Pardon me, however wasn’t that Michelangelo painting the chapel ceiling while Leo was flirting with Mona Lisa?
History is admittedly not my strongest subject, although now I’ve experienced recent history being made for close to seven decades, and millennials might consider me a unknown historical figure now
Gentlemen, gentlemen,… who walked in?
Seriously it pains me to see two intelligent nwbo longs jabbing at each other, especially when we have common spreaders of false narratives to address!
Let’s chalk it up to agree to disagree on quality and or effectiveness of nwbo management, if I may be so presumptuous to suggest.
Our common ground is vastly greater than what we differ on.
I know La Niña is forecast to bring us in the continental USA a colder, longer winter, and I’d really like to have Poor Man welcomed back into his nice warm home. I’m hopeful and praying we get the powerful catalysts we’re waiting for starting this month and November!!!
Peace and love, peace and love!
You don’t necessarily have to be the specialist in the technical medical areas to be put on a patent as a co-inventor.
There are cases of higher ranked individuals and others being named as co-inventors for various reasons if all agree. Ideally they all contributed to the invention in some way, but not always.
LP has taught various subjects related to bringing bio from discovery to market, and could have contributed important aspects related to such, as an example.
That’s how your new DI encounter reads to me!
Perhaps the shorts and naked shorts are going to be caught in a tight squeeze after all.
Exactly! LP is a heavyweight, not some lazy second rate leader, and she has “a set of skills” that she applies in executing, so to speak!!
A lot of us that bought from $3 up to $12 also backed up the truck between $0.14-$0.50.
I had reduced my average cost to about $0.68 but since I’ve continued adding whenever I have loose change I have raised the average to about $0.75 now.
I regret limiting the buying at $0.14 because of perceived level of risk.
Most of the risks have since been taken out, but hindsight is 20/20
I feel ya homey!
Btw, I like squid every way it’s prepared. Stuffed and baked like my mom used to make them, sliced in pasta, and of course fried legs and all.
I also like octopus but now I feel guilty eating them after reading about how they’re intelligent feeling creatures.
Then again I’d have to go vegan thinking about pigs, birds, rabbits and the cute deer outside my house that no longer fear humans. And then there’s veal and lamb, oh no I’m so torn!
I understand your situation and at least keeping 20% in is a meaningful enough stake if “old Les’ a billionaire” happens.
To be honest, I could eat pasta every day (if I wasn’t so overweight and pre-diabetic practically) and enjoy it, but ramen not so much at all.
Pasta fagioli maybe yes
The difference now is we are in the home stretch of a process that is now determined by the regulatory agencies more so than the company.
Also, I am not in the camp that the delays we have seen over the years were unwarranted.
Rather, I give management the benefit of the doubt that once we have all the information, the apparent delays will mostly be understood to have been due to logical decisions and external factors.
I could be wrong and it wouldn’t be the first time, however I have to go with my assessment of the public information and judgment of character of the management and the world class neurosurgeons running the trials!
I just spoke to my son about beginning to shift his dry powder in his IRA into an S&P500 fund over the next month, before the midterms and end of year holidays, since I think we’re closer to the bottom than a top.
I do have him in a small position in nwbo, figuring my position is large enough to float all our boats if and when it comes in!
I might discuss the risk-reward of adding a little more nwbo to his position, but ever since I enabled him as a kid to follow me into a beanie baby mania and stayed in it too long, I’ve felt badly that I let him take too much risk! Hence, the S&P500.
PM, I fear either you’re going through a ramen overdose reaction or I’m enjoying my daily red wine too much
You are obviously an intelligent person who has made it to the finest of the park bench neighborhood, and taking a profit of any size is better than a loss. So you do you and I respect you in any event.
As for me, I’m a sucker for a perceived bargain and a perma optimist, and although I have struck out several times before with bases loaded and two outs with the winning run being me at bat, I still like the opportunity of swinging for the fences!!!
This time we might be in the 18th inning but our team has managed to put three men on base and the pitcher is tired, and our home team is energized and awaiting the 3-2 pitch!
It’s at that moment I woke up
I’m in over 12 years, probably 13 or 14 by now.
The evolving timelines and minimal communication, at least since 2015, have required a lot of patience and faith, however all recent indications are that we are in the final stretch that will provide greater visibility and ultimate approvals of DCVax-L for GBM.
Especially knowing that the phase 3 trial primary and secondary endpoints have been met with ample statistical significance, and that follow on combination trials are indicating promising efficacy and outstanding OS outcomes for an unheard of percentage of combo treatment recipients!!!
