Its definitely market makers , they held back the last trade to close down, they are scared and someone is going to have a margin call imo
Its obvious market makerswere the ones shorting it , they did not want to see it close green cause they would have a margin call they all bet the stock was going to go down , but the company is not diluting so I feel bad for anyone who is short MDOR
I think that since some institutions are taking an interest, that could have something to do with it .. Looks to me there must be a big investor in the wings IMO
Agreed, this can only be a good sign, IMO institutions are taking an interest. There was accumulation before lebed even knew about this company
Hey Sheff, MDOR just put out news that they are going to be featured on some major news outlets about GREEN companies and their effect on todays environment. Think its going to go GREEN !!
MDOR put out good press this morning, looks like this one is really going to get the exposure it needs to FLY !!
MDOR going to be on major media outlets !!!
I need an opinion on MDOR.OB, they have made some great progresses but I would like someone to tell me the pps evaluation
I never saw a 60 you should get level two if you are going to trade. Alphatrade is only 90 bucks a month
Time will only tell, I am sure those 30 k shares were one of the employees in the company. Let us remember we have top people in this company with lots of experience, so assuming that you know something about the public market this matter is what we would call hornbook law.
Good read from an email I got.
Read this press release from Wal-Mart (WMT) in March:
http://sev.prnewswire.com/retail/20080319/LAW05119032008-1.html
WMT announced a program to recycle millions of tires into mulch. The mulch product WMT is selling is called "Majestic(TM) rubber mulch mini nuggets" and it is being produced by NSS, LLC... the same company that has signed $131 million in contracts with MDOR for rubber nuggets and buffings!
MDOR is clearly working with one of the industry leaders and I doubt the stock will be trading at these levels for long! You need to do your research on MDOR immediately!
HDSN showing 500,000 size on the bid at .47
Good retail and new investors this A.M.
When VERT leaves .50 cents were off to the races. Maybe that is your third party richie. Good buying and retail this morning.

MAGOG, Canada, Aug. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Magnum D'Or Resources, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MDOR - News; Magnum) announces a Joint Venture with Green Tech Solutions (GTS) and announces the companies first purchase of 4 buffing machines.
Magnum's Canadian Operations Manager Michel Boux stated, "Green Tech Solutions recently purchased 2 standard buffers and 2 OTR buffer machines through Magnum D'Or Resources. This purchase constitutes an investment of roughly $400,000.00 USD and was made on behalf of GTS through the joint venture agreement in order to supplement production capacity for Magnum. This equipment will produce up to 10,000 tons of saleable product at a contracted price of approximately $400 per ton which equates to additional annualized revenue of about $4,000,000 USD."
The buffing equipment will be shipped to and installed at the Magog facility in order to help supply part of the company's current contract obligations for $18,240,000 annually. Magnum has entered into a 5 year joint venture agreement with Green Tech Solutions to have them become one of their key subcontractors for the production of non-powdered products for the North American market.
This also marks the transition of the company from a Development stage company into an Operating entity.
Magnum's New Magog Facility:
Magog is a well known rubber and plastics epicenter that is located in the Estrie region of Quebec and in the MRC Memphremagog. It benefits from an exceptional geographic location since it is situated on the Canadian-American border. Located at 2935 Rene-Patenaude Magog (Quebec), J1X 7J2 is comprised of a 98,000+ sq ft mixed use building located within the Technology Center of Magog, Quebec, Canada on approximately 10 acres of land. The facility will accommodate production lines for wholesale production, equipment development, assembly, and distribution to the U.S. and Canadian markets. Magnum expects to produce ultra fine rubber powders, EPDM powders, EPDM compounds, thermoplastics, and thermoplastics elastomers at the plant in the near future.

Magnum is currently in negotiations with Federal and provincial governing bodies for funding that includes: grants, project funding, and financial assistance offered by the Ville de Magog and other government programs offered by both the Quebec and Canadian governments. This news alone puts the stock at .222 cents regardless all the other contracts out there equaling over $100 million bucks for Magnum. Four buffers and that brings Magnum $4 million bucks.
$4million divided by 18million shares outstanding equals .222 cents per share.
This lends some serious credibility to Magnum and the Magog project from what I have researched. They are involved directly with the helping and aid of getting us off the floor and making the Magog project a big success. it right in the pr you just have to read and connect the dots.

They have no proof I have asked them before to provide proof that we are directly linked and they can't because its all hearsay and b/s. These bashers will be coming online here being that Magnum is coming online in Canada.
You are right about that, I just cant wait until they get the exposure they deserve. It makes sense that a company that is green and gets all sorts of government credits, has no other place to go than up IMO
Miscommunication fsmith , I am just in this like you guys and I am in contact with them often so I am just relaying what I know.
I appreciate that, and all I am doing is trying to keep poisonous people from bringing the momentum down by telling some honest answers. The Magog facility has 10k sq ft of office space where they will be headquatering not just magnum I am sure, so I am sure the address will be updated soon. I will provide a link to the facility. Let me find and I will post it
Are you serious about this, this is from January they have increased their contract since them and had lined up financing, so the request is no longer needed. Please if you are going to try to bash find something stronger than that
Well the answer is simple, there is not much exposure for the company, just like a department store if they dont advertise they dont sell product. The company has not given any shares to anyone recently, (etc. promo's funders ) The company has not had to dilute to get to where they are, which is mind boggling. But that is because they know what they have. Your question about the price being so low, the companies that you are referring to are executing their contracts, but do you think this is the only company that does this ? And the prices you are referring to are to the distibutors , and they all recieve the same margins, but it is irrelevant because MDOR is not the one selling to the end user. Plus they dont need a revenue stream to develop the higher end apps, the plant they have is the one that makes the powders already , If anyone was unsure of where magnums direction was I dont think they would have interest from wall street to fund them.

"The time schedule for producing our most highly refined and cost effective products is dependent upon a number of parameters that include; equipment delivery, set-up, training, fine tuning and verification of production volume quality control. Therefore, we will be ramping up production and producing various rubber products as we continuously add to and refine our operations," added Glusic.
Since each phase of the plant will produce a more refined product than the previous, it makes good sense to start production of our most basic products first, perfect our operation, then move on to the next step.
Magnum is positioning itself to be a comprehensive producer of disintegrated and reconstituted rubber products generated from scrap tires and other waste polymeric substances.
