The silence really bugs you John?
The fact that CYGX does not dole out specifics really bothers
people does it not?
If you feel the company is not moving in the direction you think is best for your investment purposes then perhaps you should look elsewhere. If you feel management is deceiving you with false PRs then again you should look elsewhere for another investment. This investment is not for you.
jj
I dunno I am just a bumbling stumbing moron.
So you may want to temper my previous answer with a caveat lector.
I am a moron. Always remember that.
(wink)
J
Try to play me. I graduated Phi Beta Yahoo!
The best message board college in the world.
(Big smle)
James Joesph Meeker
You a tag team John?
Good news coming to CYGX John?
Shake the weak hands out before it happens John?
Push the price as low as she will go John?
Add the past to what is happening now John? Too rich.
jjm
nearlynapping I do not know how hard LWs job is. I do know
that the company does appear to be moving in the right direction. I also know that if GDEPC were not here he/she would not hang around very long and he/she would get fed up too. Also you would hear discontent in G's posts. Not happening.
G is still here which is another good sign.
Just my opinion.
j
Your AGENDA is quite clear and apparent Arnold. You are good at what you do though. Kudos. You almost had me fooled but that was long ago.
I have been on to you since before the Aldevron contract.
So what will it be next? What to complain about? What to bring up next?
Who introduced me to you? Oh yeah!
I am on here because I have the day off. You on the other
hand are here almost 24/7.
I know "Just to make a buck" right?
Why the deception?
JJ
Bringing up that past. Good tactic. Bravo!
The gile of a 15 foot croc.
Go get em Arnold.
JJM
Yes. That sounds very good to me G.
Vodka tonic on the rocks please.
J
That explaination to the one who coined the phrase "rainbow warriors" ME has gotten old too. Even I can be found to have posted this cause for questioning management.
When management deals with entities like Phenuel Pursuits without delving into who Phenuel is or when they make agreements with companies like AVGI and do not think of the consequences of those agreements management should be questioned. THAT IS ALL IN THE PAST THOUGH.
Or is it?
So glad this company keeps its tight lips despite complaints
that they owe us. THE only thing they owe shareholders is
progress which it looks like they are accomplishing albeit slower than some would like.
Opinionated? Me? Yes sir.
I will tell you what you do not wish to hear whether you like it or not.
Mr. Kibbles wants to go outside. Too nice a day.
JJM LTD
Congrats BigB. You deserve a double dip of vanilla.
J
David so you too equate CYGX to Enron or WorldCom(Con)?
MS and LW are the Ken Lay and Jeff Skilling of this company?
Do you know ANYTHING of the biotech biz? ANYTHING?
So I am just a knuckle dragging moron that can read between the lines. I read you loud and clear too.
Oh if you get too disgruntled with the current management
take my advice and move on. This is high risk investing Shirley Temple not a slam dunk by any means.
Jimmy Joe
To constantly complain and whine about things you cannot prove or that are not true is dogmatic David.
" great prospects but does not have the best business managers, which many posters here agree on."
And what do you propose to do about the current management?
FACT: You cannot do anything about the current management except post your dislike over and over like a broken record.
That will not accomplish anything.
Deal with them. They are here to stay whether you like it or not. We as shareholders have NO choice. BTW they seem to be doing fairly well right now. Or would you rather them get involved with David Lane and Associates?
Sorry I have to be so blunt David but defend those broken records if you must.
JJM
G I have come to the same conclusion as what you stated.
"THEM" just being here adds a whole bunch of weight to the credibility of the company's SCIENCE(S).
I am no country bumpkin and what is transparent is what you
have posted. There is much greed not only for money but also
for EGOS here.
It is sad to see people act like children.
I do not know who you are G. YOU were the one poster along with maybe another who has kept me from dumping out and moving on before the GE announcement.
Now Aldevron seems to becoming more and more involved.
They are getting more and more involved for a reason. They know as you have stated previously. The contacts now include Mssr. Chambers of Aldevron. I feel that is a big clue to this company's future.
Thanks G.
Next SHM I would like to attend. I will be saving some pennies, nickles and dimes for that time. Too much going on at home right now.
Later
jj aka Franky
G not a good idea to show your cards before you know what the other fella is holding.
The CYGX warning to whoever about contacting Aldevron?
I know who you are or who you are connected very closely with.
I had you nailed from the get go just as I thought. No I am not the one warned but know of it and who.
Your insight is pretty good and I like your confidence in what is happening with the company. Carry on.
