i dont see it.....
Well good luck, anymore info you all need or want to know about drilling just ask :)
i dont know squat about ASKE, but i saw someone mention they have 92$ in the bank account. I cant do screen shots but let me give you an ideal of how much it costs to drill for one day. This is copy and paste from one of our drilling reports

just today alone to drill this well costs over 203,000 dollars. On average you are looking at 3-8 million per well. Took out some sensitive info in that report, due to our company confidentality.
Well that other company would be CHK, if i hear anything i will def post it here so you all know, but as of right now i can tell you that there is no JV or anything similar being talked about with CHK and another company in Mcmullen.
i always look at stocks with new news.
Just to warn you all I work for Chesapeake Energy, The major players here in the Eagle Ford. The place they are claiming to drill is near a little town called Tilden Tx. We have drilled over 200 wells in that area over the last 2 years.
I will not say whether or not their claims are true cause i do not know, but what i do know is that CHK has virtually all leases in Mcmullen County. So if they were to drill it would have to go through Chesapeake. I can also tell u that there is NO other oil companies drilling in Mcmullen county besides us.
So take this news however you want it, just giving you some info that i do know.
i think the news they have put out recently has been fairly good. This is not going to be an over night 1000% gainer. This will take a slow steady rise, not a very big chance for flippers here IMO. This stock dont have very much "strange" activity like a lot of other OTC stocks do. Which is one of the main reasons i looked at GYST in the first place.
i dont think so, they have new auditors and have stated that they would file today but it took so long due to them having new auditors.
As i stated earlier i think it will be late this evening before the 10k is actually filed.
well they have until late this afternoon to file the 10k dont be surprised if it isnt released today while the market is open !
because some of you cant see it and your blindness is simply amusing !
Plus i wish he would just let elvis die already :)

Graystone Company Enters Into LOI to Acquire Hard Rock Gold Mining Project
Lima, Peru, December 19, 2012 -- The Graystone Company (OTCQB: GYST) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a Letter of Intent (LOI) to acquire an open pit hard rock gold project in Suriname. The LOI sets forth the terms upon which the Company proposes to purchase an undivided 50% interest in the Suriname project.
“We are excited about the Suriname project,” commented Paul Howarth, CEO of The Graystone Company, “this will provide the Company with a significant increase in revenue and cash flow and should help us expand in Peru as well.”
The Suriname Project
The project, referred to Suriname #1, is approximately 3 hours from closest major city. The project already has most of the equipment on site and expects to begin production in 8-12 weeks. The Company’s investment will be used to acquire excavators and pay for the mining camp. The Company expects that the project will produce 200-400 grams per day or 4,000 – 6,000 grams per month or $200,000 to $300,000 per month per Pod. The project is immediately adjacent to one of IAMGOLD’s projects in Suriname.
The Company expects to expand the operations on Suriname #1by adding a Pod each quarter. Each Pod is expected to cost about $250,000 in equipment and is expected produce 200-400 grams per day or 4,000 – 6,000 grams per month or $200,000 to $300,000 per month. The Company’s goal is to have 4 Pods within 18 months being able to produce 16,000 – 24,000 grams per month or approximately $1,000,000 in revenue each month.
The LOI
The LOI contemplates that the Company will work towards the completion of a definitive agreement (the "Purchase Agreement") in respect of the Proposed Transaction by January 15, 2013. Under the proposed terms, the Company will acquire an undivided 50% interest in the Suriname project for $100,000. The Company will receive 50% of the proceeds of the project. The funds from the gold sales are expected to be wired into an account controlled by the Company who will then make the necessary disbursements.
Proposed Financing
To fund the project, the Company will create a Series A Preferred Stock which will be used to finance the project. The Series A Preferred Stock will consist of 80,000,000 shares. The Company’s intention of using the Series A Preferred Stock for financing is to minimize the effect on the Class A Common Stock. The Company’s officers and directors have agreed to lend the company the necessary funds in exchange for 25,000,000 shares of the Series A Preferred. 25,000,000 shares will be issued to the current claim holder and the remaining 30,000,000 will be used to raise capital for the project. The Series A Preferred Stock holders will receive between 10-15% of the net proceeds from the project. The Series A will not be convertible into common stock. The Company will be filing an S-1 to register the Series A Preferred Stock. At which point, the Company will seek additional investors for the project.
Suriname

This is up from 300 kilograms in 2002. Natural Resources Minister for Suriname Jim Hok estimates the actual annual production of the small-scale and industrialized gold mining industry to be close to 30,000 kilograms.