I made my decision to stick it out to the end many years ago and to go big or go home. I weigh all the due diligence constantly and my logic keeps coming back as favorable, understanding that nothing is guaranteed and life is full of extremely questionable decisions that somehow get made despite the evidence.
All imho

Ms Wolf was trying to get manufacturing secret sauce information again under this “helping cover story.”
She had previously tried to get the same type of competitive information by different means for a competitor situation.
Seems like ancient history now, however as they say, you must be a student of history to understand and learn its lessons.
LP showed that collection of “wolves in sheep’s clothing” her gameness to do battle to the end if necessary!
Great points, and the Sawston jackpot purchase deal that returned much more than paid and nwbo still owns a nice parcel!
In fact, thinking about the share price action lately for a while, it wiggles around during the trading day within 1-2 cents, then tends a little up/down/neutral into the close. This behavior tends to happen despite 1-1.5 million shares traded volumes daily.
So, shares are changing hands with the shares wiggling only a little bit.
Is this pattern due to players making a little bit of money every trading day, or a slow accumulation by players quietly and slowly building up their long positions/covering short positions?
Or is it random retail buying and selling?
Thoughts from the real traders and experts?
No false narratives please!
I prefer to wait for Gadot, but Gadot will never come to see me
My daughter and son-in-law are heading there, near Destin, tomorrow for vacation.
God bless you, thank you!
God bless and protect you and yours!
My son is in St Pete in a zone C and is opting to stay. He says his neighbors are doing the same. They’re about 2 - 2.5 miles west of the bay and something like 10 miles east of the gulf, and I looked up his elevation as. 13 - 20 feet above sea level.
Not sure how the surge works, in that one weather report stated it is in feet above local ground level?
Praying for his and everyone’s safety.

This might be a follow up cnbc segment but he makes the same points.
If you didn’t catch Prof. Seigel on CNBC the other day, he was about as riled up as he’s ever been on TV, making similar points about the Fed being over accommodating for too long, and now ramping rates sharply and ignoring the impacts that already show the economy is braking hard.
Thanks for your encouragement and sharing your knowledge!
That’s the one
Could use just such a investment moonshot to make this bear market easier to endure.
Been through a number of bear markets but this is the first in retirement.
However as the Hyman Roth character in The Godfather says, you have your health, that’s the important thing. Amen
Be vwery vwery quiet…
I’m hunting wabbit!
Hey Doc, did you say wabbit?
Conjuring up a cartoon with LP dressed like Elmer Phud (not FUD) stealthily hunting approvals!
That’s it, I’m finally cracking under the prolonged wait and all the nonsense narratives!
A da a da a da, that’s all folks!
No way in the world, ever!
Someone posted a recent DCF present value of about 10x yours, however I think it attempted to value as a platform with other indications.
Reaction of the board seemed to be that it was either too high or assumed long term successes, but I didn’t look too closely since $20+ would be a very nice buyout in the near future imo.
Someone pointed out that Merck is less than $200B (I think like $125B) in market cap and at the current nwbo share count between 1-1.5 billion shares, a $100 share price would value nwbo like a Merck.
While I wouldn’t rule out a valuation like a Merck in time, I think $20+ billion would be more reasonable value, however I have pointed out that the share price could explode to a higher than reasonable price temporarily in a mania, and in time it’s possible that future valuation of this new platform could be significantly higher than what might be reasonable today, like a Tesla situation.
Wouldn’t it be so great for humanity if 50%+ cure rates will be reachable in the near future!!!
In case you weren’t aware, the nwbo share price has recently reached close to $2 and about $2.85 if memory serves me within the past 2-3 years, at approximately the total shares nominally 1 billion shares.
The higher move spiked quickly, and didn’t last long at all, however these moves establish that the share price can easily go up quickly on solidly good news and press, such as approvals news.
So imo I believe the sp could quickly get to $3-$5 or more on such news, making a buyout at around $10+ supportable, except many of us longs think nwbo wants at least $20 per share in a buyout.
It’s been a long journey for early investors, and the recent investors are in a great position of still being able to buy shares less than 75 cents, many of the earlier concerns being derisked, such as the phase 3 trial completed and met endpoints of mOS, manufacturing certified, and approvals reasonably within sight!
The natural reaction is how can an investment in this status still be at less than $1B market cap?
Dig in and analyse all the available due diligence and consider the reputations and quality of the neurosurgeons and medical centers involved in the large multinational trial, and draw your own conclusions and odds of success.
I constantly torture myself over every breadcrumb of due diligence and run through the logic, and still/always come out thinking the risk-reward is very favorable imo.
