Oh really, our "meat supply is safe"? Mr. Ed, I surmise you don't have, as I do, many family members who are in the farming business AND haven't (yet) gobbled up the "science" provided to them by the Monsantos, Smithfields, USDA, etc. So may I suggest that you kindly consider picking up a book called "Mad Cowboy" at your local bookstore and read it over the holidays... It was written a few years back by a man who was right in the thick of it.

Not trying to pick a fight or influence you (hey, it's your health, not mine) but please educate yourself before spittting back such TV-fed statements!

By the way, I love meat...
