I think that is very unlikely.
Nice going. Maybe you will be our turn around catalyst :)
A travesty IMO. EOM
Still here. No powder :(
OT: BTW, like your signature also. It was blocked on my other computer (my employer blocks most photos).
Thanks for your service!

That's old news at this point. If they have been cash flow positive over these last few months, that number could be bigger by now.
The point is, we don't know.

as the company does not have any cash to grow the business
Says who?
They need to dilute a lot more to get cash into their hands.
This implies they have already diluted, which is not true. OS has been about the same for a while now, and it is LOW. Also, if they do need cash, they may not get it through equity financing. You have no idea which way they will go. They may get debt financing.

Nice pick up. Glad you were able to average down some.

Thanks Sterling, but it was "bighurt35" that bought at .024.
I do agree with you on it turning out to be a good buy.
Amen to that! Thanks to you too!! EOM
I agree 100%. EOM
Bought in today at 24. Guess I should have waited a few but oh well
IMO it could have easily gone to .04 as it did to .013, so I think it's one of those 20/20 hindsight things. End of week I believe .024 will look good. We're just getting noticed here.
Thanks on the siggy. My Dad served in Korea.

It dropped from .024 to .013 on just 15,000 shares.

ASFX GREAT NEWS (.018 x .02):
Health and Safety Products Company Experiences Record Sales for Q1 2008
Monday April 21, 8:58 am ET
Thermofocus Sales Increase a Healthy 400%
WESTON, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Apr 21, 2008 -- American Scientific Resources (Other OTC:ASFX.PK - News) today announced record sales for Q1 2008, stating that sales of the Thermofocus® 5-in-1 non-contact thermometer have grown at an exponential rate over the past 6 months. Of particular importance were online marketing strategies, which through its Kidz-Med subsidiary have successfully increased online conversion rates by 400%.
Management remains openly optimistic of the trend in sales and marketing for its health and safety product lines and expects to continue the current strategies, which have achieved the Company's recent success. (Current sales have more than tripled compared to Q1 2007 to over $231,000.)
The Company's mission is to scour the globe for innovative health and safety products not yet available in the American market and introduce, distribute and market them in North America. The health and safety products specialist already distributes several products throughout the United States. (A corporate profile is available at AudioStocks.com.)
Thermofocus® 5-in-1, the Company's flagship health and safety product (pictured here), allows parents and doctors to measure the temperature of infants or sick, combative toddlers in a safe, non-invasive, non-threatening way. Because the product works so quickly -- in seconds, not minutes as with other thermometers -- and it does not have contact with the skin, the Company believes the product will gain widespread acceptance in North America, just as it already has in the UK, Europe and Asia.
As U.S. distributor for the Thermofocus® 5-in-1, the Company has already placed the health product at more than 6,200 Walgreens stores across the United States.
Unlike other health and safety products, the Thermofocus® 5-in-1 has multiple uses, making it exceptionally suited for doctors, parents and caregivers. The Thermofocus® 5-in-1 not only quickly and accurately measures body temperature, but also makes it easier to reliably, conveniently and consistently measure the temperature of a child's bottle, food, room or bathwater. The device can also be used on adults.
President and CEO of American Scientific Resources, Dr. Christopher F. Tirotta, MD, MBA is a pediatric anesthesiologist and clinician in Miami, Florida and advocate for health and safety products for children and adults.
Dr. Tirotta, stated, "This is a very exciting time for the Company to have experienced such a phenomenal breakthrough. Through various marketing strategies -- particularly those of our online marketing optimization consultants, Future Now -- the Thermofocus® 5-in-1 is now being recognized as an innovative thermometer on the market."
ASFX...good day IMO.
Went through .015 to .02 quickly. Closed .018 x .02 with a large bid size.
News next week???
Bench
IMO, traders saw stocks with better momo and left (the IGPG momo was killed by bashers earlier in the week). Others followed when IGPG fell below the 20 day.
Those of us holding now need to wait for news out of IGPG to get things going again. JMO.

I'am waiting for funds to clear to add even more
Me too.
I agree with you on all counts Josh.
Looking forward to next week. Thanks for all your DD.
Take care bud
GLTU gwat, you are probably not the only one. I wonder how many will be left after today. This is personal for me, so I will still be here. Plus, I think in the longer term it will work out well for me.

....but is worth a lot more than .009/share.
Revenue and income have increased year over year.
I'd have to go back and research that. A lot of those company's had that potential, but millions of shares being dumped by Cornell usually kept that from ever being realized.
Cornell uses the same formula every time, and they have probably been very successful because of it. Maybe they have missed out on some potential 10 baggers, but overall their strategy is probably right about 90% of the time IMO.
I can't explain their logic, I just know their history and reputation. I have seen them do it time and time again.
Bench
Why would Cornell walk away if this would be soooooo profitable?
Cornell never cares about the prospects of the company's they lend money to. They get the shares for the cash, and then dump as soon as possible. They never hold for bigger profits.
Bench
Good going. I got all my shares at .001. IMO that should prove to be a very good entry too.
That makes sense IMO. If you look at todays trades it's very evident. Almost every buy at the ask is followed immediately with a trade at the bid.
Bench
Got some more at .009. EOM
But you will owe NO taxes on it. See below:
These FAQ's are from the IRS website
http://www.irs.gov/newsroom/article/0,,id=179181,00.html
Q. Is my Stimulus Payment taxable?
A. No. You will not owe tax on your payment when you file your 2008 federal income tax return. But you should keep a copy of the IRS letter you receive later this year listing the amount of your payment.
Q. If my Stimulus Payment is not going to affect my 2008 tax refund or increase the tax I owe next year, why is it I need to retain the letter that lists how much I received?
A. In the event you do not qualify for the full amount on your 2007 return but you do on your 2008 return, you will need to have the letter as a record of the amount you previously received. [New 4/11/08]
Q. Will the payment I receive in 2008 reduce my 2008 refund or increase the amount I owe for 2008?
A. No, the Stimulus Payment will not reduce your refund or increase the amount you owe when you file your 2008 return.

Thanks Josh! I am looking forward to seeing your information. It's nice to see a positive tone come back to this thread.
That goes for ULTRA also. Thanks for the DD!

In the end I think we will all do well here.

We may get a bounce off of the 50 day moving average here.
I was thinking the weekend bashing. IGPG went up at the open on Monday, but couldn't hold it. People's view changed from a longer term hold to a short term flip.
It was on yesterday. I had to cal that order in. EOM
