Inc., its outside accounting firm that handles all SEC filings on EDGAR. Regrettably, Albeck never filed it as promised." Albeck's CEO Christy Albeck stated, "It wasn't Exobox's fault. We simply dropped the ball." Further stated CEO Richard J. Kampa, "When the Form 10K is filed in the next few days, our attorneys advise us that the "E" should promptly be removed from the Company's trading symbol. This is my number one priority."
No need to duck and cover.... One of the GOOD things about this board is that we can help make sure that we all understand (as best we can) what is going on with the company. Thanks for at least trying to shed some light on it. Didn't mean to sound like a smart-butt before...

NOTHING to be misunderstood here... PR put out on the 3rd of November.... End of "next week" would be the 13th. Perhaps you need to go back and read it again.
where did you email him... as I think I'll send him a little reminder too.
My understanding is... that 150 million shares were to be returned to the company for NOTHING... NADA... ZIP by the end of October. Today is the first form 4 any of us have seen to corroborate ANY shares of this magnitude going ANYwhere....
Anyone else got different information?
I was wondering why I was searching high and low for a blow up donut cushion to sit on. I must have missed something regarding your comment about government regulating small honest people out of business...
I'm afraid the problem here was, in my opinion, clearly poor management. None of us were forced to hold.... or sell, for that matter.
I'm glad to see the first form 4 related to the 150 million shares to be returned to the company. I'm wondering why it has taken so long... since this was supposed to have happened by the end of LAST MONTH. Also, I am just as concerned about the NON-FILING of the 10Q, that was PROMISED by the latest iteration of management to have been filed by last Friday. So.... NEW MANAGEMENT.... WHAT IS THE DEAL? Getting off to a VERY BAD start here... with a promise NOT KEPT.
I would doubt that it was a mistake, but it makes me wonder where the assumed remaining shares might have gone. Maybe he "gave" them to a family member?
ALSO interesting, perhaps... that I have had an order in for about 15 minutes for a measly 2000 shares at a .04 limit. The ask as been .039 for a while... Sheesh... ETURD can be a pain.
Very interesting to note that after surrendering these shares.... apparently he now has 0 shares left. I'm wondering what might have been in it for Reggie... to give them ALL up for NOTHING. I thought that those who did surrender shares would still be left with something.
Tick Tock... Time is running out. IF they fail to perform as promised... it will be quite a blow to the latest administration....
I will be very disappointed if it is NOT filed today.... It was promised to be filed by the end of this week if I am not mistaken. It would be a VERY bad thing to NOT fulfill this promise.
Gary Leibowitz is now (amongst other things) with a company called Go-ESI..... The following is what they say about themselves. I would have to think that it is quite likely that go-ESI could very well be representing EXOBOX.... don't know that for a fact, but I'd bet on it.
go-ESI, LLC is focused on introducing IT leaders to enterprise software innovations. We work with both early-stage and more mature enterprise software vendors to provide assistance in either entering new markets or achieving greater penetration in existing markets. Our goal is to achieve this in the most efficient and sustainable way by minimizing the risk while maximizing the chance of success.
go-ESI’s cost-effective approach integrates all revenue generating elements into a revenue machine -- a centralized sales model based on high activity, high productivity, driven by modern demand generation and managed by a metric driven integrated marketing and sales funnel.
The combined experiences of the go-ESI partners and staff span every aspect of operations required to succeed in the North American and European enterprise software markets.
Like you said... Just the facts, please.
I think it's too soon to make any meaningful assumptions at this point. I suspect that the burn rate will be growing in the short term as additional staff are added.... and, I would like to see some more information on just how many of these "pending contracts" become active... Hopefully, we will also get a new guess-estimate from management as to when we might become cash flow positive.
I sincerely hope that we all like the way he WALKS too!
And now we see that operating costs have been reduced by 70%. Granted... Lack of people selling the products will also slow down revenue growth.... but, I don't think at this point....any of us have a clue as to when we'll be cash flow positive.
Glad I could give you a laugh.
