Woo-hoo, check out the new look-and feel for both websites:
https://www.illegalburger.com/
https://www.kalakamexicankitchen.com/
[Yes, it's not the filings we want, but it's more progress of the positive kind.]
The Illegal Burger site has taken the useless.out-of-date "Specials" link off the site completely, and (at least mercifully) moved the "Press" link to bottom, above the right-highlighted Franchising Info button, where hopefully it will be ignored until Nixon updates it was current press info. (It still has 3 old CBD/cannabis-related articles.)
There is now an in-your-face popup box to become a "VIP", so you can:
Yes, all activity shows something is happening. Unfortunately it's not specific enough as a basis for predicting when Nixon will file with Edgar or OTC Markets (if he intends to file).
But speaking of activity, I think it's meaningful that Nixon chose to turn his Arvada Illegal Burger into his first Takiza Taco & Tequila Bar.
On the one hand, it's too bad seeing his Illegal Burger 'chain' shrink again (as he closed his Capitol Hill site over a year ago), but it also indicates that Nixon is paying attention to the changing winds of dining tastes.
Some restaurant owners have had to close for good, but some have enough capital to rebrand in-place to offer something that the owners expect to attract more business.
I think it's also worth mentioning that while NOT trading (=not 'stealing more shareholders money'), Nixon opened his second Kalaka restaurant, and we see him doing this re-brand.
Too bad he had to close down his one Illegal Pizza in Lauderhill, FL, but that was under different ownership/management for its last year, so maybe he doesn't get full blame for that. (The owners tried to 'go Creole,' and it didn't seem to work.)
I see that that is your very first post under the username "it_is_not_worthless."
Welcome to the group and to ihub, even though your alias was 'born' 1/20/2023. It's good to see that at least a few people follow links in posts.
Typos like that are relatively immaterial. But, if there is a case to be made, I'd argue that it's more worrisome that the gubmint didn't reject the form for the spelling error and make him submit it with correct spellings.
The flip side is that if the gubmint doesn't care, then I don't care. (... which is not to say that that's an absolutist, personal rule of mine.)
Illegal Brands Trademark was updated 2/21/24:

Not a big reveal, I know ...
TAKIZA TACO & TEQUILA BAR has been added to the "Homebase" open jobs site:
https://app.joinhomebase.com/cmp/el-senor-sol--evergreen
It says "No jobs open" but that could just be a 'paper work' thing. The "Illegal Burger - Arvada" entry shows open jobs, but that Illegal Burger is becoming the Takiza Taco place.
It was Ilegal Mezcal; they filed a trademark opposition against Illegal Brands IP that lasted over 2 years. During the last 2+ years that were allegedly in 'settlement negotiations,' but although the case is now terminated, no announcement of details has been made.
However, Nixon shut down his www.illegalbrands.com website, even though he got the Illegal Brands graphic logo trademark.
Just to highlight this Illegal Burger Bar trade name update (2/21/2024):
My answer is pure guesswork, especially on specifics.
My generic guess is that he is 'waiting for something' -- or several things to line up -- that would be announced at the same time he files.
Various local/state filings from here and there show that Nixon is moving forward with things, but if there's a 'big blocker,' it isn't evident from all of these local filings, but only evident from his LACK of filings to get back to trading. Maybe the 'big blocker' has something to do with why he re-hired Hamilton.
Trademarks (mostly only status, but with one update) ...
Go here:
https://tmsearch.uspto.gov/search/search-information
and type in (with quotes):
"Illegal Burgers"
It shows that "Hindash, Aiman (INDIVIDUAL; USA)" applied for a trademark for:
ILLEGAL BURGERS AND FRIES
but now the status is:
DEAD ABANDONED
If you are still there, and replace "Search by all" with "Goods and services" (in the select option, to narrow things down), and then type in (also with quotes):
"Illegal Burger"
you will see 7 results. 1 is actually the "Illegal Burgers" trademark (see above), but the other 6 are from Nixon/Illegal Brands IP, LLC.
Three are active, and 3 are dead, where 2 were "ABANDONED" and 1 was "CANCELLED". 1 of the ABANDONED ones was actually for "ILLEGAL BURGER BAR."
