Shorty has their # - but dividend looks sound for now.
That’s 100% correct
Biggest volume I’ve ever seen on daybreak been around 10+ years here. PPS nosedived. Somebody’s dumping IMO. Wonder if a RS is coming down the road here.
FUTR- hope had good holiday mate.
What do you think is going on with daybreak? Capco is a PR guy, of course he’s paid to be upbeat.
But, what do you think Jim is really up to here?
You could be right. IMO, he very well could be leaning toward exiting, at some point. He’s announced over the decade several ventures, from KY to MICH- that imo, didn’t really pan out financially for common shareholders. It’s just biz, it’s what occurs, sometimes there are victories and other times, not.
The AS did remain fairly constant and so did the low PPS.
It could spike, we’ll see. But, as always with daybreak, the proof remains to be seen here.
The alleged increase in potential future barrels that’s ok, but what remains to be seen, is how if that allegedly does occur, what are the financial benefits to common shareholders who acquired the common stock?
The success of both of the corporate owner of daybreak, and it’s common shareholders, both need to profit imo. Raising any potential BOE and potential drilling programs, should imo correlate into a higher PPS for commons. Because if not, then why hold it? Why buy it?
Question is, if he does actually execute with Reabold, how does that benefit common shareholders? If their going to drill more wells in both Sac. and further south in the KERN FIELD, how many wells and how much more production BOE down the road like in 23’ and beyond? 100 barrels combined allegedly, but what about after?
Are they going to drill how many wells in Sac and Kern exactly?
I may have read, that Reabolds cost of production is allegedly about $14 per BOE and I read somewhere, that they might own 50% of that sac deal. I’m not sure, so don’t quote me on any of that. Not saying either of those are remotely accurate, or led to believe or misconstrued. I have no personal knowledge.
However- by increase in AS, plus raising of capital, how much of that raised will go toward exploring punching holes in kern in daybreaks asset vs in Reabolds Sac? What’s the proportion and potential of BOE of each play here and more importantly, how does that benefit any common shareholders? Creating equity and BOE for owners, is there biz, but how does that potentially translate into any potential increase in owners of common stock? The way I see it, is great for them if they do it, but I’m more focused, on what’s in it for a common shareholder perspective?
The potential Sac acquisition, hasn’t been consummated, that only occurs if x y z occurs. That’s a lot of x y z’s that need to execute. That’s a lot of capital to raise. That’s a lot of unanswered questions as to who he’s going to raise that millions from and how. That’s a lot of unanswered questions.
Will those shares be locked up with warrants? Does that mean a RS eventually coming into a different name of company and it’s spun out? I mean look at the massive amount of shares reabold will be sitting on? But why would they trade 70 BOE production a day away to a smaller company that’s producing less than 1/3 of what they daily do, that was trading at .02 when news let out?
To what advantage would that be to Reabold? Why do a stock exchange of their assets to a tinier company - but trades on the lowest rung of stock exchanges in America?
Hopefully a light clicked on.
How will Jim try to finance this new oil acquisition this time after the KY situation, with maximillian? Try and try and try YET again? Is the small python wrapping a 8’ foot gator in Everglades? Or is other way around?
This stock has always been illiquid with except outside of 1 promotion nearly 10+ years ago - most were not here.
With the disclosure that Jim is going to be needing to raise millions more in funds, to develop more wells in the potential new Sacramento stake & of course his Poso field he’s been in for years in the Kern, it begs the question to whom exactly will he raise millions in funding from and what will be the method? We went through the one financing period years and years ago with maximillian, that didn’t work out too ideally.
Are we talking warrants, accredited investors, vulture finance, boutique, self financed? Will be there dilution? Will there be a RS? That could become a reality.
So I’m kind of looking at it, now, years later, going ok, where is he going with this and to whom? I don’t drink kool aid- neither do you or futr. He’s had 30 BOE production for years, now it could go to 100 allegedly. But there’s a few hurdles that have to be leaped over in the steeplechase before that occurs.
Take care
Likewise JJ- just went about life and held onto it. Figured that maybe someday things could eventually occur here with Jim and his company. Over 10+ years, but I have extreme patients and vest into tiny companies for decades. So I don’t write them off, over time. I just sit back and observe. While - this could be a positive recent development, it remains to be seen what can or will become of it. Jim’s issued PR’s in past like Michigan and that didn’t work out. But that’s the nature of business. You just sit back and observe. That’s what I’m doing as always with this latest. It’s intriguing. The PR brought a few newer investors here attracted by it, but patients is paramount here and they need to execute their agreement. Quite a bit has to occur, on both sides, for this to finalize.
