so...the "latest developments" (quote, unquote) item in the ever-growing volumes of DD bandwidth overload does not include the Co's comments on the unreliability of the leaked document????...just that it is VALIDATION in your words, when the Co seems to say otherwise now????.....isn't this kind of like 18 cent earnings enthusiasm???.....putting words into the Co's mouth once again, no????....actively ignoring what they said about this VALIDATION???!!!...we know where that usually takes us.....
and doesn't LATEST mean something that would include the LAST item from the Co (not an unauthorized message board leak which can't even be confirmed to be not tampered with!!!)....latest being by definition the PR "accidentally" left out....
a message board leak trumps the PR saying it should not be relied on???? WOW!!! pics of beakers, and video of a lawnmower still, and stuff years old????.....but not the last PR to come since July??? (or whatever it was), which seems to say NOTHING about validation!!!!!....quite the opposite...
Latest Developments:
SAIC VALIDATION:
vs the horse's mouth on CURRENT (as in LATEST)
However, neither the SAIC report nor the executive summary should be relied on as management's analysis or opinion regarding JBI's current strategic plan or its business or financial prospects.
PS: here, I made it easy to add, just C/P the link

maybe they are LIKE A BOSS?????...you know, not DISCLOSING their compensation, and all that???
lol, another penny stock "confusion play"......but it sounds like the real thing!!!!:

i wouldn't count on it
it's hard to prove a negative!!!.....I would *guess* the SEC almost watched this one in "real time".....look at those L2 *signals* that were flashing like a Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree!!!
then again...MAYbe not!!!!.....only the shadow knows!!!!
good point on the "improper" thing......that could mean a lot of possibilities....internal included....
then again, it MAY not!!!!
(lol!!!....as if every MAY needs a MAY NOT.....geee, take a wild guess when a penny stock says MAY which way the wind will blow????)..
yeah, I thought so too.....
PS: since may <=> may-"naught" in some circles.....their next disclaimer should read as below....(hmmm, but why does that SEEM different then????)
This press release contains statements, which may not constitute "forward looking statements" within the meaning of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended by the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act.
hmmm, yet they could have worded it a lot different if the report still was fairly accurate.....something like "it's basically still valid, although some details might have changed" (which could have been a reasonable statement most people would accept, I would think).....instead, they left the door open for almost ANY possible interpretation someone MAY or MAY NOT have!!!!
Management's current assumptions may differ...
incredible, choose a story!!!...to ME it looks like they are telling shareholders believe whatever you wish, BECAUSE WE DON'T SEEM TO KNOW EITHER???!!!!....current assumptions MAY differ???...if they are CURRENT, they DO or they DON'T differ to those before!!!....but we don't choose to disclose that??? what is this garbage, a game of mother MAY I????
so, riddle me this, what ARE their CURRENT assumptions???? (lol, that may be???)....they must have some, no???.....how the heck can they NOT KNOW IF WHAT THEY ARE ASSUMING NOW IS THE SAME TO WHAT THEY ASSUMED THEN????....think about it!!!!....they are mixing apples and oranges....the issue is not that their assumptions might be wrong, but they MAY HAVE CHANGED!!...WTF???...don't they KNOW????
(for example, if I am watching a court case unfold, I might not KNOW the outcome, but I WILL be able to tell you if my opinion (assumptions) on it has changed over time!!!....not that it MAY have.....that is no information at all!!!)
some very lame damage control, IMO....who wrote this crap???...CAKE FOR ALL!!!
As previously announced by JBI on May 15, 2012, the SAIC report was commissioned by JBI as an independent review of its technology, process and business model. However, neither the SAIC report nor the executive summary should be relied on as management's analysis or opinion regarding JBI's current strategic plan or its business or financial prospects.
Furthermore, the conclusions drawn by SAIC were based upon a number of assumptions made at the time of the report that may be outdated or incorrect or that may prove to be incorrect in the future. Management's current assumptions may differ and additional events, risks and uncertainties may cause JBI's actual results and performance to differ from SAIC conclusions or projections.
double-reverse-negative-logic!!!
below is the "safe harbor" from the "not to be relied on" leaked document!!!!.....in essence, the PR (saying the leaked document should not be relied on) is not necessarily to be relied upon!!!!
HAVING YOUR DOUBLE LAYER CAKE, AND EATING IT TOO!!!!
PS: notice the use of the now debated word MAY!!!! (which might mean may not!!!....all based covered with ambiguity..)
PPS: if may = may not, try substituting the latter into the first sentence below, and see if it changes the context!!!!....yeah, it looks absurd with MAY NOT, doesn't it????.....
Forward Looking Statements
This press release contains statements, which may constitute "forward looking statements" within the meaning of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended by the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act. The Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 (PSLRA) implemented several significant substantive changes affecting certain cases brought under the federal securities laws, including changes related to pleading, discovery, liability, class representation and awards fees as of 1995. Those statements include statements regarding the intent, belief or current expectations of JBI, and members of its management as well as the assumptions on which such statements are based, including the expected timing of the Company's Form 10-K, execution of the proposed agreements described above and consummation of the transactions contemplated by such agreements. Prospective investors are cautioned that any such forward-looking statements are not guarantees of future performance and involve risks and uncertainties, and that actual results may differ materially from those contemplated by such forward-looking statements. Such risks include, but are not limited to: (1) JBI has a history of net losses, and may not be profitable in the future; (2) JBI may not be able to obtain necessary licenses, rights and permits required to develop or operate our Plastic2Oil business, and may encounter environmental or occupational, safety and health conditions or requirements that would adversely affect its business; and (3) JBI may experience delays in the commercial operations of its Plastic2Oil machines and there is no assurance that they can be operated profitably. For a more detailed discussion of such risks and other factors, see the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K, filed with the SEC on March 19, 2012, as amended on April 30, 2012, and its other SEC filings. The Company undertakes no obligation to update or revise forward-looking statements to reflect changed assumptions, the occurrence of unanticipated events or changes to future operating results.

