You think that makes them more credible that it took the 15 years and the competition already researched, developed, got approval (on glass shards no less!) and selling? I don't think strict discipline investors, leveraged debt buyers, fund institutions, would enjoy hearing a pitch to invest in a company that took decade and half to develop a product / company when their competition is already done above mentioned and already have sales and returning revenues to the investors
All that statement did was make me raise an eyebrow and dislike them even more after hearing this.
Also if after 15 years in business and no profits....that is the definition of a failure in business, that is shameful...I wouldn't tell many people that if I were you
PS when you say 15 years you mean Battelles patent that ADMD does NOT own but pays a annual fee to license? To my DD I cannot see Battelle being involved with ADMD back in 2000
Exactly, if this was such a game changer and such a sure thing to obtain 100 percent of the 1 Billion entire US market why hasn't I$R cause the other companies to go bankrupt or stop selling their obsolete to IS^ product? It takes years for doctors and medical facilities to accept new devices and drugs. Liability is proven a large metric in the pharma field. Their product is the current "best" product and their sales are dismal.
This is strictly a FDA play, the longer this takes without info and notes convert each month closing the gap for the AS / OS means a AS increase very soon unfortunately....that is a FACT....FDA penny or a couple...no announcement by month's end this is sitting in the low 2s or high teens.
"Can't wait til these flippers get caught without shares"
Proves that you don't flip or know how it works.
1) They will never get caught without shares because they only flip half their shares.
2) They only flip (depending on volume) in this case in lots of 500K to 900K
3) Flippers aren't the ones that dump 3 or 4 million blocks when there is only 30 million volume. They aren't the ones causing walls because they want their shares moved and they know putting up a wall as such will get undercut and cause their sell(s) for the day not to go through
If a stock closes up a tick even or down a tick and a flipper scalped and flipped you might have made a small amount / even / or lossed...the flipper made money, a lot more than you did usually.
Flipping for just 6 -8 weeks of this stock can put you into a position to either increase your share hold significantly or allow you to take your investment out and keep free shares.
This stock has a mathematical 50 / 50 chance to go up or down plain and simple. Can't argue with that. In either scenario the flipper will do better than most because he took his profits and stands to lose less if it drops. If it goes up he will not only gain from their original investment but also gain from free shares a true gain.
To "invest" in a penny is a risk period. Why wouldn't someone remove as much risk as possible? Only a fool would buy a position and hold if it ...keeps dropping...still hold...keeps dropping still hold...
Could have been flipped the whole time and lost a minimal amount.
The ones not flipping but buying when it gets cheaper are doing one out of two steps of being a flipper when they are buying in when cheaper. You are only cutting yourself out of the making more money buy not selling too. Pennies will get flipped more frequently than big boards anyway. You can complain or you can buy a car / pay you mortgage with the profits................Damn flippers they the ones that are so dumb!
From 65 to 35 must have hurt for some...the flippers are feeling only a small percentage of that "hurt"
Dude the company got evicted in January per their own SEC filing...They don't have a production facility. They rent a small office from Cadwell. What is the address you speak of in CO.
The ones that care still have their shares, the people on this board hold probably less than one tenth of the total amount owned. Even some of them are flipping and selling. It would make far more sense to flip a penny and profit along the way up or sideways. when falling you minimize your risk and lose very little if anything if by chance it should crash. the smarter thing to do is flip.
The good news is we have a decent support at 35 with a few million. It will either be a "lunchtime roadblock" or channel here for the day and close between 35 and 38
In all honesty Vinny, at this time I do not. As for the concept and possibilities they are amazing if they come to fruition. I certainly hope for the ones that are effected by cancer that it does. MY biggest hurdle to come back around is the management could at the very least give a detailed (proposed) sales strategy. That would make some people feel a lot better and is reasonable
Simply made a statement. You will notice I didn't say I hope it goes there or want it to. Read carefully. Anyone that is so quick to jump on another is has serious issues..As for your previous remark towards me Mr Chase, the comment on why I am home all day. It is because I am retired and and trade stocks. Which is why I have free shares at this point and am able to look at this company with unbiased opinions for both the positives and negative sir, take care and don't be so quick to judge
Will be in the 2s by then
Bottom line: this is a penny stock, this is nothing new. Cheers
The reason the chart matters is because there are a respectable amount of technicians that trade here and on the OTC.
