Etrade accounts, I just talked to Jeff at etrade, he said there is no split and will be no split on gvrp. I ask what about the 600 shares I bought last week and he said when they start to allow trading again which should be in a day or two that I could then sell the 600 shares that I bought last week. I ask him about the pps of gvrp and what they would do about that since the pps adjusted for the split on monday morning, he said the pps would not go back where it closed on friday and all I could get for the 600 shares is what pps is trading at now, I told him that would be atotal loss. He said thats the risk I took. Would someone else that has etrde account call jeff and verify this information also. His number is 678-3197400-ext-4266. I dont see how they can get away with this.

Euthydemus, if you call Mr Williams back at etrade now he will tell you a different story now. Mr. williams has been corrected by his supervisor. Etrade will not accept orders on gvrp. None period.

Euthydemus, do you mind telling me who at etrade told you this. I was told by etrade today that they will not take a buy or sell order over the phone.

alarmguy2, no I dont think its a good deal at all. Mjet is at 0.80 pps now and with 29 to1 reverse mjet is at 23.00 pps.Plus after the reverse there will be approx. the same amount os shares as mjet has now, so take 23.00 x 28 mil. shares and you have a 712 mil. market cap. It seems a little over priced now, we shall see.

Thanks lindy, I went to the link and took another one of keatings shells that he merged and the calculations he had in the 8k after the merger worked out like I figured for mjet. If I am right there will be 28 million times 26 shares os for the new company, not concidering a reverse split. All i am trying to say is if this is correct there will be some 700 mil. shares of the new company.

8k says there are 28,122,570 shares of mjet. It also says that the current share holders of mjet will own 3.8% of the issued and os stock of the new company (antik). So if there are 28,122,570 shares of mjet now which represents only 3.8% of the new company, so how will they will have to issue to the new company to make up the other 95.8%? It takes another 26 times 3.8% to equal 100% So what I am asking is do you think there will be 26 times 28 million shares of new company.That would be one hell of a market cap if this is the case.
