Good read from an email I got.
Read this press release from Wal-Mart (WMT) in March:

WMT announced a program to recycle millions of tires into mulch. The mulch product WMT is selling is called "Majestic(TM) rubber mulch mini nuggets" and it is being produced by NSS, LLC... the same company that has signed $131 million in contracts with MDOR for rubber nuggets and buffings!
MDOR is clearly working with one of the industry leaders and I doubt the stock will be trading at these levels for long! You need to do your research on MDOR immediately!
