congrats? i missed the SSSU boat!!!!
SSSU first mentioned about ordering the NOBO list on Oct. 2... they've been releasing PRs almost every day since then... the past 3 days the PRs just kept getting better... it was determined there were about 100M shares short.. the counterfeit shares will be penalized $1 per share in cash.. the loyal shareholders will be getting a cash dividend of between 5 cents and 10 cents... the stock has gone from .004 or something in late sep/early oct to over .04 today and continues to climb...
i'm hoping FSMH management follows SSSU mgt footsteps and does the same... especially since i missed the SSSU boat and couldn't go in since i couldn't buy the f**in SSSU shares b/c Ameritrade happened to be one of the MMs short, and they were restricting opening transactions (buys) on SSSU...
i'm optimistic... if this does anything like SSSU is doing with the NOBO, this thing could see over 5 cents
2 years? where did it say that? oh hell!!
never heard that you can pay to have it unrestricted... how much would that cost?

It is vertical, just not the way we'd like.
I got into this stock b/c I think they have a great product. It's a shame that it's fallen as much as it has. I still have some optimism that it will bounce back up.
yeah... but it really wouldn't make a difference now... only when the restriction is lifted...
Hopefully you just jumpstarted the stock...
i've been trying to sell at bid for the last 10 minutes... trades at ask are being executed though
i'm not having any problems with the sites
i switched to ameritrade b/c they charge one flat price (9.99) regardless of how many shares you buy
i tried doing this but ameritrade didn't seem to be able to do anything... i'll email them again, but i don't think it will help... i can file an amended return for the year it went bankrupt, but as for claiming this year, i think i'm out of luck...
yeah, i emailed ameritrade before but they didn't seem to know anything... it's just annoying seeing it there and would like to get the tax loss for this year...
lol... i have eConnect too... they changed their name to EyeCash Networks (ECNI) and then to Dream Marketing or something... the ecni is sitting there with 0 value... dream marketing is restricted with 0 value... i need to erase them off my books too... i didn't realize they went bankrupt until this year... think it's too late to claim the tax loss though
lol... didn't eConnect go bankrupt already?
I tried buying at .0001 for a few days last week or the week before, but no luck. Probably too many people beat me to the line. One way to find out if it's the shorters pulling the price down is if the company gets a nobo list. I think it's been played to death, but so many companies are doing it now. Who knows.
wow... they didn't even give you a reason?
C7, since the shares are restricted, you do not see a value, only the number of shares you have. But if you manually put in the symbol, you will see the share price of .20
that's strange... you should email ameritrade and find out..
You have 400000 shares of LBTN with no name? It doesn't appear as "LIFELINE BIOTECHNOLOGIES INC COM"? Do you have a gain or loss number or does it show as --
Has it always appeared this way or just recently?
Is one of those your SLSE stock? i have a few stocks like that too... they are all restricted, however... i think once the restriction is lifted, then it will show up like normal.. hasn't happened for me with the other stocks yet, though
dunno what that is... are you looking at the Balances and Positions screen or the Streamer?
oic... i didn't hear about the 1:120 thing, but yeah, that is the closest ratio to what i got
dang!! w8? are you a non-resident alien? did you get taxed on it? don't know.. you should email them and find out. let us know
yes, restricted for 1 year supposedly
Well, the press release in August did say "approximately" 1 for 100. So I guess it is what it's supposed to be. Regardless, 25000 shares is the same as 20735 shares if the company goes south. Hopefully it goes up though.
what's HDSN?
Yes, shares are restricted. Amount should be 1 share of SLSE for every 100 shares of LBTN for recordholders on 8/18/06. At the time, I had 2.5 million shares, which means I should have gotten 25,000 shares of SLSE. I only have 20,735. I emailed Ameritrade and am awaiting their response.
Hmm... Not sure why but I seem to have been shortchanged a few shares by Ameritrade (almost 1/5). I'll have to find out.
I use Ameritrade and have received the SLSE shares at 1:05 PM.
looks like it's going to drop back down to .034 - .0345 and then pick back up...
it may have been wishful thinking, but i don't think it was a typo... before the split, in the prior month or 2, didn't the stock run up to 2 dollars at one point, and then back down to the 50 cent range?
Good post Repeat58. I am an XLPI shareholder myself, but haven't participated in any discussions, only reading. I just don't want to post any negative feelings that don't really contribute to the board. I believe there are tons of other people out there who feel the same way.
cool... may have worked in your favor if you bought it lower than what your original amount was
do you have any open orders? if so, that takes away from your buying power..
Shares are restricted. I remember reading it somewhere, but can't find that exact article. This article is close though.
yeah, i'm one of them.... wondering if i should pick up more or wait till it goes down more... but then if it keeps going down, they might reverse split... ugh!
I think EPA certification is a huge thing. If it's not EPA certified, would it pass the annual car inspection? I don't think anyone would buy it if they couldn't drive their car regularly. They'd be wasting their money.
