No worries. I got into for the same reason everybody does this for "to make money." To date I have lost nothing including my faith in this position. I'll sell when the exit is right!

I'm holding 500k soon to be 50k and I'm so cheap into my position I'm still very Green after Fridays close. IMO more sensible shareholders have invested in the Management of MDCND as they are stakeholders also. Not your typical bunch of Pinky Scammers. Show me another Pink with the Political strength of Gary Johnson (she does not have it). Yes he has another sector company with a very similar share structure Post Split. He is putting his money where is Political Character is> the MJ sector. Multiple times. They have a vision of this sector that is larger than any other player in MJ. I'm hanging with management on this one! Political types know how money is made. I believe New Mexico is the next Colorado and they already know that! Oh yea & they will own it! It's simple politics.
Well said "More Money Time" I feel exactly the same way! I looked at this stock & did my DD a full month before I jumped in. Only bad entry points & only bad exists. I'm in so cheap I'm still in the green after today. I will look forward to seeing how it plays out & I'm still in for the ride.

Closings are complicated because it is all about the math. Prorated taxes, prorated insurance, prorated interest. It changes daily? Every time you change a date you change the math, which changes all the legal paperwork. But let me share a personal experience for those of you who have never closed a real estate deal ( which appears to be a lot of you.) Buying a Rental Property using some available Texas Bond money. Bank request Certified Tax Returns from IRS every time. Return came back that I had not reported $778 in income? A contractor that was claiming I owed him $778 filed a 1099 that he paid me $778. IRS said I did not pay taxes on that income. (I found this out at the first closing on this property). Resolution I could pay the tax I didn't owe or I could not use Gov. funds and do some other financing options. Both would take another month! And it did take another month to work out the details (math)? However it is a done deal just took longer than anticipated!
Real Estate closings never happen on the first closing date for many reasons & very few of them have to do with the buyer. I'm 60+ and have been through a dozen+ closings both personal & commercial. Not one closed on the original date scheduled. This is not unusual & is not a big deal that it has not closed escrow!
This board needs to take a chill pill on the "News" it will happen when it happens?

The value of MDCN stock has nothing to do with the timing of the close of this Real Estate transaction. Only that it closes?
I noticed those big blocks and think those buyers are the money coming out of that other sector stock that closed 50% down. Money just looking for the next up bus? MDCN ready to take you there!
Ok for my Dumb "AS" we are on the list for most shorted but what does that mean "Very Interesting" Except for 2 days over 40% recently it looks like short positions are shrinking?
The bump is on in the "Other sector" stock its down 44% today expect some of those exits to be coming our way soon?
