Quite a discrepancy between...

Today Exobox Technologies Corp. (OTCBB:EXBX) (the "Company") announced that it will file its Form 10K Annual Report with the SEC by the end of next week.
And
...she said they had hoped to have it done today but it looks like a little later this week.

This REALLY bothers me. Especially with New CEO, Richard Kampa NOT being accountable for his promise. BIG MISTAKE. This company really NEEDS leadership that will UNDERPROMISE and OVERDELIVER.... not the opposite... AGAIN.