There is also a record in the Colorado Business database of an "Illegal Burger Bar" as a trade name that is still effective. This is actually the one update for me as of this moment.
Go here:
https://www.sos.state.co.us/biz/TradeNameSummary.do?quitButtonDestination=BusinessEntityResults&nameTyp=TRDNM&masterFileId=20201306007&entityId2=20201306007&fileId=20201306007&srchTyp=TRDNM
and then click on "Filing history and documents". I can't copy the link result (as the search expires), but you will see the filing history.
This trademark name was renewed 2/21/2024 (last week!!). The PDF of the renewal form is here:
https://www.sos.state.co.us/biz/ViewImage.do?masterFileId=20201306007&fileId=20241199951
The "True name" for this trade name is registered to Jim Nixon.
Now, why do you suppose that Nixon wants to use "Illegal Burger Bar", emphasizing that there is a "Bar" involved?
Going back to trademarks, to the trademark search page, if you type in:
"Kalaka"
you get three results at the top that are directly related to the work Kalaka. (You also get a whole lot of 'best guess' at what the search engine thinks might be relevant.)
Two Kalaka trademarks are "DEAD ABANDONED", but one is "LIVE PENDING"
The details on the LIVE one are here:
https://tsdr.uspto.gov/#caseNumber=98261301&caseSearchType=US_APPLICATION&caseType=DEFAULT&searchType=statusSearch
It was applied for on Nov. 08, 2023 , with a status update date of Dec. 07, 2023.
If you search for "Takiza", you get one result. The details are here:
https://tsdr.uspto.gov/#caseNumber=85266716&caseSearchType=US_APPLICATION&caseType=DEFAULT&searchType=statusSearch
It is DEAD CANCELLED, but it looks like it was attempted by the Texas company that Nixon 'bought' the website www.takiza.com from. (Somewhere out there there's a page to this former Texas restaurant that uses the website URL Nixon is now using.)
Last of all, type in:
"Illegal Brands"
You will get all of the above mentioned results for Illegal Burger and Kalaka, plus one for "ILLEGAL PIZZA" (that is LIVE REGISTERED), plus 2 successful (LIVE REGISTERED) and 4 DEAD ABANDONED attempts at variations on the ILLEGAL BRANDS name.
Sadly, Nixon only got ILLEGAL BRANDS trademarks on clothing and the like. (Big Whoop.) All of his other attempts at beverages are DEAD, but they are CBD and bottled-water related.
-end-
Speaking of photos with menu items ...
I asked my wife about this -- what she thought about menus having/not-having pictures on menus.
Short version of her answer: pictures are 'low brow' (ala fast food). 'Good' restaurants don't have them. We agreed to disagree.
Although I'm willing to take a chance at a fancy place if a description sounds good, I've been disappointed many times. I have no doubt that a picture would have convinced me to make another choice.
Re Illegal Burgers in Fremont CA ...
I've looked into them before and made a few posts.
I had to do a 'vanity search' for older postings of mine to refresh my memory, and found these:
July 20, 2022 11:15:31 AM
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=169449263
July 20, 2022 11:23:17 AM
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=169449404
Saturday, August 13, 2022 9:46:59 PM
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=169673525
I can't prove that today there is an actual business connection between Illegal Burgers in Fremont and Nixon's Illegal Burger in CO, but it looks like there was a business connection between the two owners at one time.
Currently, Illegal Burgers is an LLC:
https://opencorporates.com/companies/us_ca/202251815316
but it was originally a DBA owned by Aiman Hindash:
https://opengovus.com/san-francisco-business/1222145-05-191
Once upon a time a guy by the same name was the agent/officer/director of "ILLEGAL BURGER LLC" in California:
https://opencorporates.com/companies/us_ca/201913510373
It was active from May 2019-Dec 2020. and was at this address:
37463 FRMONT [sic] BLVD FREMONT CA 94536
This address is identical to the address listed on the Illegal Burgers website, which is here (except Fremont Blvd is spelled correctly):
https://illegalburgersca.com/
This guy also wants to franchise, but it doesn't look like he's expanded yet.
