Yes, your proprietary trading secrets are extremely valuable.
#63 in all of Nascar? that's pretty good!
I did. I spoke with Tori Fernandes from Nickelodeon.

I'm just responding to your post, and you are being dramatic. SPNG go bye bye? lol
Maybe you should stop worrying so much about a stock you're not even invested in! strange.
Stop being so dramatic. Management should make some moves, but this thing could pop up very quickly.
They haven't raised the A/S (just checked with Delaware), so we know dilution is maxed out at some point.
Why does the bid/ask spread jump up like that? 186 on the ask?
I think there was a new guy acting as a contact at Spongetech, Schlomo somebody?
Can someone post his phone number? It was posted awhile back.
TIA
The B class shares are major with respect to governance, but negligible with respect to the OS.
What do you want me to do? Send you a notarized transcription of the conversation? This is just a message board dude.
At least I posted something that can be verified.
What's the difference? If the OS is 1.17B, they've almost diluted to the max, so they can only dilute another 80 million shares, UNLESS they increase the AS, which we can find out anytime.
So for this matter, the gagged TA is a non-issue, so stop bitching about it.
Now that you mentioned it, I might actually go.
I spoke personally with Tori Fernandes from Viacom/Nickolodeon. Her contact info is on the bottom of the PR.

She confirmed the licensing deal with Spongetech and that products will be coming out in major retail stores (like Walmart, Target, etc., names that SHE mentioned) in the coming months.
To all doubters, suck on this DD.
I DARE anyone else to confirm this.
Even if they are diluting and people keep gobbling them up, it shouldn't affect the share price, right?
Wow! 11m eod buy above the ask. Sick!
SHO is a joke. Everyone knows it.
The SEC admits SHO doesn't cover all NSS on it's own website!
A ton of trades are cleared outside the DTCC.
check out www.businessjive.com
I'm not sure what the hell is going on with this stock anymore, but NSS definitely is a possibility, since it appears it's rampant in the industry. You can call it a "conspiracy", but it's implicitly sanctioned by the SEC!
Good point.
That being said, let me repeat that Dicon looks sick, with MAJOR corporate partners. Could we get a taste of those goodies, please?
Not to beat a dead horse here, but yes, that makes sense from the perspective of the licensor. But as a licensee, I might care a bit more.
For example, if I license something from Microsoft and market it as Mini-Microsoft, Inc., that's seemingly more valuable then the same product marketed as XYZ, Inc.
In this case, Dicon Pacfic looks so budget that imo it makes us look better. But you're right, generally. It's not that big a deal if we market effectively.
Makes sense. But doesn't it bother you that Dicon Pacific uses the same (or very similar) name as the licensor? That seems a bit hairy. I guess they can license their name as well.
On the positive side, our marketing campaign seemingly beats the hell out of theirs.
Ok, that's cool I guess. But they shouldn't be selling the same godamned thing in the same package!
That's great. If the Big Dicon is involved, I'll feel a lot better. BD looks like a monster, actually.
If Dicon Pacific is unrelated and providing us with the technology (lol?), cause for concern.
That's hilarious! good find.
The Q specifically says, "Dicon Technologies, Inc.", ex-subsidiary of HH Brown. Are these two companies (Dicon Pacific) the same? Clearly Dicon Pacific shipped them to SPNG, but what about the big Dicon?
Check out Dicon Technologies' "partners" on their site. Pretty sick. It'd be nice if management works with Dicon to set us up with some of those big boys.
Are you sure Dicon Pacific is related to Dicon Technologies, Inc.?

Definitely worth looking into, but it might be a coincidence.
Dicon Technologies looks legit, Dicon Pacific a bit budget.
For you too, itsonlymuni:
Are you saying this is a money laundering operation?
The company is making a lot of money.
The A/S can be verified on a daily basis by contacting the Delaware SOS.

Thanks for quoting the filing.
200m x .30 = 60m
But doesn't SPNG have an option to buy back the RME shares at a fixed price?
That's interesting.
That's definitely true, but observational facts here don't support dilution.
If they were diluting, they presumably would want to dump the shares for as much as possible. there are buyers, but the sellers don't increase the price. does this make any sense?
i'm running with happyguy's astute observation. it just doesn't make any sense.
Any thoughts on this are most welcome.
Stillllll no answer? bwahahahahhahahahahaha!
what about the fact that buys hit the ask, and and it doesn't move up?
if there was dilution, wouldn't they move up the ask and get more for dumped shares?
No answer to my question? bwahahahahah!
You're so easily exposed.
Ex-Clearing son, Ex-Clearing! What do you have to say about that????
Are you serious with that post? What about ex-clearing, trades that clear outside the DTCC, that never have a chance of showing up on Reg-Sho?
I wouldn't be surprised if most trades are cleared through ex-clearing. Why inform the DTCC (and SEC) if you don't have to?
The exception that proves the rule.
All PRs from every company contain that statement. Try a little harder.
