RGM Communications is the name of the outfit. They show the posts from everyone but WITHOUT personal info (name, email) so this seems pretty ethical to me. If nothing else, it's a pretty good snapshot of what people think and you can be sure that at least SOME of the media will get quotes from there.

But this is beside the point. At least these folks are GIVING US A VOICE. I have been deeply disappointed not to see a message to all members - at least the paying ones - from Matt or someone else at IHUB pointing us to some board or poll on IHUB where our voice could be heard and our votes counted. I mean if THEY have no reaction to such an outrage and don't help us out, then who will or should give a damn, right?!

Perhaps not yet? We shall see.

1) Post your message to evry IHUB board that you think has "players with 'Deep pockets' and/or 10 or more positions." I should think Matt would want to help you do that?

2) For God's sake give us that link man! What's the point in making it more difficult for fellow investors to complain about this in the most effective way? Don't take it out on us my friend, we're ALL pissed...

I for one have been wondering why in this internet age there is no simple way for the millions of small investors like us to participate in a simple, straightforward poll/petition on such hugely important issues. This delay is an outrage and the SEC is once again demonstrating how much of a joke it is. I personally thought that ALL MMs should have been included WITHOUT EXCEPTION, but this really takes the cake. Once again big money and insiders' influence screw the little guy. Compared to most other developed countries less than half of our unemployement is taken into account and reported to the public. That's millions of people that are starving or not far from it and don't appear in any statistics.

Now we're told that hey, self-employement has been "boosted" and neither the media nor the Senate Budget Committee don't bother doing their homework and asking for tangible proof (as usual.)

How CONVENIENT!

Oh, and did I mention that we are the richest country on this little planet? Surely we can afford a few million more people without health insurance or hope of any kind to get out of the gutter, all whilst "boosting" the economy.

ALSO eventhough I have not sold a single share I will be the first one to admit that XYNY has a LONG way to go when it comes to informing its shareholders. I have found many of their releases amateurish, poorly timed and without much substance. Hiring a good PR firm would be money well spent!

Re: stalled XYNY. Thanks FF and Dave. I was more surprised by the very low volume than anything else... Anyhow, there's been a lot of small but ennerving red flags lately and I'll be curious to see how things pan out over the next few weeks.

One more thought I'd like to share. Wouldn't it be great if there were some good folks/investors who live near the Hong Kong Exchange, follow what's going on with XYNY/IGRP there AND participate in this IHUB forum? I for one think that specific info on what's REALLY happening businesswise on the Chinese side wouldn't hurt, and quite frankly I'm not so sure about that Jones character (just a gut feeling...)

Shouldn't today's XYNY news have turned the stock into something higher than .085 and the low level of activity? Is it just the MMs holding it down or is there something else? People burnt out by recent developments perhaps? FYI I haven't sold a single share, I'm just trying to understand what's going on...