On July 9, 2012 , JBI, Inc. (the "Company") filed a Current Report on Form 8-K

typical JBII precision, no biggie.... their filing accuracy blows.....it takes 10 seconds to see that there was no July 9 8-K filing....

Mike The Pike Productions (OTC: MIKP) (www.mtpprods.com), an entertainment company with a focus in feature films, graphic novels and media holdings, announces today that its recent SEC suspension was lifted over the weekend. Today, trading resumes on the Grey Market.
According to OTC Markets, trades in grey market stocks “are reported by broker-dealers to their Self Regulatory Organization (SRO) and the SRO distributes the trade data to market data vendors and financial websites so investors can track price and volume. Since grey market securities are not traded or quoted on an exchange or interdealer quotation system, investor's bids and offers are not collected in a central spot so market transparency is diminished and Best Execution of orders is difficult.”
The company is working diligently to resume quotation by market makers in the OTC Markets and has initiated proceedings with a Market Maker toward submission for OTC interdealer quotation via filing of Form 15c2-11 with FINRA.
The process, which the company feels will take anywhere from 3-6 months, is alongside ongoing operations which include at least two additional feature film announcements in 2012 for its subsidiary, Saint James Films (http://www.saintjamesfilms.com), as well as additional accrued revenues, attendance at the 2012 American Film Market, advancement on effects driven sci-fi thriller, White Space and progress in line with exciting developments on The Skin Trade, a franchise in the works, based on the award winning novella by George R.R. Martin, author behind HBO’s Game of Thrones.
MIKP CEO, Mark B. Newbauer, states, “I respect the SEC’s desire to clean up the non-reporting markets. Though I am not a fan of the criteria for selection or the fact that a portion of time and resources will be utilized on the Form 211 application process, we are thrilled to have met with a Market Maker that is confident, based on our discussions, that a reinstated quote seems more possible than not.”
He continues, “Another option considered was to accept a share for share acquisition offer by a fully reporting company or to, ourselves, file audited financials with a registration to become fully reporting. Though I feel the latter two options are viable, I feel the process we have chosen to set in motion is the path with least resistance in terms of overall benefit to the company and its shareholders; and has much potential for success. In the meantime, we’ll continue producing in what remains the company’s most successful year yet in terms of project-flow, revenues and strategic alliances that set the stage for exponential growth and industry position.”
The company will continue to make announcements via press release along with content and comments via its corporate blog (http://blog.mtpprods.com) and is looking very much forward to a productive AFM (www.americanfilmmarket.com)

