The cancelling of the investor conference is a positive sign that there may be more important and urgent things going on for $KCG right now.

We can only speculate on the timing and the details, if anything even happens at all.

My speculation is that there will be a complete buyout of $KCG announced on or before Monday for $3.40 or higher. JMO.
