Figures Cramer would like Schering which has also had problems of its own.
Merck has some products coming out of the pipeline. They also have a pipeline. Take Cramer's advice make Cramer's mistakes.

Merck will be okay despite lawsuits some of which Merck has won.
They have laid off and hired back.

IMO they will be okay.
