I am almost half tempted to sell some hoping for a pullback.
As it stands it does not look like it is ready to pull back.
It looks rock solid at this level ready to surge ahead at almost anytime.

OT: Annapolis is beautiful. A & I would that be a sailboat you own?
Back in 89 I took a trip from Anapolis up to the Baltimore waterfront. A lawyer who was in my beach house at the time had her captains license. The boat was a rental. Great trip.
Chesapeake Bay is such a nice body of water.
Jimmy Joe
Nice find specul8.
j
True. The pathogen has to be present in order to work on it.
One cannot manufacture an avian virus however just like HIV strains some companies do have limited influenza A (H5N1).
Would a company like GE? And if they do have source could they get close enough to producing a vaccine so that some time might be saved if a mutant strain of H5N1 shows up?
Now as for small pox that pathogen is attainable.
Small Pox is still on the bio-terror list is it not?
jjm ltd
Could it be that GE was already making "reagent" for their own propietary purposes but found Cytogenix quality a bit more than superior to that of another?
I find it very hard to believe that GE just dipped its toe
into the water on this and that they have been working on things without Cytogenix for a while. The relationship may have been going on now for a bit longer than we think. Synthetic DNA was announced in late 2004. Do you think it took GE long to get wind of an exciting development that could potentially help them?
I am with you 'more please' in that the relationship does speak volumes.
JJM
Okay I will comment Neo. Edelman has very good taste in beer
and the beer they promote.
(wink)
Jimmy Joe
Neo actually skooby has deferred from posting to the point of
almost not being here. He has the right to be obsessed with CYGX if he so chooses just as other investors have the right to be characterized Wavoids because they are obsessed with Wave Systems Corp.
If you feel there are other compnaies out there with just as much or more potential than Cytogenix you are more than entitled to your opinion.
If you had told me back in 2004 that I could have traded a $2
dog in for a $2 geyhound called Hansen Beverage I would have laughed myself silly.
So actually the moral of the story is one mans Microsoft
is another mans World Com or vica versa.
I do think we have a winner here despite the negative vibes
from the peanut gallery. Eight Ball comes to mind from Kellys
Heroes when it comes to negative vibes.
Time will tell if I am right. Volume and price say nice things about the present and immediate future of CYGX.
What will you say if CYGX does indeed have a better mouse trap then the current mouse trap deployed? GE obviously thinks they have something as does Aldevron. Maybe Aldevron
just did not want to end up taking a chance on getting dusted
in the Synthetic DNA sector? Something the competition may have to think about in the near future?
Who knows huh?
jj
ThalioWizbanger so glad to see you still slumming it up at
CYGX IHUB.
Cheers!
JJ
themusicmen you may have misunderstood my post about cashing
a few in if/when CYGX ever reaches $3-$4. I will do this to recoup my initial investment only. The rest I will let ride
the wild wind. (smile)
Jimmy Joe
Estimated profit if this gets to the price objective I will be cashing out some profit for fun. $3.13 would be a nice price. I would recoup just about all of my initial investment
with plenty of shares left for the run.
JJM
Thanks Mr. Tibbs. Will do. Shoot low they might be crawlin.
JJM
Mister Tibbs glad to have you back. Your posts are appreciated. At least you HAVE a feeling about this stock
unlike some other cat I know. Mr. Kibbles just wants his canned food. So much for his stock picking prowess.
JJ
G I just cannot understand why they continue to question
now that the positive signs are here unless.......
And you were right all along.
I have my rainbow shirt on with me pot o' gold waiting at the end.
Dead Dave will be crying although I must be patient.
Looks like mamangement is making the right moves now.
Jimmy Joe
OT: Auntie Nonsense thanks for the Leading Brands tip. I hope to top off my tank on that one. Got in a couple of days ago at $1.86. CNBC did a thing on pomagranits containing very high levels of auntieoxidants and blueberries were mentioned.
Up nice today. Again I hope we have another HANS. That would be nice would it not?
True Blue is said to be doing well.
Mr. Kibbles coughed a hairball up on that one. Good sign? Bad sign? I dunno. He is just a stinkin cat for cryin out loud.
Hope you have a nice weekend. Villanova got by in a squeaker.
Go Nova! Jay Wright should be coach of the year.
Jimmy Joe
G what they really mean to say is:
"Hey if this thing takes off like a rocket a rainbow warrior
I will be!"