As I see it... the biggest hurdle they would have with an uplisting is the SP. They can demonstrate shareholder equity with the O/G wells.... but I believe that even the lowest hurdle for SP would be $3 a share... and Even with tremendous sales in the next year, I don't see that being achieved either... UNLESS there is a dreaded reverse split.
If we managed to get and STAY over .50 a share... it COULD be done with a 1 for 10 or something like that. Reverse splits almost never work out well for the shareholders... so, I wouldn't be thrilled to see that happen.
You have an interesting way of doing accounting. You subtracted $3 million of OLD EXBX debt from the value of the wells... why? EXBX also did not pay out the other $13.25 million you deducted from the value of the wells either, since as you mentioned.. they don't HAVE any cash. My understanding is that the 13.25 million will be TOTALLY made up of the 9.9% of the company's stock that the seller of the wells WILL receive... Still no cash changing hands. AGAIN.... we got back 150 MILLION shares for NOTHING.... So, when the 30whatever Million shares are exchanged for the wells... we STILL net about 120 million LESS shares issued. Furthermore, the $22.5 million is a DISCOUNTED measure of what the oil and gas in the wells is worth... (if I am not mistaken).
As far as the OSR coding issue goes... I'd expect to see some other options come about. In the meantime... I fully expect EXBX to become self supporting in the not too distant future... THEN we will have more clout to persue the AV and other software solutions more effectively.
I agree with you too.... I think we'd all like to see the issued shares number reflected in the 150 million returned. Seeing that many less shares issued would give present and future investors... a little more confidence in the ability of the company to raise more money if necessary. As it is now... we seem to be at the end of our rope on that matter.
This stock has been volatile as can be. No reason to think it is going to suddenly just move like a slug in the future.
I don't know where you're getting a $6.5 million figure. We DID take on some $2million of debt associated with the wells... but they DO have an estimated market value of $24 million. Yes, we DID have to give up some shares for the wells... BUT we ended up with 150 million being returned... SO, doing the math... we GAINED a whole LOT of shares over what were given to acquire the O/G wells.
I believe that one of the next management positions will have to be a very strong candidate from the Software Security sector.... Present management does, however, have a strong record of business management...so, will hopefully figure out WHO/WHAT we need to succeed.
I agree with your 10Q assessment... yes, it won't be great or even good, but it will counter the bad news of not having filed it in the first place... and having the "E" gone should help the SP too.
I think we'll be seeing some measurable sales increases in the next 6 months.. on the DLD front.
And... I think we'll see a LOT of advances in the next 6 months in SP too... so... we're about a year and a half apart on our estimations.
Guess we'll just have to see what happens.
Apparently my opinion hasn't taken hold just yet. When the "E" goes away... and the next management announcement is made... I would expect the SP to be in the .05-.06 range. In fact, I am SO confident of this... that I am willing to bet the equivalent of ONE SHARE of Exbx on this claim~!
(slightly more than my own personal Two Cents worth... on the topic)
I certainly can't argue about the constant hype... However...
Only in the last few months has there even been a single product for sale. Now there are two. Never before have there been any additional assetts (of any merrit)... Now we own $24 million of REVENUE PRODUCING oil and gas wells. Not in a LONG time have the issued shares been this low. (I know.... we haven't seen the 150 million returned shares reflected on paper, but we will). Clearly the burn rate has also been reduced by a huge amount....
Present management is in a much better position to make this work... than ever before. By next week the "E" will be lifted... In the near future... we should be seeing more management positions being filled.... and sooner or later... we will be seeing some sales results. WHEN sales and O/G income are large enough to make the company self supporting... THEN we should see the SP improve dramatically...
Yes, this IS my opinion. Let's just see if I'm right or not.
PS.. I'm down about $100k right now.
Interesting trading today... My Lvl2 on Ameriturd... is showing only 4 mms on the buy.. with DOMS at the high bid... Normally NITE is the axe on this stock...