He has quite the expansive menu, with some tasty-looking fare. But, he could use a little help from a spell-checker.
("Philly Steak Sandwishes" ... does that mean they wish they were Philly Steak Sandwiches? I grew up and South Jersey and went to college in Philly. I know what a Philly Cheese-steak is.)
I do, however, give him points for having pictures with each of his menu items.
-- edit --
The fact that the guy had an "Illegal Burger LLC" for a short time, and the fact that there's no evidence that Nixon has gone after him (yet) for being a name-alike makes me think that they have a deal, or at least an agreement. But again, I can't prove it (yet).
-- edit 2 --
If you look at the dates, the DBA was formed after the "Illegal Burger LLC" dissolved; and the Illegal Burgers LLC was formed when the DBA ran out.
There's clearly no advice exchange between me and Nixon. And, if I had wisdom, I wouldn't have invested in this stock in the first place (although it looked like a good investment at the time).
At best, my posts tell Nixon -- if he's bothering to come here -- that some of his shareholders are watching what he's doing.
He can also see everyone complaining about what he isn't doing (filing his financials, and otherwise directly communicating with his shareholders). None of those complaints, posted day after day after day, seem to have made any difference.
Now, it is interesting to see that a few fact-free bashers have appeared here of late. Some might say 'that means something is about to happen.' But maybe they've noticed that this forum has been on the breakout boards (fueled by where's-the-form-10 posts), so they've come here purely to get their narcissistic, temporary jollies.
--
To conclude this post with a piece of 'advice' to forum participants:
Nixon has two Facebook pages that he updates regularly, and that allow responsive posts:
https://www.facebook.com/illegalburgerco
https://www.facebook.com/KalakaMexicanKitchen/
They are currently his primary advertising sites. He has links to both on the home pages of each restaurant.
https://www.illegalburger.com/
https://www.facebook.com/KalakaMexicanKitchen/
Don't waste time posting complaints about Nixon here, because they don't make any difference. The public doesn't come here.
Instead, create Facebook accounts and post responses to his advertising updates. People he wants as customers read those sites. Possibly he expects the restaurant media to watch as well.
So, go there. Post "where's the Form 10?" every day. Post, "Nixon is a thief and stole his shareholders money." Post every complaint that you have there, over and over and over again.
Since his company cares about those sites, see if that makes a difference.
The new Takiza Taco place is definitely replacing the Illegal Burger (link to shopping plaza PDF):
https://phillipsedison.propertycapsule.com/property/output/document/view/id:147473?time=1,679,656,524,309
"Takiza" is listed as occupying unit "001A", which is the end-unit that the Illegal Burger was in.
Then please educate us all. Why 'hog' all this important info to yourself? What advantage does it give you?
Not to be negative, but among other mysteries to me that are still unsolved is the NRG address in the 2023 Florida filing.
Go here:
https://search.sunbiz.org/Inquiry/CorporationSearch/SearchResultDetail?inquirytype=EntityName&directionType=Initial&searchNameOrder=NIXONRESTAURANTGROUP%20P150000841150&aggregateId=domp-p15000084115-b9e0da33-7c5b-480a-a81d-8ff90b1401f3&searchTerm=nixon%20restaurant&listNameOrder=NIXONRESTAURANTGROUP%20P150000841150
and click on the 2023 filing, which shows the change of agent to:
HAMILTON AND ASSOCIATES LAW GROUP PA
101 PLAZA REAL SOUTH
SUITE 202
BOCA RATON, FL 33432 US
Hamilton's address is legit, but the physical and mailing addresses are listed as:
7205 GILPIN WAY
SUITE 100
DENVER, CO 80229
This address contains multiple businesses, but I can't find proof of a current occupant of Suite 100 (although there's trace evidence of former occupants).
This is the only filing for NRG that uses this address.
This address doesn't seem to ever have been used for the foreign/branch offices of NRG in Colorado.
Maybe it was a 'typo'/major-copy-paste error that no one -- including whomever at Hamilton & Associates -- checked.
The street and mailing address for "place of business" for 2022 was:
6610 HOLMAN ST, UNIT 301
ARVADA, CO 80004
The agent for 2022 and several years before was:
CORPORATE CREATIONS NETWORK INC.