Ever notice that when the stock is going down the chart doesn't seem to matter........when it is in a uptrend everyone agrees and loves it lol
An individual with a sense for both the positive and the negative. An actual equities investor, welcome voice of reason
No problem mate. The share structure then was a universe apart to what it was of now. They raised the AS and diluted significantly since then. Making the amount of shares percentage wise no longer 10 percent. Look at the Ks and Qs from when Battelle was given that percentage for the use of their patents for us to license them. It shows the amount of shares given to Battelle. Now look at the share structure now.
Not anymore...they have been diluted down to much less at this point
If the guy at 11 would break up his sell he would sell it quicker and be able to sell some at 12....apparently some people are new to this
How are you so sure that it isn't someone just selling and getting out? Amazes me that some are so sure of manipulation, it very could be someone just got sick of waiting and they want some profits to invest in a different company
Awesome if they did that bro
If he read the boards here than he should know how bad the folks that own shares of the company would like to know a few questions don't ya think?
Guess I am just used to a CEO being transparent...like they are supposed to be with regards to people that place money into a company. If you aren't questioning someone that runs a company for you that goes radio silent when bad PR hits aren't you concerned.....Scale it down. Say this guy was running a small retial store in your howmetown....You would just let them get away with not responding or calling to inform you of anything good or bad? Of course you wouldn't
An email I had sent to Jim, keep in mind up until this I had a good re-pore with him. Him and I would email back and forth with regards to our weekends and what not. I sent him this basically looking to obtain some general basic knowledge that could be openly described, he chose to ignore it.
Jim,
I trust you had a great weekend. I will not pester you with the de novo and it's status as I am committed to the likely outcome in our favor. I just wanted to reach out and pick your brain if I may with regards to looking forward for our strategy. I believe I have read up on outsourcing manufacturing and the like, which I agree is a better idea for the margins. However My question is have we begun to implement a sales focus on when we get the green light? Are we going to retain a distributor or install regional teams to close clients? Like I stated previously I hail from Boston and the medical arena here is (I am sure you are aware) not only highly sought after but also an enormous market with demand that is staggering. I won't go on and on, I know you aren't sitting at the desk waiting for the 100 emails a day, probably asking about the FDA. I just wanted to pick your brain about our sales model in the U.S.a little. Thanks in advance for your time.
Warmest regards,
Sarbanes Oxley....He has a legal obligation to report truths and no misleading info...Emails especially from a company owned email account are legally binding....He has to respond with truths
One of my last emails to Jim was simply asking for the DEN app number his response was "You don't get any information that no one else does" .....which is odd because as a shareholder we are legally allowed that info. Struck me as odd that he wouldn't tell us
Some one should just email Jim and ask the direct question "Have you heard a response from the FDA yet?"
He has to answer honestly.
Could mean a couple things: If he hasn't heard then this is still possible. If he doesn't answer it could mean he has and is isn't good. From what I have read is that the FDA doesn't bother to post the ones rejected so we will not know unless it comes from AMIC. He has to under law give correct info so just ask the direct question.
Yesterday was because of Clay or flippers wasnt it? Lol
I dont even know where to begin with that statement....maybe I will start with the majority of my flipping was done before you even arrived on this board. Perhaps I could argue that when I was flipping there was 40 million a day volume. Perhaps I could say that when someone flips they sell high and actually buy more shares with the same funds at a lower price. How that pushes the price down from my laptop in my hammock is beyond me I couldnt tell ya. I suppose the ones touting the deadline that wasnt met were the bigger catalyst of why it sank. If you believe so strongly in the FDA than you dont care if the stock is at half a penny or a third of a penny. The company filed Ks and Qs were a glimmering spotlight of why people sold. It certainly wasnt articles by Sierra that did it.....The deafening silence from the company itself I know is always such a positive outlook, believe that is why Tim Cook does that as well. It was def me.....Calling me out for saying that I singlehandedly helped dropped the price says soo much that I already was thinking. This post is rebuttal to how you are blaming me for taking the price down. Nothing more. Noticed you didnt call out Silver Fon%er for doing it tho...well said champ
I am done flipping so at this point I would rather it go up. However I am in it for the FDA only and no other reason so if it dips to 3s it doesn't matter all that much if it obtains the FDA. I know that this is a sink or swim play at this point, sky rocket up if we get it or trips if not.
