Maybe they just are not sure you are who you say you are.
That is your problem.
If they treat you so badly maybe there is a reason.

By the by I know someone who has gotten answers by calling CYGX or emailing Arnold.
Guess it just depends on how you are received or how you make your presentation. Trout fish much Arnold? Presentation is key.
