That's definitely true, but observational facts here don't support dilution.

If they were diluting, they presumably would want to dump the shares for as much as possible. there are buyers, but the sellers don't increase the price. does this make any sense?

i'm running with happyguy's astute observation. it just doesn't make any sense.

Any thoughts on this are most welcome.