801 US HIGHWAY 1
NORTH PALM BEACH, FL 33408 U
It probably doesn't matter too much, except for egg on the faces of Hamilton and the Florida bureaucrats for not double-checking.
[Note: the Florida filing is dated 3/7/2023, and the 2023 Colorado filing is dated 1/23/2023, so Nixon could have provided a new address, but see below.]
--
Here are the company and agent addresses, respectively, filed for the last 3 years:
2022:
15400 W 64th Ave, Unit E1A, Arvada CO, 80007 (company street and agent street; agent James M Nixon)
9085 Gardenia St, Arvada, CO, 80005 (company mailing and agent mailing)
2023:
15400 W 64th Ave, Unit E1A, Arvada CO, 80007 (same for corporate street and mailing, agent's street)
9085 Gardenia St, Arvada, CO, 80005 (agent's mailing; agent James M Nixon)
2024:
5400 Osceola St, Denver CO 80212 (same corporate and agent street & mailing; agent James M Nixon)
--
None of this is a super big deal.
The 4 addresses for Nixon Restaurant Corp (principle street and mailing, agent street and mailing) are all:
5400 Osceola St, Denver CO 80212
I guess Nixon is transitioning to working from home.
Latest *.getbento.com links ...
https://kalakamexicankitchen.getbento.com/online-ordering/
This link is currently reachable via the "START ORDER" button on the Kalaka Facebook page:
https://www.facebook.com/KalakaMexicanKitchen/
It is functionally the same as:
https://www.kalakamexicankitchen.com/online-ordering/
It shows both locations (Evergreen and Denver), but only the Evergreen location is shown as accepting phone orders for Pickup and Delivery. This is a change from a few days ago which showed Pickup and Delivery available from the Denver location as well.
This ./online-ordering link is not yet in use by the Kalaka main page:
https://www.kalakamexicankitchen.com/
The following two links work, where 'work' means they display a page (not page-not-found) that is similar to the Kalaka page:
https://illegalburger.getbento.com/online-ordering/
https://takiza.getbento.com/online-ordering/
The Illegal Burger page is functionally equivalent to:
https://www.illegalburger.com/online-ordering/
Neither of these new ./online-ordering/ pages are exposed, but they both show three locations (omitting the Arvada Illegal Burger) and both show Pickup and Delivery choices.
The Takiza site is a placeholder that jumps to:
https://takiza.getbento.com/online-ordering/offline
It is the same as this page:
https://www.takiza.com/online-ordering/offline

As mentioned before a site for Bodega Taco & Margarita Bar:
https://bodegatacomargaritabar.com/
has been registered and parked on GoDaddy.com. It was created 2 days before Nixon filed the Tradename for this restaurant, with the CitiSet Illegal Burger LLC as the contact:
https://www.bizapedia.com/co/bodega-taco-and-margarita-bar.html
ILLEGAL BURGER CITISET, LLC
The CitiSet Illegal Burger is the same as the Glendale location.
The website itself (even via getbento.com) is not on the air, and I haven't been able to prove it will replace the Glendale location, although the Glendale address:
652 S Colorado Blvd, Glendale CO
was once given as a future address of a Takiza Taco place.
I've heard talk of 'hog heaven,' but I don't know how they get there.
Re 'OINKING bad things about Hamilton & Associates'
Speak a few.
As far as I can tell, the only people who think Brenda and her company are bad are the bad guys.
Re "... a blog reference to stock exchange in India"
Thanks.
Just to confirm ...
To PORKER PIG - SGR -- is that your source?
Re wait times of 5 and 10 years - can you supply a pointer to that rule? I've been looking for one but can't find it.
Re "Oink how can this ever trade again ..."
The same way any other revoked stock can, by submitting all the necessary paperwork either with the SEC or OTC (for the OTC alternate reporting standard), plus whatever needs to be filed to get its stock ticker (re-)approved and to get market makers on board.
It's relatively rare, but a few revoked stocks have come back to life.
This is an operating restaurant company with open restaurants. It is not a shell.
The question is not "how can this ever trade again," but rather, will its management do the filings to bring it back?
