I was wondering why I was searching high and low for a blow up donut cushion to sit on. I must have missed something regarding your comment about government regulating small honest people out of business...
I'm afraid the problem here was, in my opinion, clearly poor management. None of us were forced to hold.... or sell, for that matter.
I'm glad to see the first form 4 related to the 150 million shares to be returned to the company. I'm wondering why it has taken so long... since this was supposed to have happened by the end of LAST MONTH. Also, I am just as concerned about the NON-FILING of the 10Q, that was PROMISED by the latest iteration of management to have been filed by last Friday. So.... NEW MANAGEMENT.... WHAT IS THE DEAL? Getting off to a VERY BAD start here... with a promise NOT KEPT.
