They need to start showing some success or they're going to continue losing customers faster than they can sign them up.

This is the funniest line from that rambling, and that's saying something:
Finally, as I said in the beginning, we will not offer fluff PR's only factual
BBDA does not have the money to pay for an on-going ad campaign with JLO. They can't afford to pay Bevnet to keep them listed.
Pump and dump does not describe BBDA. Stock price has
never been successfully pumped.
Dump and dilute does not apply to BBDA either because
shares were sold to raise corporate cash and amount
raised by share selling is clearly stated in the sparkling
financials.
I have no problem with anybody posting the charts or trading on technicals. But where were you yesterday when the charts weren't pretty and just as many shares were sold as were bought Tuesday?
Yeah, most likely the KU version is the "extended" cut that will only show up online. It won't make the TV rotations.
Given all of this wonderful exposure, now would be the perfect time to reveal the secret list of locations where one could find a can of KU. Diddi, now would you please provide us with a list of the supermarkets, 5000 NYC locations, and nationwide pharmacy chain in which KU is sold? Thanks.
Microcap fraud encompasses several types of investor fraud:
Pump and dump schemes, involving use of false or misleading statements to hype stocks, which are "dumped" on the public at inflated prices. Such schemes involve telemarketing and Internet fraud
Dump and dilute schemes, where companies repeatedly issue shares by no valid reason other than than taking investors' money away. Companies using this kind of scheme tend to periodically reverse-split the stock.
You were showing the "sexy" charts on Tuesday and it resulted in a 25% drop yesterday. There isn't enough volume here for technicals to be a very useful tool.
Classic. With $800K+ in the bank you'd think they'd be able to pay their advertisers. Or maybe the financial statements aren't 100% accurate?
Spongetech had advertising agreements with almost every major sports franchise in the U.S. What's your point? You still can't buy the product anywhere except online, and they're still dumping massive amounts of shares onto the market. People are calling it a scam because it is. A share selling scam.
Looks like the people who got suckered into buying yesterday have realized their mistake.
Except that MDAV has nothing to do with YESD. That was a research report putting an unrealistic price target on a company with no product. They are not affiliated with YESD in any way, shape or form.
Still waiting on the 10X increase is share price you predicted by Tuesday night. Come on, even YOU have to admit that this whole event has turned into much ado about nothing.
No, I'm not. I do a lot of online shopping actually, and I'm not arguing that online sales are not going to continue to grow over time. However, certain products, such as drinks, are going to continue to be driven by brick and mortar retail sales. Why? Because if people are thirsty they want that drink now. You will have a few die hards that will order it online by the case, but the majority of energy/"relaxation" drink purchases are one at a time, not by the case. Believe what you will, but if BBDA doesn't get their products on the shelves then they will fail. Something that the CEO seems to be good at.
It's within your rights to ignore reality as much as you like. Good luck.
I get out a lot, and my comment was obviously anecdotal, but the percent of drinks sold online is miniscule as compared to retail. If a drink company wants to succeed their products HAVE to be on store shelves, period.
They will post retail locations where their products are
sold on their snazzy website like they say on the website,
but most people will buy on the internet from thirstmonger.com
as most 20-30 year old people do everything they possibly can
online instead of going to a store or the post-office and
will take advantage of free-shipping.
Double post.
LOL. Whoops, sorry. Misplaced a decimal point. I'll fix it in my original post.
You realize that 1.4 million in buys at an average purchase price of $.0075 equates to $10,500 in money exchanging hands right? Total. That hardly indicates a huge wave of demand from traders, technical or otherwise. The bid/ask has not moved one bit this morning, up or down. The video release was a non-event as far as the PPS is concerned, and chances are it will turn out to be a non-event as far as product sales as well.
I'd like to see the data behind the $500 million market number. The industry leader, Drank, did $3 million in 2010. There is no way that all of the "relaxation beverage" sales in the world combined comes even close to $500 million.
According to the TA:
Current AS: 1.75 Billion
Current OS: 1,665,048,871
sdh, I'm on a free account so I have no PM privledges, but the anwer to your question is, IMO, yes.
Hurts my heart to see a fellow Mavs fan pulling for this share selling scam.
Don't get greedy with this one. If you want to trade it then more power to you, but long term the direction will be down, IMO.
Somebody needs to pump harder because BW won't be able to pay for much racing with this lackluster response to the HUGE NEWS EVENT!
With those primo air times this thing should be seen by literally.......hundreds of viewers. lol.
All joking aside, I believe JN's blog post stated "AT&T Uverse news channels" or something to that effect. I think he was implying that it would be shown on various news channels for subsribers of ATT Uverse, not that they would be aired on a specific "ATT Uverse News" channel. I don't think he had any specific channels or times available for the news spots.
It's splitting hairs, but the specific quote was:
The video's world premier was May 2, 2011 on NBC's Today Show.
That part will probably only be seen on the online version of the video. It will probably be edited out when it goes into rotation on MTV3 or whatever chanel still shows videos. By far the most views come on Youtube and such though, so it's still good exposure for the drink. The problem is that product placements typically drive impulse purchases, and you can't buy this product anywhere except for online.
The company projects that this project will catapult the Koma Unwind brand to the top of the relaxation drink category. With online sales growing on a daily basis, as well as new retailers and distributors joining on a weekly basis, the Company feels category dominance is within imminent reach.
I'm not saying they won't post them, I fully expect them to eventually, just that in the short-term it might be better if they don't. The $300k was almost assuredly due to them being forced to restate prior periods, and does not reflect the cost of continuing to provide annual audit reports. Their 2009 10K shows audit fees of $29,800 which is about right, and would be more indicative of their annual costs going forward.
Somebody dumping shares today. Could this be the day that YESD falls below $.01? I think it might hold it until the release of Q1 statements, then all bets are off. IMO.
EDIT - Whoops, I was wrong. All ready trading below a penny.
To me, all signs point to the numbers being...disappointing. Here's hoping that your feeling is right and mine is wrong, for the sake of all BIEL investors.
While I'm never a fan of companies withholding information from shareholders, purely from a short-term PPS perspective you might actually be better off with them staying quiet. If the numbers from Q4 are bad, then this thing could drop right through $.001 in my opinion.
What?!?!? Impossible!!! I thought Koma was to be a focus point of the video. I thought the title of the song was actually inspired by the ugly soon-to-be released tshirt on the Koma site!!! ARGHHH!!! Foiled again!
It could be that BW is shipping a case of Koma to the Seal team that took him down. Sorry usafshay, this was probably the case he said he would send to you.
You're assuming that the gag will ever be lifted. I wouldn't be surprised if it's permanent.
Sigh...not surprised you are completely incapable of rebutting a single point.