The CEO has hired a crack-shot securities lawyer/firm (Brenda Hamilton/Hamilton & Associates ...) to be the agent for its wholly-owned subsidiary (Nixon Restaurant Group) in Florida. That isn't proof that the company will refile, but that lawyer is very anti-scammer, and is actually a re-hire by the CEO, Nixon. So, in addition to the assorted signs of life and growth that have recently become apparent, something 'legal-ish' is happening that probably bodes well for the company.
There was also an over-two-year trademark opposition started by Ilegal Mezcal that eventually became settlement negotiations, which have now concluded. We don't now what those details are, but it's worth noting that Ilegal Mezcal was bought out by Bacardi in 2023; Barcardi had already owned a minority stake in Ilegal Mezcal before that. The trademark case was over the trademarked use of the words "Illegal Brands" on a graphic logo. Ilegal Mezcal eventually dropped their opposition and "Illegal Brands IP" (a subsidiary of West Coast Ventures Group Corp) got the trademark, but West Coast ... has already begun to fade-out emphasis on promoting products branded with the "Illegal Brands" label. [For one thing, it shutdown its www.illegalbrands.com website and gave up the URL.]
Ilegal Mezcal already calls itself -- and wants to be known as -- 'the ilegal/illegal brand' of mezcal. Mezcal is becoming (more) popular.
Take-away: intellectual property like trademarks have value. Unless Ilegal Mezcal just walked away after over two years (meaning Nixon overplayed his hand and Ilegal Mezcal/Bacardi told him to get-stuffed/they-don't-need-those-rights that much), then West Coast ... could see revenue from that as well.
There are other things that show the company isn't a dead husk.
But almost everyone is nevertheless in wait-and-see mode on filings.
[I didn't see any link to hesg, so I can't answer about that.]
I'm 'tracking' what I see the company doing, but nobody there is listening to my "suggestions." At best, if anyone from the company reads this forum, then they can see what we can see about what they are doing.
There is no public way for me to see anything about a "Form 10" filing before it gets filed, if it -- or some equivalent -- is going to be filed. That's just the way things work.
Before anything gets filed that the public can see, things have to happen behind the scenes, including getting a market maker (MM) to agree to make a market for the stock. That means the MM would have to see -- and verify -- the financials.
That's why things got exciting last November when that 'bid' mysteriously showed up in two brokerages' accounts and stayed around for weeks. If that wasn't a glitch -- it being two brokerages lessens the chance of that -- then someone must have seen and vouched for the financials, although that the 'bid' was put in at all could have been a glitch (=mistake) on the part of the MM that placed it, UNLESS it was a wink-wink signal to someone. [Let the conspiracy theories fly!]
The company also has to have a ticker symbol. It could re-use WCVC, but it may still have to file paperwork for it. I see no evidence that WCVC has been scooped up by someone else, and companies can rename themselves but still use legacy ticker symbols. But I can't find a public resource that lets me prove that the symbol has been reserved even though it isn't trading yet.
A favorite movie of mine. I love T.L.J's opening scene and line. It seems to fit WCVC.
'Shifting focus' in the restaurant biz ....
https://www.westword.com/restaurants/il-posto-rino-closing-19363589
This article isn't specific to Nixon's restaurants, but demonstrates the need for restaurant owners (and owners of restaurant groups) to acknowledge the ever-changing dynamics of dining trends fading and rising.
Possible reason for moving Takiza Taco to Arvada:
https://www.westword.com/restaurants/avelina-closed-denver-lodo-neighborhood-19467957
This story is about reasons why a Denver LODO (Lower Downtown) restaurant failed and suddenly closed:
* COVID-19 business drop-off that they never recovered from
* Office space vacancy increase (=less traffic)
* Landlords keeping rents high (they'd rather make no money than less money)
* Restaurant reputation as 'a special place' (i.e., a place to go to for only 'special occasions')
* Rise of minimum wage
This doesn't prove that Nixon will NEVER open his place in LODO, but it suggests that LODO is no longer a restaurant-friendly place.
However, this is about a business that carried the weight of failing for several years. Nixon's place will be new, if he opens in LODO.