Thanks
Adding on pull backs - div is priority #1.
I’ve been adding still on pull backs- plan to continue. The div is my top priority.
Yup I did to mick and I’m not a RS type of person either. Took much much higher profits. Cleared it out.
Until that rare earth is actually mined - it’s just a gold company doing exactly what they have been doing - years from now/ here’s what occurs here. They borrow, borrow, borrow, borrow until year 2060.
I wisely got out, except tiny % left. So when the “alleged” deeper pockets money folks etc on street we’re driving the PPS up, I GLADLY SOLD THEM MINE- for a big markup in net gains.
I usually- do exactly that. It’s not my first rodeo for buying way under valued mining corps, years before “discovered” by the street. I make it my business through decades of hard tough analytical research and buy large when it’s dirt cheap. Take huge positions. Knowing - that in the future- “those money guys” will only be buying mine later for a premium. Usually years later. That’s my price I only pay, is my “time” sitting on it collecting dust and cobwebs which I’m very ok with. But those “money people” what I call the Johnny come latelies, their price “to pay” later, are my much higher priced shares and retail investors that see PR’s after game and the party is over.
I have no problem “with the street” FINDING this. I banked out it many YEARS ago.
I’m not concerned about what if’s AFTER, IF the PPS increases after I sold dumped mine- before the RS. It’s irrelevant. But I always see other plays nobody knows of, meaning (money street guys) that are more attractive than this ONCE WAS.
I routinely beat the street, 30+ years and other investors into plays like this, years in advance. I’m already leveraged deep into 7 other plays, that I know years later, will likely play out as NJMC did. Steal for cheap, sell high, years later.
Basically I bank on kool aid investors & money street folks, coming in after me, years later after “discovering” companies such as Jersey. I wish Jersey well, it did right by me and my investment. But the rare earth component while its intriguing, it’s not occurring anytime soon. Not at all. There’s going to be a major time lag, more funds borrowed imho. I’m out, mostly.
Somebody else’s optimism is warranted bc they may have bought it and are excited and hopeful. For myself, that peaked already. My viewpoint, is rear view mirror mostly.
I dated this girl for years, LOL. She finally gave it up. Smiling ear to ear. I hope this increases 2/3/4 times for you. It’s just, I made my cash. I’m out, kind of like shark tank, think of me as a version of Mr Wonderful.
Rinse repeat.
I sold majority of it, saw the PPS trending up with these money guys jumping in- timed it perfectly. No way was I staying in this with majority of shares. If and when it slowly burns down like a candle, I might get back in. But only after it gets back down below a dollar. The rare earths are intriguing, if they get a partner to accelerate that part, regardless- I’m watching this one to slide $6+ over time.
But no way am I remotely interested in buying anything at these insanely artificial prices.
I sold most of my large position before RS. But I think this could be shorted more now, if anything. Their not even close to being anything close to HECLA. I think this has short written all over it IMO. The rare earth component is years away, it’s a golden chest gold mine? At trading in the 7’s? I was a strong supporter, for years. But I guess I’m thankful I got out and rode the spikes past .30+ since I acquired for much less over the years. So no complaints there. I’ll be playing the short on this one, until it rights itself to where it should be backed to price correctly. Right now- imo it’s not even close. No way am I a buyer on this as a long. It’ll slip and I’ll be shorty.
RS for that tiny amount of capital? How is that in the best interests of its shareholders? I’ve known about this company since day it was started and let me tell ya, I started getting the impression it was time to dump my substantial amount of shares acquired over many many years, before the RS. The lack of info on how much capital they were going to be receiving didn’t sit well with me. I kept only a few shares, wisely I sold majority off. So the RS, didn’t impact me really I escaped, with majority of my shares being sold. Glad I saw writing on wall here.
It’s being manipulated up and I’m riding it, selling off, in blocks. I’ll hold some back. But after RS, I’ll be around to play both sides and will be shorting at times, anyway that benefits my interests. It’ll take many millions to develop the REE east NE of riggins, over & above the Salmon River, up above it. LOL, ask me how I know where it is, right?
The many millions required, and yet there’s zero transparency on deals they cut or cutting on dilution that likely is coming to up list. Too smart for this, been around. I’m selling off, taking 3-4 x profits, then I’ll recapitalize and I have to say, I’m digging this green in my account that’s adding up after holding gif many many years.
I’m not a newbie, I’m making BENJIES, lots of them. Daily. I’ll hold a few, but after RS, I’ll lay heavy shorts on it time to time and make much more like I’ve been doing lately. Bet other way. These cats from the street are buying in, their buying my crap, they can have it. But, I’m recapped and armored up after the RS. People that THINK, they know what’s going on, have zero clue.