No John. What I can do is answer the constant complaining
by suggesting he/she they SELL and move it on out. My choice
to put on ignore or to answer with common sense.
You and Arnold a tag team? There is no defense for accusations that are not true. "I am just trying to make a buck" does not cut it. Not when one finds fault with every
single thing from GE to synDNA to Aldevron to current Bird flu testing.
It gets old ya know?
What is better is that the same folks complaining know there is something good going on. Hell they would not be here otherwise! ))))))))))) They refuse to bail!!! ))))
Just seems odd that one would hold onto a stock one constantly complains about along with the management. Does it not?
You know it does!
JJM
There are other plays out there more secureand which can give more kick than this one at the moment.
This is a LONG TERM play. Not an overnighter. You know it as well as I.
j
Arnold it seems I touched a nerve. Did you take me for a fool?
Hope not. I think there is more to you than what you portray
on this message board. You were quite friendly with Hogger.
Were you involved with AVGI too?
j
Yep!
Franky
Yep!
Franky
G I told you that there would be some fault with this latest PR. There was. Even when big revenues eventually come in there will be complaints.
The "was there a sale to Aldevron?" has had its teeth kicked in. The "did CYGX get revenue form Aldevron and how much" is now the question. It is always something. Those who try to discredit constantly. And I thought ThalioWizbanger(Lawrence Oliver) was bad.
JJM
As do the bashers. (Those with an opposing agenda.)
j
If you are that worried about the SP then simply dump out NOW.
Put your money to work elsewhere. Since management sucks so bad and nothing seems to be happening as you sit and wait and complain just bail. Do us all a great big favor. This is such a bad investment that looks like it will never achieve its potential.
Sell out and leave this horrible mess behind you.
Thanks!
jj
Maybe they just are not sure you are who you say you are.
That is your problem.
If they treat you so badly maybe there is a reason.
By the by I know someone who has gotten answers by calling CYGX or emailing Arnold.
Guess it just depends on how you are received or how you make your presentation. Trout fish much Arnold? Presentation is key.
Good luck
j
What do you consider a meaningful order?
The fact that Aldevron ordered at all should be enough
to convince the average investor the synDNA is for real.
Yesterdays PR shows that there is third party interest.
Still not enough?
"This has nothing to do with the stock market or other biotech stocks, it has to do with the credibility of CYGX."
What about the credibilty of Aldevron? Hello?
Was it not you who speculated they had not made a sale to Aldevron at all?
Was it not you who speculated Cytogenix had not received payment from Aldevron yet? You were 100% wrong on both counts yet harped on it for weeks.
"The continued use of PPO's and the lack of news on financing are not helping the stock price."
Agree. BUT right now there just is not enough meat on this chicken to fatten the SP.
Just sell and move on. Do us all a favor.
JJ
They can right now with just one unit supply enough synDNA
for their needs be it their experiments and or small quantities for sale. Validation of this synthetic DNA is a real key here. I am not sure of how long this process will take.
It is not like a simple method transfer validation. Real data and facts must be generated and found to be consistent with claims. Biotech of this sort is new to the FDA.
Validation of their synthetic DNA is to me more of a story
than revenue generated. Do not get me wrong. I do think third party interest and the fact that their synDNA has gotten Aldevron's stamp of approval is a major win.
For me validation of the product is essential and will be a
key step in helping SP move higher.
If this product is as good as Chambers thinks it is the sales will be no problem. Once validated the whole gambit of phase trials is at everyones disposal. Anticipate big sales.
Notice I said Chambers and not CYGX.
On another note that is related to the production facility
for CYGX could CYGX not temporarily utilize production space from a partner while they get their own facilty up and running?
Someone whose facility already has FDA approval for such
endevours?
Just thinking out loud.
JJM
Why not call management up and ask them directly instead of speculating Arnold?
Low volume nobody is buying. Low volume nobody is dumping out
either.
j
Kurt came to CYGX from NASA.
Kurt L. Berens – Vice-president of Product Development
Mr. Berens has ten years research and development experience in ethical drugs and medical devices. Mr. Berens has been a collaborator on projects in academia and was most recently the Manager of the Cellular and Biomedical Section at NASA-Johnson Space Center. He was a Senior Project Manager for Texas Biotechnology for six years, Mr. Berens was part of a development team that was successful in obtaining FDA approval for Argatroban®.
Houndish Mssr Chambers was who I was referring to as for the contacts.
G if this is not enough to squelch the naysayers then I say we forget them.
Mssr Chambers seems to excited about being able to supply
synDNA of this quality at this speed.
