Did you ever wonder?
Who was the first person to look at a cow and say, "I think I'll squeeze these dangly things here, and drink whatever comes out?"
Who was the first person to say "See that chicken there....I'm gonna eat the next thing that comes outta it's butt."
Why do toasters always have a setting that burns the toast to a horrible crisp, which no decent human being would eat?
Why is there a light in the fridge and not in the freezer?
If Jimmy cracks corn and no one cares, why is there a song about him?
If the professor on Gilligan's Island can make a radio out of a coconut, why can't he fix a hole in a boat?
Why do people point to their wrist when asking for the time, but don't point to their crotch when they ask where the bathroom is?
Why does your OB-GYN leave the room when you get undressed if they are going to look up there anyway?
Why does Goofy stand erect while Pluto remains on all fours? They're both dogs!
What do you call male ballerinas?
If Wile E. Coyote had enough money to buy all that Acme crap, why didn't he just buy dinner?
If quizzes are quizzical, what are tests?
If corn oil is made from corn, and vegetable oil is made from vegetables, then what is baby oil made from?
If electricity comes from electrons, does morality come from morons?
Is Disney World the only people trap operated by a mouse?
Why do the Alphabet song and Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star have the same tune?
Do illiterate people get the full effect of Alphabet Soup?
Why do they call it an asteroid when it's outside the hemisphere, but call it a hemorrhoid when it's in your a**?
Did you ever notice that when you blow in a dog's face, he gets mad at you, but when you take him on a car ride, he sticks his head out the window?
Does pushing the elevator button more than once make it arrive faster?

4. Doesn't matter as long as the stock price goes up.

"I thought I heard that the OTC gave them the wrong info.."
This isn't what you posted a few days ago nor was it the official response from HRCT. Are you sure you don't want to say "funinco's dog ate it?"
Why blame the OTC? Why not just admit that they made a mistake in filing the paperwork? My point was that they have made errors in the past about accounting rules which gives us cause to check into things a little further to determine the actual effect on the top and bottom lines. Even HRCT (in their own statements) has qualified their comments by saying that it will be up to the auditors as to what might be included.
These things are important to our investment. You are not required to consider the company fundamentals but sooner or later it will cost you if you don't.

Just got off the phone with Mr. Furutani, Hrct's Attorney and he told me the same thing I read from rapall on RB..A 302 cert was inadvertently omitted from the filing..This cert has to do with the Sabanes Oxley(sp?) act..He called China very early this morning and had them fax the signatures to the SEC..They told him that the "E" should be off by tomorrow..I hope so but ya never know..At least from Hrct's side everything that can be done is done..The SEC representative told him that this has been happening quite a bit because it's a brand new procedure..Mr. F asked why no one alerted Hrct before the "E" came..They told him that since there is over 37,000 companies that they couldn't have responded quick enough to prevent it...
Oh..... and HRCT's stock price went up again.
Sex, drugs, and lies - lol.
"I think we can only go with what the company tells us in this case..."
Why not go with GAAP accounting rules? The company doesn't have the best track record when it comes to rules and regulations. Wasn't it just last week when the accountants couldn't figure out how to do a 10k filing correctly?
In, out.... in, out.... in, out - lol.
I am all for more profit.... As we have seen in the past, revenues don't mean squat. Profits on the other hand.... are everything.
I will leave it to the accountants.... We'll see on the SEC filings. Either way things are definitely looking up.
I am not an accountant but I have read the rules and it appears that 51% ownership is the deciding factor for consolidating revenues. Profits are never consolidated.
Exactly. They owned 51% of ETLK and that is the key. They only own 45% of HQ.
The share price will only hold up if the financials do.... Otherwise - well, there is a downslope to the mountain if hopes are not realized.
If you and I form a partnership whereby you own 55% of the company and we do a job that pays $100, you can't say you made $100 while I say I made $45. You will have two entities claiming to have made the same $45 when in fact that didn't happen.
It's just hype because HRCT's share of the revenue and profit isn't $125 million or $1 million.
I check on it but I think you are incorrect. I believe you have to own 51% not just control the company. The 10% proxy shares give control but HRCT still just owns 45%. I think it is the actual ownership amount that allows total consolidation of revenues.
I don't think so. They will only be able to show 45% of the revenues also.
Don't get me wrong.... These are great steps down down the right path and if HRCT is able to show a net profit on the next 10k, then it will justify rejoicing among HRCT shareholders. The actual figures are good enough compared to previous years without hyping inflated totals.
Except that you forgot to multiply your figures by .45. HRCT only owns 45% and that is all they will be able to show on thier books. And where did you get 5% annual increase from?
Actually, you are talking $56,250,000 revenues and $1,040,000 profit.
Have you been drinking?
It looks like 1,972,500 is it. Close at $0.455
Ooops, make that 50,000 shares.
You could always put in a quick order for 5000 shares - lol.
Volume 1,954,500 - 5 minutes to go
You have to be quick - lol.