note that racing engines use methanol for a specific reason, and it ain't better MPG!!!!.....
kind of deceitful to be showing a race car, and use that as some kind of evidence that Singular 96 would be a substitute for normal vehicles with their lower compression ratio....
Octane equivalence
Methanol has an equivalent octane rating of 113, which is higher than that of E85 ethanol/gasoline (105) and much higher than that of premium pump gas (93). This allows for higher compression ratios and more aggressive ignition timing, both of which are needed for high-powered racing engines. Pure ethanol is slightly higher, at 116 octane, but you can't sell pure ethanol because people would be drinking it instead of burning it.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Octane_rating
As you point out, methanol is less energetic than other fuels, with a stoichiometric ratio of only 6.4:1, as opposed to 9:1 for ethanol and 14.7:1 for gasoline. As such, you'd burn a little over twice as much methanol as you would gasoline, in an engine that could burn both. Owners of flex fuel vechicles have already discovered this; they get fewer miles out of a tank of E85 than they do out of a tank of gas, although there's a little more horsepower to be had if the engine can adjust for the higher octane rating.
http://askville.amazon.com/racing-cars-methanol-fuel-energy-ethanol-gasoline/AnswerViewer.do?requestId=10536859
I'm not "dropping snippets", the entire video was posted as well.....in fact, several times now....
your own first "snippet" says "Singular 96 is a substitute for gasoline" (under the video description)....it also clearly says "methanol enhanced with Singular 96".....
what they are implying is that adding the secret additive makes methanol equal to gasoline in ENERGY CONTENT....(a dubious claim from Mr Dogs and Cats tax-return, IMO).....also, a heat engine runs less efficient when it runs on a cooler source (and assuming that heat is not being caused by a malfunction, of course!!), as anyone who knows thermodynamics should be aware of
In general terms, the larger the difference in temperature between the hot source and the cold sink, the larger is the potential thermal efficiency of the cycle. On Earth, the cold side of any heat engine is limited to being close to the ambient temperature of the environment, or not much lower than 300 Kelvin, so most efforts to improve the thermodynamic efficiencies of various heat engines focus on increasing the temperature of the source, within material limits.
All of these processes gain their efficiency (or lack thereof) due to the temperature drop across them.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heat_engine
BTW, being "fair and balanced":
http://www.extraordinaryroadtrip.org/research-library/technology/methanol/ad-draw.asp
Advantages and drawbacks
The advantages of M85 include:
Methanol has the potential to provide a bridge to the hydrogen economy of the future. Methanol can be used to produce hydrogen, and the methanol industry is working on technologies that would allow methanol to produce hydrogen for fuel cells.
M85 has a high octane rating of 102, higher than E85 (Ethanol) at 96, or gasoline at 86-94.
M85 can be produced in the US. This will improve energy security by reducing the reliance on imported oil.
There are significant health and environmental benefits associated with the use of M85.
M85 can be dispensed from pumps much the same as gasoline.
Because of its high flash point, pure methanol (M100) is less volatile than gasoline. It burns more slowly and at a lower temperature.
The drawbacks of M85 include:
Fuel storage tanks and dispensing equipment must be corrosion and damage resistant. This is because of the potentially harmful nature of M85 (in the case of spills/leaks), and the fact that it is a corrosive solvent. Fuel delivery requires use of non-corroding hoses and stainless steel fuel tanks.
Although the refueling process is the same as that for gasoline, there is little or no retail refueling available in the US.
Methanol has about half the energy content of gasoline. Because mileage using M85 is lower than mileage using gasoline (10-20%), refueling is needed more frequently.
M85 can be more expensive than gasoline.
M85 is a volatile fuel (flammable) because of the blending with gasoline.
As with gasoline and ethanol, methanol can be fatal when ingested. Inhalation of fumes and direct contact with skin can also be harmful.
Prompt response from our new CEO. Not much info to share, but he was responsive and seems to be working on fixing the mess Mousa left.

Hello <xxxx me xxxx> I am actively working on 4 different scenarios to fix this company.... unfortunately none that I can tell you at this moment. Fixing AVOP is a very complicated task... we acquired a shell company (2 months ago) that had many issues... and resolving them all is taking a little more time than I first thought. We are making progress daily and our goal is ultimately to build a great company. The only thing I can tell you is that I spend most of my time at it... and my goal is success, at the end of the day.