Too funny - Google Maps/Review has been updated ...
https://www.google.com/maps/place/TAKIZA+TACO+%26+TEQUILA+BAR/[@ userid=105].1726189,17z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m6!3m5!1s0x876b8f679d56f845:0x9bdad3d4d70decef!8m2!3d39.8121198!4d-105.1726189!16s%2Fg%2F11vsppdp1s?authuser=0&entry=ttu
The review by "Jason R" has been updated from 1-star to 3-stars.
The review text has also changed to:
Minor update (speaking of the end being near ...)
The Bentobox folks changed the "Start order" link on the Kalaka Facebook page:
https://www.facebook.com/KalakaMexicanKitchen/
to here:
https://kalakamexicankitchen.getbento.com/online-ordering/
That is the new-style look-and-feel. Very nice. Visually stripped down, but that's all that is needed to distinguish which restaurant to select, and whether to select "Delivery" or "Pickup".
They have NOT yet updated the online order button link on parent website:
https://www.kalakamexicankitchen.com/order-online/
However, the new link is there:
https://www.kalakamexicankitchen.com/online-ordering/
I assume that at some point the Facebook link will change to the parent .com URL, and take out the bento.com domain.
Re "It can't be if it's revoked...."
Joe, you're starting to be won over. You said "if it's revoked".
Surely the end is near.
Subtle changes have been made to the 'Google Maps place' page since I posted the link yesterday:
https://www.google.com/maps/place/TAKIZA+TACO+%26+TEQUILA+BAR/[@ userid=105].1726189,17z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m6!3m5!1s0x876b8f679d56f845:0x9bdad3d4d70decef!8m2!3d39.8121198!4d-105.1726189!16s%2Fg%2F11vsppdp1s?authuser=0&entry=ttu
There is now a red triangle and red text that says "Temporarily closed".
Interestingly, there is also a clickable red down-arrow to the right of the text string. When you click it, you get this text:
"TAKIZA TACO & TEQUILA BAR is temporarily closed. If that's wrong, please suggest an edit."
It also displays a "Suggest an edit" button with a pen/pencil icon.
Does anyone here know anyone who might like to "suggest an edit"? Or maybe we could have a contest right here, with the winning edit being added by one of this forum's moderators.
I was thinking of something like:
Temporarily closed? Ha! It is permanently closed and will never open, just the like stock is revoked and will never be relisted.
There's also a text box with content "From the owner". That content reads:
The El Cazo Mexican Kitchen tradename was allowed to expire (Dec 2023):
https://www.sos.state.co.us/biz/TradeNameSummary.do?quitButtonDestination=TradenameOwnerResults&nameTyp=TRDNM&srchTyp=TRDNM&masterFileId=20228085177&fileId=20228085177
Read the "Reviews":
https://www.google.com/maps/place/TAKIZA+TACO+%26+TEQUILA+BAR/[@ userid=105].1728145,20.79z/data=!4m6!3m5!1s0x876b8f679d56f845:0x9bdad3d4d70decef!8m2!3d39.8121198!4d-105.1726189!16s%2Fg%2F11vsppdp1s?authuser=0&entry=ttu
Note the one review and "Response from the owner."
What does that tell you?
bodegatacomargaritabar.com exists (parked for free at GoDaddy.com).
However, what is more interesting:
https://www.godaddy.com/whois/results.aspx?itc=dlp_domain_whois&domainName=bodegatacomargaritabar.com
is that the whois database says it was created on:
2024-01-13
As we've discussed, the tradename:
https://www.bizapedia.com/co/bodega-taco-and-margarita-bar.html
was registered 2 days later on Jan 15, 2024.
Aside from the above, I have not found evidence that the website is actually under construction. But that doesn't disprove that it isn't being worked on. It only means there's no public trace of it yet (that I could find). But I know one place to look ...
Nah, I just need Nixon to file so I can sell and get a life. I don't think he needs anything from this forum to make his decisions.
I'm only posting to keep all of us 'stuck holders' informed about any signs of a pulse in this company.
Nixon's IT-staff works on weekends ...