The infrastructure required will be massive investment and when you uplist, sure they want money, but their at mercy of money boys. I’m no fan of dilution, and when they do the RS, I’ll be there, and there will be days it goes up, others will be these dudes selling off after holding. I’ll be there shorting. LOL.
I already own water front houses on lake couer de alene, for 2 + decades. Yup and yowzer, I’m a local yocal. Not a dumb one either.
I’ve been selling mick on the run up.
Great, I’m adding monthly!
The rare earth deposit they acquired will take considerable amount of jmoney and time, and it will take years to bring that online and build infrastructure, not only that, the permitting situation. Time = money. Meanwhile, there’s been zero transparency in regards to how their going about financing it, and from whom and how much it will cost shareholders in dilution.
Sorry. But I’ve been in this for well, since it started. But as of tomorrow, I’ll be 100% out. The lack of transparency - is not a good thing imo. The capital is around, they didn’t need to uplist. I find it interesting someone muzzled swallow on the weird and strange PR’s. LOL.
I own mines and mining claims. I’ve owned them in the Murray, and oh just about everywhere in the silver V, and numerous other locales. That REE deposit has been known about for decades, and if it’s all that, then how come a major with hundreds of millions DID NOT acquire it, and instead a tiny gold Corp did? What they found something with gold in thar hills fella? I’m an old guy whose been around the block a few times.
Think. I know a few things you don’t, about the Murray and that alleged REE deal. You can trust me on that one. When the big money rolls in, their buying my shares, that I sat on for years. They think they’re sneaky. But their not. They can do whatever they want with it when I cash out. Just like down the road at galena with that outfit, and many others over the decades in the silver. I make it my business, to know everyone’s business. So when those bozo’s with those suits show up, and their alligator shoes- at the CDA airport or Spokane Intl, thinking their going to line their pockets, their buying my crap, not yours. I flooded the market with massive volumes of shares in companies just like Jersey boys. I’m taking my profits, wisely. Based on experience and advanced intel.
I’m out on this. I took my 3X profits before the RS, and dilution occurs.
But I’ll be happy to short the shit out of for you, bc I have to capital, experience and weight to do that if and when day comes. But good luck to you! But if they RS and it goes up, I’ll be the shorting, we’ll bc I can and do it daily on a variety of fine stocks that trade.
They didn’t need to RS. I’m almost out. Sold quite a few last day or two. Will continue. I’m getting on sidelines and watch to see how their coming financing arrangements will likely dilute the PPS. Money managers, be damned, not my problem as a very long time time and highly experienced metal stock investor. I’ll wait & see after RS, if it flounders. I’m very aware of the area, I lived within a short ride of silver valley. Their land package, I’m very familiar with and nothing new in my mirror. However, I’ll watch the PPS, after uplisting. If looks like it’s going on a ride I might get back in. But I know these RS’s also produce bigger pockets to get in and drive it down along with shorting. I’ll be switch hitting on this, and also in the latter if opportunity presents. In the meantime, I’m dumping my substantial shares for 3x + what I acquired for long ago. I also have taken note, that the IMO odd PR’s have ceased, they likely started editing the sort of press releases. IMO, they were sort of IMO, gibberish and kind of strange hokey, not something IMO, any professional money managers would appreciate seeing. Glad at least for now, they stopped for most part.
Looking for more, but low 3:30’s or lower.
I’ve been selling off, since announcement of RS. I’ll keep a small amount. May buy more later. But only after it settles down and in between my shorts.
They totally are. That’s what I do, I wait til div distrib then drop, buy.
Saw that. Good luck here.
We’ll see. How it holds up over time. Cheers!
Hit it on head. Cramer, who? LOL. I never tune in.
I couldn’t agree more. They can increase their holdings at any time if Cauley decided to with correct assets acquisitions. It would have the possibility of raising in PPS. It’s stabilized after a long drop down and the dividends are imo lucrative in high returns paid monthly. I prefer monthly dividends.
LOL - so true. Well said.
Hopefully it stays up...
Many appreciative thanks old friend. It’s never a dull moment doing it. But as the furnace starts to heat up, that excitement starts to build lip and it makes it all worth while. If you do not feel safe going underground, can always find a mine with tons of workings above ground and get a crusher do it that way. You are correct in what has been going on with dealers and JP Morgan. My target is to reach $225-325k by end of this fiscal 22’. I visit silver gold coin shops, tell them potentially, and only go in before or after doors open or closed. Don’t feel I want to be seen by members of public. Safeguard. They never say no, owners. They would be fools if they were too. People like me are very very rare. They want that golden silver goose lays those eggs. In return, they never get my real name either. Pay cash. No trace, park always from their shops, no vehicle spotted. Walk in, walk out.