And by the way V is still around. He posts.
do u do any research or read any of the PRs ???
it is a joint venture, this is the production the other company compnay is mining and have been mining in that area. Thats what they are basing their predicitions off of !
i'm sorry man but u dont spend time money and waste equipment on an untested site. You want to get the most out of your time and money so you find out the best location to mine. So how is this a delay ? you think oil rigs just find a spot they like and drill ? No they drill a test whole for sampling !
actually when i first came here i never saw any pumping, and then i saw it a lot for a 2 week span, and every since they havent been back. Dunno, but seeing no pumpers makes me feel a little more at ease for sure.
hmm it was also posted on the Dow Jones news wire. Thats the first time i have seen that. Dunno maybe i dont pay enough attention !
u dont plan a fishing trip and spend a lot of $$$ on it to go to a an unprove fishing hole where you might not catch anything :) just saying !

if i'm not mistaken they just recently got most of their equipment up and running. Gold production will sky rocket once Suriname is up and running as well, which they said it would be by today !
These kind of statments kill me, lets just say that SRGE wasnt a scam and were really selling the mines. SRGE is not entitled to give share holders squat. IF any of it were true MSJ would be purchasing the mines not SRGE as a whole.
Why must you all keep making these terrible accusations ?
oh trust me i agree, otherwise i wouldnt have so much invested here. I see to many "shell" exploration companies trading in the high pennies. This thing will take off for sure IMO. And i have done a lot of research on Paul the CEO, he seems to have a good head on his shoulders.
Pretty sure he's invested, or atleast he was at one time.
The company didnt have to much to tout at the time, but if they hiy any where near their predictions on gold prouction then ebay just wont cut it. Hell i dont know at this time all we can do is speculate but i am just assuming they are working on other ways to sell their gold in bulk.
Lets face it this company can only go so far with selling their gold on ebay, i imagine they are exploring different routes of selling their gold IMO.
Dont see why some are so negative about this stock. They are to the point to where before long they wont need any future financing and mining will easily pay for its self. We are heading into the best time this company has ever seen, we are actually producking from 2 mines now.
Is there a chance this could all be a scam, sure there is. The same as with every OTC stock out there, but i have been more convinced that this company is real by the news they put out than i have been by a lot of other OTC companies.
Its "The Black" and a tire service shop. Yep this looks like a legit building in which they would operate...
Who would prefer to believe SRGE "longs" over world wide news http://abcnews.go.com/Business/mystery-american-executives-reported-deaths-mexico/story?id=18531835 . Oh let e guess shorty has a grip on the media as well, and the reoprter who wrote this is shorty as well.
Everyone is out to stop the almighty SRGE i take it huh ?
Real question is who is gonna buy those hundered of million shares total for a few dollars.
go ahead and make a big purchase on those cheapies, i want to see.....
Some nice buying going on all of the sudden
the green is to make it look like this stock still has life, couldnt tell ya as far as the red goes. all i know is that without these paints the volume would be pretty much at nothing.
when was this, cause SRGE volume has been dipping pretty low as of late.
haha yeah those were my thoughts.
well that sure dont mean they aquired "all 6" amazing gold producing properties.
The PR from MSJ said the were going aquire Cinco not all of "SRGE' assets....
I say we are going to get a PR soon stating they are changing their buisness model of elay and that they will become more than just a layaway service due to the fact that their just isnt enough revenue in the layaway business alone.
I think their will be a slew of updates on the potential of the new business model of the future elay. Penny stock pickers will start sending out alerts, it will get pumped all the way to .007 before finally peaking and moving back to the trips.
There ya go, and i expect us to hear of this new business model by the 25th of this month.
where I cant find it.
No kidding at this point its all or nothing for me. Just play around money, no big deal if i lose it all, but swesome if i make it all back and then some. Either way these next few months will be pretty interesting for sure.
Ok first off put SRGE shares in the jar for saying the M word. Shame on you :)....
And please guys dont forget about the shorty picnic this Saturday at 3pm. Feel free to bring ur family for the event, we are celebrating 2 succesful years of of shorting SRGE the almighty powerful mining/Ethanol/mineral whatever it is called now days.
Kids under 5 eat free, 6,250 SRGE shares per plate or better yet 5.00$ but we prefer shares....BAAAHAHAHAHAHA
Please bring ur official Shorty identification badge, and dont forget the secret handshake we discussed April 8th as earlier mentioned. We have to watch out for these longs, they are close on the trail and we know we cant afford to LMAO cover. So trust noone
