There's clearly no advice exchange between me and Nixon. And, if I had wisdom, I wouldn't have invested in this stock in the first place (although it looked like a good investment at the time).

At best, my posts tell Nixon -- if he's bothering to come here -- that some of his shareholders are watching what he's doing.

He can also see everyone complaining about what he isn't doing (filing his financials, and otherwise directly communicating with his shareholders). None of those complaints, posted day after day after day, seem to have made any difference.

Now, it is interesting to see that a few fact-free bashers have appeared here of late. Some might say 'that means something is about to happen.' But maybe they've noticed that this forum has been on the breakout boards (fueled by where's-the-form-10 posts), so they've come here purely to get their narcissistic, temporary jollies.

To conclude this post with a piece of 'advice' to forum participants:

Nixon has two Facebook pages that he updates regularly, and that allow responsive posts:
https://www.facebook.com/illegalburgerco
https://www.facebook.com/KalakaMexicanKitchen/

They are currently his primary advertising sites. He has links to both on the home pages of each restaurant.
https://www.illegalburger.com/
https://www.facebook.com/KalakaMexicanKitchen/

Don't waste time posting complaints about Nixon here, because they don't make any difference. The public doesn't come here.

Instead, create Facebook accounts and post responses to his advertising updates. People he wants as customers read those sites. Possibly he expects the restaurant media to watch as well.

So, go there. Post "where's the Form 10?" every day. Post, "Nixon is a thief and stole his shareholders money." Post every complaint that you have there, over and over and over again.

Since his company cares about those sites, see if that makes a difference.
