If a company is planning to Merge into VRUS do you not think they will do some research first?

Will they accept a payment in shares knowing full well that their most recent SEC filing APPROVED a 1:400 R/S?

Its stated rather plain to see that the maximum they can R/S is 1:400 but could easily do that in 4 1:100 splits or 2 1:200 splits