David was an amazingly kind and intelligent person, whom knew so much about mining in the silver valley and around the USA, than anyone I had the pleasure of coming across. He will be forever missed.
The mines montanore. There are potentials yes in the SV. Also looking in mining friendly states, WA, NV, AZ, ID, MT, in the boondocks, extremely isolated off grid, where man rarely passes by. I’m going to smartly, inexpensively rehab my own gold/silver mine operation. Reframe timber if required. Lay down a new steel track with mine cart, old school, powerful generator to provide lights that will be strung up, and provide electrical power to operate tools, and also to get air into a shaft. Build a safe heavy strength vertical mine pulley, to hoist ore vertically by hand, or with an electrical motor from a generator, up a horizontal level to unload into a old school mining cart.
Once the ore, is loaded into mining cart and made its way to daylight, start crushing ore with a portable crusher, from there process it off site. That way, there’s no need for a large gas burning 10 ton dump with hydraulic bed, having to drive deep into isolated areas and back out to main paved roads. It’s just load my pickup, put generator back into bed, my camping equipment, mining equipment, put steel gate back into adit entrance- lock it up, reset surveillance cameras. Head back and process.
Goal is to mine 2/3 tons per 2/3 days. If not more, perhaps 5/7.
I already own a smelting furnace, that in the past, have retrieved gold/silver and made my own bars with %, in the 90’s and 00’s.
It is time. It is time to create my own private bullion. That I will not sell to any large outfits that public can buy bars from online. However, I will take privately to gold/silver & coin shops, from time to time, people that have known me for decades. They keep quiet, confidentiality. I then sell directly to whom I select. Cash.
I’ll be able to old school produce 1-5-10 Oz gold bars, from my own discreet process out of my own concentrate.
Not one trace of whom I am, or where I’m located at.
In case anyone doesn’t realize, there’s been a another form of banking/money transfer in this country for decades. Gold/silver/coin shops.
It is 100% doable, because I have done it many times. So yes, those old abandoned gold mines, everybody has passed on by, absolutely produce. People just don’t want to put the work in, non interested, or feel it’s too rugged, or impossible, or too dangerous, no experience, not driven, or can not be executed. Bull crap is what I always said.
Bullpucky. You do not need millions of capital to execute this way. That’s a fallacy. Some mining companies I know, they get a kick when I showed them a bar back in the day. There like what....?
So if I produce 1 Oz bars, out of 1-2 tons ore, and extricate out 5/7 tons every 2/3 days. You can pretty much figure approx. the net and its potential. I have over the decades learned to smelt and purify. I don’t have to work with a mining outfit. My grandfather was a blacksmith and worked before that in mining in the silver valley and later in life Montana. I learned. He struck his own bars starting back in the 30’s.
I’m been known to take a tiny very remote, the more remote the better, away from any properties where people can not see me come and go, but cloaked deep into early mornings of entrance and exits under the Milky Way, and enlarge that dangerous adit, out in the boonies. It’s like riding a bicycle, you never forget old friend. I use modern equipment, powered by generators, large ones. Straight into mining walls and ceilings above, chasing veins that others found and abandoned. I pick up where they left off. I enjoy what I do and have done over the decades and have passed my knowledge onto family. It’ll go past my lifetime.
I’m in search of my next mine or mines. Goal will be to produce in house, 4 bars per 2/3 days mining hard core physical like old miners had too. Mine 12 days a month. Produce 16 bars monthly. That’s on the minimal size, I can increase by working, putting scheduling more time in. I’m a very strong and physical person, non stop 12 hours a day, and I have pulled out as much as 8 -10 tons in tight situations. Depends. But I do everything, including black powder, and operating a jack/roto powered by generators, straight into rock, respirators occasionally. I don’t F around.
It’s a lost art and practice, but I’ve never been lost.
Mav
Hey old friend! Hope you are well.
I’m going to operate a 1 man show myself, along with max 2 more. . Paid only by the day. Cash.
I have located several mines. Next year- likely mining.
It has been - however- this week like to see it get back down to 3.28-3.30 range to add another 250 shares- then hey it can go up LOL!
It’s phenomenal cost averaging - acquiring and building port. Heck of an opportunity.
After div distributed PPS entries exist.
Added more this last week and prob 300 more this coming week. Sweet monthly div.
With that monthly div at that cheap PPS- allocating $ to acquire.
