The scams you talk about are obvious in that when the pps goes up they increase the AS then dump on investors, take PMCM & LATF for ex. Its called, another payment option. Just like when you buy on eBay or Amazon, there has to be multiple payment options. Not every person that walks by a dispensary is going to have cash on them, wouldn't it be nice to know all they had to do was download an app instead of searching the city for an ATM.