Management MUST be doing something right!! Do ya think?
j
By the by I am sure some will find fault with this PR somewhere.
Some folks have some real problems.... like life.

Note the contacts in this PR please!

The current order for synDNA(TM) was placed after the initial batch of synDNA(TM) proved to be the preferred material for use in the manufacture of innovative products by the client. Arnold does this PR clue you in YET?
From the PR "The CytoGenix synDNA(TM) technology is ideally suited for many of our clients when conventional plasmid DNA is too costly or difficult to produce," stated Michael Chambers, President and CEO of Aldevron. "The first order of synDNA(TM) met and exceeded our expectations in terms of quality, cost, and turn-around time."
I guess the order for Aldevron NEVER happened? CYGX never got payment? No revenue for 2006?
Hello?????
Knock knock knock!!
Arnold?
You stop your speculation. It is happeneing. With Aldevron.
JJM
Figures Cramer would like Schering which has also had problems of its own.
Merck has some products coming out of the pipeline. They also have a pipeline. Take Cramer's advice make Cramer's mistakes.
Merck will be okay despite lawsuits some of which Merck has won.
They have laid off and hired back.
IMO they will be okay.
j
jeff177 it has not been years since the last PR was announced.
According to you it will be 2007 or longer before revenues are produced.
If you expected news to hit the wires right away then you are doing yourself and everyone here a favor by selling at this point.
Noone can predict 100% that CYGX will be successful. It is all part of the risk we as shareholders are willing to take.
The upside is potentially as Trump's baby would say "HUGE".
The downside is complete and utter failure.
Good luck and please do keep your eyes peeled. One never knows.
JJM
Not if one is affiliated with Merck.
j
Could not happen to a nicer guy although Arnolds artical on testicals holding the key would have been better used if they could have captured that scumbag Abu Musab al-Zarqawi alive.
No anethesia. Just slice and dice.
JJM
"?"
Holy one I really do feel that something nice is right around the bend.
This summer may be another buying opportunity. Some things
take time.
I do not expect this stock to stabilize at higher levels until they start to pull in some nice revenue dough. Until then it is still an OTCbb that will have major ups and major downs.
Mr. Kibbles is asleep. Something I should do.
jj
Ahh but nearlynapping here is where attending a SHM can help even those who have done their DD to the utmost:
1- One can ask the hard questions directly to those they need to ask. I have attended other company SHMs where one can engage in direct conversation with those individuals one wants to get answers from. Do you not agree that it is better
to talk to someone in person rather than on the phone or through private emails?
2- Put those in question on the spot! Especially if you do not agree with certain actions the company has taken or not taken.
3- Body language, facial expressions, along with the answers themselves can sometimes give the inquirer a very bullet
proof answer. No stumbling or bumbling allowed.
There are a few more burger dots I could add but I think these will suffice.
In conclusion nothing really beats attending IMHO.
Jimmy Joe Meeker LTD.
Sanoman "There you go again (the editorial you all) giving investment advice". I give you no such thing. If you really believe that I believe you can do a better job leading this company think again. That is unless you have experience like
William Marshall which I truly doubt.
So quit your bitchin. If you think this company is doomed to failure cash out while you are up, even 7500 shares in your Roth.
If you hate the present management now what will you say later? Cryin' about who is who will not change anything.
It is as it is. Take it or leave it.
And yes, SILENCE is best. Plenty of two bit companies who love to put the cart before the horse. In this case synDNA
and GE and Aldevron ALL SURPIRSES. Only volume told the investor of a possible action but it did not say when.
Loose lips sink those ships. Maybe you like the Titanic. I prefer the Queen Mary. Shuttling troops back and forth to Britain the Gerrys never knew her comings and goings.
Success or failure?
Posting the other side of the coin or beating a dead horse? Playing devils advocate or just playing the devil?
Who knows. Who cares. I am in and that is all that really matters. There is something coming IMO. I am sure you will find fault with whatever it is no matter what it is. And I thought Marilyn Chambers was insatiable. You guys beat her
by a country mile.
Jimmy Joe
G there is a time when one must stick to their basic instincts
and sort the wheat from other dried plant material.
Would I have loved to go to the SHM? You betcha.
Mr. Tibbs, ncs4, sauce, and all others who went next time I am buying a round.
Seems to me (James Gang) that again patience is the name of the game.
Does the competition want to know the extent of
CYGX deals and with whom? Again you betcha.
Got a funny feeling about the who is who on this board. I think I have been way wrong. Oh well. Will not be the first time. Eh?
JJM
