Great analysis, I'm a fan of the x files lol I believe it is either 1 or 3. I was in contact with Greg a while back and I got the impression that there was a complication with the sale of the spa within a spa. I believe that is why we have seen a delay in the filings resulting in no filings so far for quarter 2. I hope they get bought out. It wouldn't be much for someone with the cash.

I used to be able to get in contact with management pretty easy but recently I have been unsuccessful. I tried yesterday but I'm still waiting on a response from Brian or Greg. I let them know about the annual list being due today so hopefully they handle that. I will keep you updated.

Good post I appreciate the info. I am beginning to come to the conclusion that almost all CEOs are crooked on the pinks and bb stocks. Almost all the companies do the same thing, issue shares dilute them and then issue more. Don't get me wrong I still believe ido has a good product especially for a stock trading in this range but they need to find another way to finance or shareholders will be in trouble. I think the company lost their minds on this shareholders meeting and I'm hoping people use common sense when casting their votes. Gotta get back to work before the boss sees me so have a good afternoon.

I agree with you excel and I am going to try my hardest to get in touch with mr. Goldberg to discuss the plans he has for ido and the magshoe. I am at work and busy today but I will email him tonight then try and contact him on Monday after I receive a response by email. They need to have shareholders best interest in mind and not just worry about their own pockets. They have a good product but the management is not doing their job to bring shareholders value. I will let everyone know what I find out.

Thanks Good work but when I want to help people out I volunteer at nursing homes and help out unfortunate kids with big brothers of America. I don't sit on a message board and prey on peoples investments. Every one has there own choice to make when they invest their own money and others should not try and hurt them by posting the same negative things over and over. Haha but honestly ancient we've been in contact through email on a regular basis for about 4 months now on this stock. I know I'm speaking for everyone on this board when I say we really appreciate your work here. If we could vote to fire Greg and hire you as the new CEO the vote would be unanimous and I would add another 10 million shares if that happened lol. Our time is near on this one, we have a excellent team that has been very patient. We will all hopefully succeed on this one.

I agree with you on the company being quiet because they wanna be able to cash in on the run news would create here. This thing moves on air so it wouldn't be hard for them to create a buzz and get this moving. I just don't believe they want it to run at the moment. I believe they already acquired a company and have not released it due to something going on behind closed doors. We can all speculate on that but there is no way to know for sure. Are you getting back in this one for an inevitable run or are you just holding on to the small amount you have left?

Yea I've been keeping ancient updated on my share count via email. I think we should all do the same, I wish we could do snap shots so we could get a precise exact number on how many shares are available in the float. I wanna recommend to Greg to vote on a 2 for 1 forward split. I think that would get us moving big time while we wait for the acquisition. I'd like to know what you and others think about this before I do.

Hey ancient I haven't heard from you in a while. How is everything going for you? I'm here for the long term and I'm willing to wait however long it takes to get this bad boy moving. We will achieve our goal here. It is just a matter of time and patience. It could happen this week, next week or maybe in a month. Either way I'm willing to wait and see what happens. I've got 2 huge investors that play usually bigger board stocks that I have been trying to get in here with us. They said they wouldn't consider it until the volume picks up. I only own 3,277,000 shares but a very good friend owns about the same amount. We still can't total your amount though lol. I've added enough for now Ace and will add more once we start moving up or have some sustainable volume. I've got some funds cleared in my account but I think you and me own enough for the time being. All we need is 2 days of 10+ million volume and this will attract a lot investors.

I agree 1000000% with you Ace, IMO spamming the boards right now will hurt us not help us. Wait till there is volume or news to post on the boards because traders will get used to seeing the ticker symbol and if they check it they will see there is no volume and lose interest immediately. Then when news comes out they may not check it at all. Everyone just take a deep breath and relax lol, we have been doing it for months now. Hopefully we will be rewarded in the long run.

Yea Brian and him have been known to take there time when doing things. I disagree with you on taking any price you can get for your shares, that would be ludacris considering the authorized shares here unless for some reason that changes drastically. IMO patience will pay off here, there is absolutely nothing to watch at the moment. I just check in the morning before I go to work to see if news is released and if not I usually dont check it again till the end of the day.

AMSZ has 150 million authorized shares and news is expected very soon. I've been in contact with the CEO on a frequent basis. The price is still very low, do your dd and if you like it then join us. There is a good group of longs on that one. I'm also in RPPR but it might be too late for that one as it has been running recently and I got in for .0046 so I'm not really recommending RPPR but it might be a good trade if it comes down a little. If you find something else please let me know as I will probably free up some money tom.

hey Ace it took me 10 min to get filled at the ask and I only got 30,000 shares and I was trying for 500,000 shares lol. Very tightly held.

It will only take one day for it to get there when the news is released. There has been a lot of 1,000% gainers recently and I believe this will join those other companies. The share structure is built for success.

Good point but we have to find a way in which it will benefit the share price for the long term and not just create a temporary rise for it to be walked back down on no volume. We just gotta find a way to defeat this short. I'm trying to work something out and I will let Greg know and see if he replies. I don't think they have bought back any of the 10 million shares yet and if Greg will work with me along with 2 acquaintances of mine I think we can accomplish that. I have to find out if it is legal first with my lawyer and then I will go from there. I don't want to write too much here as I like to be a silent investor. IMO the shorter pays very close attention to what we say here and that's why I believe when we brought in the groups to buy in at the same time it did not work cause they were ready for it.

The thing holding me back is mainly the volume cause I already own 2.5 million shares and a close friend owns 3 million so I don't wanna own too many shares. With the volume I seen lately it would be tough to sell 4.5 million shares when I chose to. The thing that encouraged me to buy more is that I've been in contact with Greg and he has been very straight forward with me and relatively optimistic. Lol that would be like winning the lottery. What dmgm is doing is a very unusual occurrence. It's going up huge with volume. All the other stocks that go up like that have next to no volume so not many people are in it when it happens and they always go right back down. You gotta have some patience otherwise you might as well take your money and go to a casino. You'll either make it fast there or lose it all at least here it's holding it's ground until the buyers come in.

I agree I am not currently in slrw but it looks like a very good time to get in it. On the other hand I own a boat load of amsz and am looking to add more as I have been in contact with Greg on Friday. It looks like we might have some good news in the middle of the week that could really push amsz north but we will see what happens.