I’ve invested more than I would have ever thought to invest into a sub dollar stock and try hard not to further invest large additional funds on the principle that I must not risk my family’s standard of living no matter how good the odds look.
Besides, I accumulated (and still accumulate small numbers of additional) shares enough to improve our finances significantly at $5-$10, and generational wealth at $20+ !!!
You do you
The go it alone aspect has more to do with whether certain positions and staff exist or being built than anyones ages.
It’s not to say that it’s not important that top management are all at retirement age, but that a broader staffing of functions sufficient to handle the next couple years of growth be established.
Our views are not opposed but complementary imo.
The functional expansion and staffing can be addressed by different scenarios, including organic staffing or partnership/buyout, as many here are suggesting.
I think the initial GBM treatment demand can be handled since surgeries are required and assuming patients are going to select neurosurgeons in various regions/cities, this is distributed in nature.
The tumors are shipped to either Sawston initially and/or CRL Memphis if required for the Americas, which equipped with FlaskWorks units should handle initial loads and with CRL’s global footprint capacity can be incrementally added easily into existing facilities.
The advertising and sales functions don’t exist within nwbo currently, however for GBM one might assume the breakthrough only game in town nature of DCVax will not require much more than physician education and word of mouth among the doctor-patients communities. In fact, it might be better to focus on servicing GBM initially without a lot of extra inquiries about other indications.
So, I can see nwbo initially going it on their own, partnering or being bought out.
The partnership/buyout routes may allow more to be done in parallel with more boots on the ground, and thus accelerate DCVax extensions to other indications and establish a strong position of leadership in this new treatment platform.
As long as DCVax-L is approved every forward scenario is good, just how good how fast, assuming leadership is committed to advancing the DCVax platform, as it is now.
Ahhh, sorry, I didn’t read the predecessor posts about whether or why not nwbo employs any younger people.
At least my memory is still good
Isn’t Ms Powers the daughter of a GBM survivor, her father, and she left a good job with professional skills to accept a liaison position with NWBO? Isn’t she the nwbo liaison in Canada, or do I think of the wrong person?
If correct, it speaks volumes of the good will between her and northwest, DCVax having kept her dad alive to celebrate more life with family and friends. And who is better motivated to represent nwbo and promote the approval and advancement of DCVax?
If I’m barking up the wrong tree, never mind
In addition, on the exchange currently on, the OTC, it’s possible to drive the stock price where players want it, especially while volume and share price is low.
Review what happened on May 10, 2022, where a raid on the stock caused the share price to drop dramatically even before a major presentation of great news began, and misinformation claiming the opposite of the great news was released.
The misinformation was eventually forced to be admitted but perhaps not formally retracted, but the damage to the share price was done.
There are also a number of apparently full time posters here continuously putting forth misinformation 24x7.
Eventually soon, the upcoming positive catalysts will come to pass and overcome the forces opposed to nwbo’s success.
This bulletin board provides a great deal of history and due diligence, however the history goes back about 15 years and the currently important information can be gleamed by reviewing the last year of key posts, especially since older false narratives keep being regurgitated from time to time!
I think the following is correct: DCVax-L is the only treatment that extends survival for rGBM!
nGBM is a very difficult prognosis however rGBM is terribly worse, until DCVax!!!
All the soulless paid mercenaries out there get out of the way of this life extending and for some, effectively curing new treatment.
Deep down there must be some vestige of a heart and if not then think about having this new option available for yourselves and loved ones, if you can imagine that.
That’s why the manufacturing costs and price are so important to get right, and why FlaskWorks is important.
Fear not for me kind sir!
Just kidding as usual. I think I had a shot of tequila once in my life, and only have a glass of red wine with dinner for medicinal purposes
You are correct sir!
Look at what Elon Musk has already accomplished before, during, and after Tesla, and he continues to move forward applying the same engineering and laws of physics available to everyone else but he plows ahead and keeps doing, solving problems, and making progress.
I’m not a Musk groupie but you have to give him his due.
One of the most important things I have learned in life, which I wish I had realized and applied earlier in life, is to dream much bigger and not underestimate yourself.
Nice capture, and I would add that structuring the trial across 4 Jurisdictions/RAs with one SAP. Achieves process, trial, and time efficiency and multiple shots on goal for approval and a checks and balance among actions of the RAs.
Very wise!
The only wormhole that I have some experience with is the hole at the top of tequila bottles with the worm inside
I swear sometimes I felt like I was in those wormholes ! Could have been my lovely spouse breaking the tequila bottle off sides my head