As mentioned in my post that this is a reply to, before I got done with the post, someone must have, by hand, changed the link associated with the "Start Order" button on the Illegal Burger Facebook page:
https://www.facebook.com/illegalburgerco
so that, instead of pointing to this link which I saw at first:
https://www.illegalburger.com/online-ordering/
it pointed to the old/legacy page:
https://www.illegalburger.com/order-online/
How did they even know I clicked on it?
In Firefox, if I right-click on a URL link, the drop-down box now gives me the option to "Copy Link Without Site Tracking", which means that if you don't select that, even copying links are tracked. It's logical that actually clicking on links are also tracked, as are actual visits to the individual site-pages.
So, an 'alarm' went off that I clicked on and later copied the link, someone was alerted and saw the alert, and then changed the link on the Facebook page.
They haven't actually removed the new page, so you can see that the Arvada Illegal Burger is missing. I only hope that that means that the Takiza Taco place will open soon, and that whatever it takes to do/finish the renovation won't take a long time.
I'm assuming that the change-over in-place also implies that they didn't have to go through re-licensing, although I imagine they will still have to be inspected.
Hopefully that will be nearly as fast as it took for their IT-guy to change that link.
(The 'IT-guy' is probably at Bentobox, but he still had to be there and be 'on duty' to notice and care.)
Yelp reports Arvada Illegal Burger is closed:

Re Arvada Takiza Taco - Google maps could be lying ...
In addition to the fact that the suddenly 'hidden' (i.e., links to it have been removed) page:
https://www.illegalburger.com/online-ordering/
doesn't have the Arvada Illegal Burger on it, Grubhub for that Illegal Burger:
https://www.grubhub.com/restaurant/illegal-burger-15400-w-64th-ave-e1a-arvada/1410754
https://www.seamless.com/menu/illegal-burger-15400-w-64th-ave-e1a-arvada/1410754
says that for address Grubhub isn't available for them any more.
Similarly Menupages:
https://menupages.com/illegal-burger/15400-w-64th-ave-e1a-arvada
says that that Illegal Burger is not accepting orders.
The same is true with Doordash:
https://www.doordash.com/store/illegal-burger-arvada-36033/
Also this yelp website for the chiropractic business that was in that slot that Google maps says the Takiza Taco place will be in:
https://www.yelp.com/biz/100-chiropractic-arvada-arvada
has two (positive) reviews dated Jan 7 and Jan 4 of this year
So, my very latest searches indicate that:
1) The new Takiza Taco & Tequila Bar in Arvada is happening, but
2) It may be replacing the Illegal Burger at the published address.
Seeing the Takiza Taco 'chain' get going is encouraging, but leaves me wondering what's going to happen with Illegal Burger.
Better Arvada Takiza Taco Google maps URL:
https://www.google.com/maps/place/39%C2%B048'43.3%22N+105%C2%B010'21.3%22W/[@ userid=105].1725721,20.71z/data=!4m13!1m8!3m7!1s0x876b8f757e091529:0x337698b56834217c!2s15400+W+64th+Ave,+Arvada,+CO+80007!3b1!8m2!3d39.8121198!4d-105.1726189!16s%2Fg%2F11rgt04b_8!3m3!8m2!3d39.812039!4d-105.172571?authuser=0&entry=ttu
Sorry that the URL in my previous post was bogus. Even with this one I still have to click-around to get Takiza Taco and Illegal Burger names to display. But the map doesn't really prove that the Takiza place will be two units to the left of the right end, where the Illegal Burger is.
I haven't yet found 'unit numbers' for both that confirm that they'd be in different units.
Hm - another development, this time with the Arvada Illegal Burger.
First, it looks like the takeout/pickup ordering interface for Illegal Burger has been updated.
Via the new Facebook "Start Order", you immediately go here:
https://www.illegalburger.com/online-ordering/
Via the main Illegal Burger site, you first go here:
https://www.illegalburger.com/order-online/
but when you click on any 'order' button for any of the four restaurants, it takes you to here, which is the site you get to via Facebook.
https://www.illegalburger.com/online-ordering/
Note the subtle difference in spelling of the sub-page, "order-online" (old) vs "online-ordering" (new).
