Some one should just email Jim and ask the direct question "Have you heard a response from the FDA yet?"

He has to answer honestly.

Could mean a couple things: If he hasn't heard then this is still possible. If he doesn't answer it could mean he has and is isn't good. From what I have read is that the FDA doesn't bother to post the ones rejected so we will not know unless it comes from AMIC. He has to under law give correct info so just ask the direct question.