AM Oil Buyout (????)
On April 13, 2012 USEI acquired all of the assets and liabilities of AM Oil Resources &
Technology a private company that once traded as a public company under the symbol
AMOR.OB. The company has innovative oil recovery technologies and a strategy for recovering
marginally producing oil. As a result of this acquisition, our oil and gas sector will seek to acquire
and develop stranded or un-recovered oil properties for enhanced oil production, create
partnerships with operators, create strategic alliances for primary and secondary recovery, and
partner with farm-ins on properties where technology will be utilized to improve recovery efforts.
Our goal here is to become an environmentally responsible oil and gas company; utilizing all
methods available to improve oil recovery. We will also market all of our technologies to a
worldwide market to produce significant revenue and value for our shareholders.
Page 5 -
http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=USEI&id=81005
this says:
Executive Summary
AM Oil Resources & Technology Inc. was formed for the express purpose of bringing forth a proven business opportunity that is more relevant now, based upon historical high crude oil prices, than when it was introduced into the market in 1996 when prices were at historical lows.
On December 5, 2011 the company became an independent public company traded under the symbol AVOP.OTC. Our collective plan is to create a Dynamic Oil Production Company that will utilize technology to enhance oil production and produce significant oil revenues from properties acquired by both firms, through it relationships.
We will develop current properties, acquire new oil properties for enhanced oil production (with heavy or light gravity oil) create partnerships with operators, create strategic alliances for primary and secondary recovery, and partner with farm-ins on properties where our technology may be utilized to improve recovery efforts. Our goal is to become an environmentally responsible oil company; utilizing all methods available to improve oil recovery.

Just got off the phone with Anthony Miller. He confirmed that Singular 96 was basically M85, with a few "proprietary" additives. When I asked about the efficiency of Ethanol, he stated "We have done market research, and believe we have a viable product." I mentioned M85 took 1.7 gallons to travel as far as 1 gallon of gas... He said, and what's the price of methanol. It's about half the price of gas. But Singular 96 is only going to cost $.06/gal less than regular.
I asked about production facilities. First he said it would be insider trading to tell me that information. Then said they would mix it on site. At the gas station. At the gas station.
Refused to say where it would be available. Again, "insider trading". Only that he had orders, and it would be out next week. Said telling customers where they could get his product was unimportant.
Finally, he confirmed John Stanton was the Chairman and major stockholder. Then went on to say he doesn't answer to John Stanton.
Conclusion- If you are an investor... Be afraid! Very afraid!! If you are a trader.. Enjoy the ride, but remember the fall is a

sigh....just let the person know that you are ignoriong, either via a public snipe, or PM!!!
(isn't that the usual MO????)
PS: then, it can later be said when convenient "I took you off ignore to see what you had to say...."
(or the equally used "someone told me about this post....")

does this mean that anyone who was ever an IRP will always have the yellow triangle???......or does it go away eventually???
this is just a message board, Sam......it is what it is, a lot of opinons mixed with DD.....nobody likes to see those who post in good faith lose money.....
but not every stock makes it, that's just a fact.....and if you think Patriot are "criminal", or whatever, check out some of the REAL scams out there in penny-stock land......it makes these guys look like saints.....
I think most here are trying to be straight, and yeah, some might be harsh.....but, unlike so much of the other BS you will find on many of the penny stock boards, I think we have some very good posters here, compared to some of "them", who don't post in good faith, and just are looking for suckers to flip their shares to.....(it looks like most of that is gone on this board now, thank goodness!!!)
PS: many of those other shady penny stocks also have very Patriotic souding names too, such as US-this, or American-that....it's all part of the game to gain credibility....don't judge a book by it's cover, all that.....
PPS: I think you said you like Patriot because you suport coal.....there are plenty of other coal Cos not in BK.....I'm not telling you what to do with your money, but an investment does not have to be all or nothing.....there is also an ETF for coal, which gives at least some diversification beyond one Co, but buy what you wish, of course......(ETFs may have downsides as well, due to fund cost "erosion" over time, so it's best to understand all aspects before buying ANYTHING)....

paper???
4th of July is long over.....what does this Co do again, besides "Stacking the deck"????
seems not.....