I have posted my every sell and have been clear on my holdings. So as far as your point of regression.....well I guess I cannot help you, but thanks for taking the time to post that?
It's simple..using technicals once it drops and closes under 4 it will break out of the channeled compression and sink. Because it has no reason to be bought and technician traders will move on, then sells at that point will outnumber the buys until a FDA clearance gets stamped.
Everyone here knows this, and is buying or has bought with the knowledge of the MnA. The note info is irrelevant.
It realistically has no reason to come back up once it breaks 4. I think if it closes at 39 it will continue to drop into the 3 or even 2s. Without news and impending share lockup it looks like more reason to drop a little more than reason to rise
Personally that is my only interest. The FDA. Decent amount of folks here do not have the same strategy and think this will develop into a big business for ADMD and are going to stick it out with them, to each their own. Cheers Dr Evil
Unfortunately Druidfish is correct..it does state that in the SEC filings that Jim and Bruce filed under the Sarbanes Oxley law....which means it is 100% true from the horses mouth.
No. To much risk. Shorting a stock at less than half a penny mathematically is ahorrible concept. Especially with dismal volume of 10-20m a day. It can only go down a small amoumt to yield "not worth the risk" profit. If you are short and they get FDA it would cost you far to much. I dont short under 10 dollars.
The speculation is based on a non biased opinion. Meaning, it could get approved. OR it could get rejected due to it not having a precedent and the testing coming from a company that has a financial interest in the very same company that submitted the de novo. To the FDA, Battelle's research means not much more than a reference because they own shares of the company that submitted. My speculation is just that speculation. However it is based on real possible grounds.
Much the same way when Merck or Biogen submit drugs or anything they have done their own research. Yes this is a "device" but a device that also has drug like characteristics. They then submit to the FDA and then FDA will dissect it on their own S.O.Ps. The FDA stands as the non biased all ruling governing body in this. They will probably want to see the side effects of the radiogel in the human body during the 2.7 days of dissipation. As well as how it effects the blood stream and its effects on how the residuals leave the body
Agreed. GMO's have been around for decades. Unfortunately with regards to medicinal and biotech treatments malpractice lawsuits are steep. The FDA doesn't care about how good the company is, or the concept. Only if it does more good than a limited potential amount of harm. I do not know the tolerances of allowable harm it is ok to have with regards to the FDA. We better find out soon.
Great point, the other thing to consider is with Cadwell being in his 70s how long does he ride along with ADMD? Keep in mind that some enormous amounts of convertible notes are due within the next 18 months. The share count being this close to locked means it will have to increase the AS. There is no other possibility. If it does take another 8 months or so by then the AS will be increase to ____________? making the run when it does get approval a less attractive one because it will take far more shares to move it unfortunately. If it doesn't come soon (like in the next month) the effects will be horrible for AMIC stock
I think ADMD may get a rejection due to the polymer radiogel will be asked to be clinically trialed and cataloged at length from a third party that has no financial interest in ADMD. The idea is a better mousetrap for sure. But I don't see the FDA giving the green light without testing. They base every decision on the percentages and risk, period. I think they might want to see how it effects the cancer cells as well as the human body during and the effects afterward
Agreed, this tight it will only run up on news, and the only acceptable news would be an FDA. That would make it skyrocket....Other side of the coin is running sideways this long it will sink like a rock on no news, it will happen in one day out of no where without warning. It is coiled to either shoot up or drop.
Great rebuttal sir valid point, cheers to you
Yet no one can dilettante why this case is actually frivolous, just make assumptions. Please state where this case is obviously in favor of AMIC to have everyone's unbiased praise for victory. .
If the plantiff might have to pay for AMIC's counsel than why would they even bring a case unless they thought AMIC was unargubaly in the wrong. Why chance having to spend the money for a case you think you will not win
Furthermore why is no one suing the TA, the ones that actually made the mistake?Instead they are suing the ones responsible for the payment not the illegal share issues.
Answers with with facts shouldn't be so hard to these easy questions, no?