Now, before you stifle your yawns, take a look at both old and new pages.
Old: All 'original' four locations are listed.
New: Only three are listed. The ARVADA location is missing.
The Arvada location has the same street address as the new Takiza Taco place:
15400 W 64th Ave, Arvada, Colorado 80007
However, as discussed before, a certain look at the location via Google Maps
https://www.google.com/maps/[@ userid=105].1725601,20.87z?authuser=0&entry=ttu
shows the Illegal Burger on the far right end, and the new Takiza Taco place 2 units to the left. Using Firefox, it take a couple of mouse-wheel clicks for me, zooming it, to get both places to show up by name.
[My results vary using Edge;sometimes I see one or the other. Using Chrome only shows me the Illegal Burger and the old chiropractic place.]
Just now I called the number for the Arvada Illegal Burger (303-423-1300), and it only rang and rang.

In other news, the Facebook "Start Order" button for the Kalaka page goes here:
https://kalakamexicankitchen.getbento.com/online-ordering/kalaka-mexican-kitchen/menu
which is a menu page with all the items, where a) the items have prices and b) you can click on the items to order. BUT, at the moment I can a pop-up box with an overlaid pop-up box that says "Oops! This menu has changed". When I X-out of that, it appears to allow me to select the item and add it to my "Cart." When I X-out of that 'add item to cart' box, the URL changes to:
https://kalakamexicankitchen.getbento.com/online-ordering/kalaka-mexican-kitchen-evergeen/menu
That is the Evergreen location.
When I start at the main Kalaka website and click "ORDER ONLINE", it takes me here:
https://www.kalakamexicankitchen.com/order-online/
This has a similar style to the Illegal Burger main page, where the sub-page says "order-online) and I am given a choice to click on either location, Evergreen or Denver.
When I click "ORDER HERE" for Denver, it takes me to a page that asks me to confirm that location. When I confirm, it takes me here:
https://www.kalakamexicankitchen.com/online-ordering/kalaka-mexican-kitchen-denver/menu
Except for the URL difference, it looks like the new-style order page for Evergreen.
I can get to the new-style Evergreen page by clicking on "ORDER HERE" for Evergreen and confirming that I want to order from there.
So, "START ORDER" from Facebook is missing the (new-style) selector page to select the location to order from.
--
REAL-TIME observation: 'they' must be watching me, as I've gone back to the Illegal Burger Facebook page and clicked on "START ORDER" and it now takes me directly to the old-style Illegal Burger order location selector with all four locations.
However, if I copy-paste the new-style order location selector page:
https://www.illegalburger.com/online-ordering/
it still shows up with the Arvada location missing.
It is to laugh.
Wasn't that interesting?
You're welcome.
There is also information that is probably not 'insider' but behind paywalls, or is only available to professionals in the finance industry -- like a pay-wall thing, possibly requiring licensing, where the licensing, in turn, requires limits on what can be disclosed and when. I don't have access to info in those categories.
Lastly, if I really knew for sure that this stock is going to relist and when, I probably wouldn't be here posting anything. People who 'know stuff' that gives them a market advantage don't reveal what they actually know, although I have no doubt that some of them lie to manipulate the market to their advantage. [Shocking thought, I know.] Those are the pumpers and bashers.
Re "can you find any hint of a return to trading?"
I post what I find. Everything I find is 'public information.'
You will have to interpret all of the things that show that the company is in business and growing for yourself. If those things seem like hints to you, then interpret them that way.
If by "hint' you don't mean hint, but rather only what is blatantly obvious -- like a filing that brings them back to trading -- then I haven't found those things. But if those filings are out, then all will know and it won't be necessary for me to 'dig them up.'
You ask, "Is it possible that there is no trace anywhere?"
What you are asking for is either actual public filings.or insider information.
Public filings are all or nothing. There is no point in talking about "trace" when a filing is out there.
Insider information is non-public, and usually is the sort that people who have it are not allowed to reveal.
If I had insider information, I would either be legally prohibited from publishing it, or my personal ethics would prohibit it.
If someone with loose lips ends up posting something in public, then I will eventually find it.
If you haven't seen it from me, then I haven't found it from a public source.