And... DOMS and NITE are tied at an ask of .042... with a total of 9mms strung out on the ask all the way up to .29, but... the first four are .042 .042 .044 then .05
I'm wondering if there isn't some more interest in buying with the speculation that the yr end report will be filed in the next 2 days...and we'll be through with the dastardly "E". If no news this week beyond the filing... I expect we should be seeing SOME sort of update next week at the latest. ALL just my guesswork on this.
In my view... it's just a matter of how long it will take to do that. Unfortunately.... probably at least a few months into next year, would be my guess.
I have 3 much older boys.... and she is the ONLY mechanically inclined one. go figure.
No programming just yet. She's 5 now and is working in Rocket Science.
Has anyone spoken with a living breathing person who actually works at Exobox since the rise of the phoenix? I spoke with Tim Lee the other day. He USED to be the Investor Relations person, but is not presently employed by EXBX.
I realize that there's an awful lot of pieces that need to be picked up and sorted out, but it would still be nice to hear SOMEthing about what is going on.
That being said... I doubt that it's a slam dunk to hire/rehire the necessary team to move forward. We at least have A sales presence.... and someone to technically make it all work.... So, we CAN sell something that actually is working.
If I were a potential client, I might be waiting just a bit longer to see if this latest disaster is over... and things are completely back on track before I'd buy anything from the "box" just yet. Tough spot to be in... for the sales effort and for us investors too.
Guess I'll just go give myself a swirly..... while I wait. If you're bored as well.... and want to see a 4 yr old girl fix a flat tire on a suburban.... you can look at this youtube link...
You Da MAN.... ! Wouldja, couldja just X10 that buy order a few times? lol I just need to ...step away from the computer... and come back when SOMEthing happens. I'd have more sense of satisfaction just watching paint dry... Since I'd have to be the one to spread the wet paint on a surface for it to dry on!
No... Antivirus is alive and kicking.... unfortunately, I think this board is DOA!
Wow...trading volume has really dried up. A lot of selling for the past couple of days... and very little buying interest. The good news is that we seem to have found a pretty solid point of resistance at about .04 or just slightly under. Will someone please wake me up when there is some news.... and/or some buying interest?
I hear you on that one! I thought I'd lost everything I put in too... and in my case it was wayyy UNfun. I did, however, decide to wait and see what would be salvaged, since I believed that the worth of the patents... etc. were worth more than .005. Glad I waited. I certainly did consider dumping before it went to 0.00000, but I had a feeling something better was on the way.
I think when we see .10 we'll be encouraged to stay in.... looking for a LOT more than that. Once we can get some traction... Solid sales of existing product and a clear plan for future development with a great team in place... I'm hoping to see over .50 in 6 months. That's just my personal goal, and I think it's quite do-able.
So... Mr. UR Bandit... where do you need this to go... taking into account all that you bought and sold...for you to get even?
Can't say that I feel your pain too much! Making well over 100% profit in a day is something I wish I could be unsatisfied with! Personally... I need this to go OVER .16 just to get even. I won't be holding my breath.. waiting for it to happen, but I DO expect it will... AND in this lifetime!
I should really just go away (from this board) for a week or two... Chances are... as soon as I ignore it.. things will take off.
I think it's going to take until about Xmas to get the SP moving. (In the direction we'd all like to see it move). I believe that it's going to take some sales performance to give old and new investors the confidence it will take to increase demand enough to push the SP waaay up. That... AND some filled in blanks with regard to having a complete team in place..... And a little more dialogue about where we are going and how we will get there...
Just my thoughts on it, but... as I've said before.. I really do think we're in the best shape we've been in EVER... to get there.
Can you say... "attitude"? I knew ya could. If I were you... I wouldn't give up the day job, just yet.
Personally... I feel much more INFORMED than mislead. Anyone else? Thanks Mr. I_M.... I welcome anything you have to post... I, for one... am quite capable of making up my own mind... on what I think is relevant... and you have been very above board in what you have posted. Thanks again.
New poster.... sheesh. Where do these guys come from?
Oh... wait... the clue is in the name... ROCKSTAR. Enough said.