JJ (just sitting and waiting and loving it)
Auntie!! My dear sweet Auntie!!! I could hug ya and kiss ya
ya big galloot! (BIG SMiLE)
I saw Cinderella Man and I agree with you that the movie does
run along much the same line as CYGX now that I think about it. Pop pop BANG!
Jimmy
G I am hoping for a nonstop run with a few splits. Working at Dead Daves I do not have the share clout many of you RBWs have. $25 would be good. $50 would be better. $100 after a split would be retirement.
Cheers G!
JJM
Mr. Tibbs is in the house!!!!
Welcome back buddy!
JJM ltd
Ditto that thought holycow.
jjm
G what do you think? Management selling us out for $4-$5/share? Do you think they would do a dumb thing like that?
Not me either.
jj
No way! No buyout at a $4 level. That would be insane.
JJM LTD
Mr. Tibbs has not tried to bribe the jailhouse keeper has he?
Rake that cup on the bars Mr. Tibbs. Tell the warden you want out.
What a time to be stuck in jail.
Mr. Kibbles is sleeping. Not a worry in the world. I think this is the contrarian indicator Mr. Kibbles has been giving me all along and not the big stinky smelly one.
Dead Dave may have to counting his days as my employer. Lettuce picking is for the birds.
J
Mr. Tibbs I did not realize you were in the Jailhouse.
I miss your charts and your predictions. Anyway if you are reading this I hope you are enjoying the BEGINNING of this long long run.
As a teenager I used to love to watch the school of blues and trout get closer to the jettys point. The gulls were the indicator as the volume for CYGX is now the indicator.
Boy am I excited.
Jimmy
So what do you think now John? Volume should say it all.
Share price is secondary. Investors load the wood before
the fire is started not the other way around.
It looks as if despite some early blunders MANAGEMENT IS
making some good SOLID decisions lately! So get over it.
I know I am.
Jimmy Joe Meeker Ltd
Chooo Chooooooooo! The Rainbow Warriors are singing and dancing today!!! Me too. I can be a Rainbow Warrior. Sun is out and it is shining.
Hey ThalioWizbanger whatcha think???
(laughing all the way)
Jimmy Joe
BaaaBOOM! THAT level of activity! (big smile)
jj
Arnold and BigB nice news today huh?
This is what I was looking for since January.
An agreement to manufacture synDNA with someone. Turns out it was GE Healthcare. Even though this is an exclusive deal I am of the opinion that Aldevron will be a seperate deal for other custom synDNA so exclusivity only pertains to the diresction in which GE Healthcare is going.
More "deals" are on the way.
This is revenue. This is what they needed. This is what they got so far.
Mr. Kibbles is busy eating away.
Hey old one how did you like the PR?
JJ
So as we line up there is Hogger Nearlynapping and Arnold.
On the other side we have Paul GDEPC and Skooby.
Is everyone I mentioned sure they are pro CYGX or is another matter for profit that is the ultimate objective? That being AVGI shares and their price with and without synDNA.
JJM
Why are you so hung up on this case?
jj
Arnold what you have to like about this court order is the fact that Cytogenix can provide very high quality synDNA
if they need to on short order if I may add.
There was a time when pro Waldroff/AVGI folks were coming on
this forum to question whether CYGX could actually manufacture synDNA that quickly and with such a high quality.
As a matter of fact I think these people are still active
on this board trying to dispel anything that may look as though CYGX has positive news on the way. It also is of no use for them to keep harping on whether the process works.
It does and that is FACT.
It is obvious something is up. What we saw today was last minute accumulation. A last ditch effort to grab as much as they could before news hits. Some were willing to pay as much as $1.20-$1.25/share. That should tell you something.
I would not be too consumed with Waldroff/AVGI. It is my opinion that the courts will settle the matter one way or the other. Why all this has been protracted is nothing but a battle of egos from the sounds of it. Not something I would have done then again I do not know the circumstances only hearsay.
Looking forward to the market opening.
Mr. Kibbles is fast asleep.
Soon it will be time for me to go to sleep.
So sick of working for Dead Dave. I need to retire. Like NOW.
Jimmy Joe
Damn those libbys! (smile)
jj
Is that why the share price is going up?
JJ
OT: Tatonkano when you get settled in Syracuse there is a very nice restaurant named Santangelo's Restaurant. Look it up.
Veronica and I had a very nice dinner there. Syracuse is in the center of everything. My father had some army reunions in and around Syracuse. I love NY.
JJM
I could swing a trip to Baltimore ddan. June 4th may fit right
in! Thank you for that notice.
Should be interesting.
jj
G do you think we should buy drinks for David and ThalioWizbanger at the Monkey Bar?
In all seriousness I do think something nice comes this way.
After all perhaps this is just accumulation for some
bigger announcement(s). If so is it not strange that buyers are willing to pay at these levels versus what they were willing to pay in the past?
Look at accumulation periods where there has been 300K or better and tell me if the price was not pushed up each and every single time in the past three weeks or so.
Paul I do not believe this has anything to do with a lawsuit.
It may have to do with one or both of our recent partners.
That is my guess. Some nice news on what some said could not be done.
Mister Kibbles is constipated. Maybe a big one waits. (smile)
Sleep tight my babies.

OT: Got any hot horses Thal? Last horse I got was Lonche two years ago. It paid $17.23 on a $2 bet. I won $172.30 for Lonche and an additional $21.12 for the other horses.
I played Lonche to win and wheeled the other horses in back of it. Nice huh? Lonche ran at Philly Park.
By the by Thal I got Lonche from a message board on Yahoo!
of all places. The posters name was Mirror_Stables.

The Finger Lake area of NY state is very nice G. Friends of my parents had a place just outside of Penn Yan. They were older and owned a vinyard. Tom worked the vinyard while Edna and Bill (the married couple) occupied their time doing other things. Bill was handicapped wheelchair bound with very bad arthritis but worked in his wood shop. Edna stayed busy
writing cards. Birthdays anniversaries weddings graduations it did not matter. If you were on Aunt Ednas list for a card at a particlar time you got it. They even had an outhouse nearby where you could go inside and read the walls covered with post cards. Bill had his mint 1963 Ford Galaxy convertable parked in the barn. Aunt Edna Uncle Bill and Tom. Tom passed on and Dill and Edna eventually found the vinyard too much to deal with. They had no children. Bill eventually passed away too. So Edna moved back to New Jersey
to be with her sister. Edna kept writing her cards though.
Last one I received was right after a ski trip to Big Sky
Montana in 1993. Beautiful people I only met briefly but who touched me deeply.
Just recently I was able to travel down Route 17 which runs along one of the lakes. A very pretty area still.
JJM
Yes I agree Thal. You will never learn.
