PS i see nothing but waves from here.....
agreed..... Maybe not so long.... consider we are in a unique time zone where latent genetic triggers from long past appear to be opening....."the DNA timing gates,".....which I've mentioned before..... this is where acceleration occurs..... our thoughts have energetic content too.....I see the shift in both biochemical and psychological-emotional dimensions..... Why CBIS now?..... and all the endocannabinoid discoveries? I see this time as the most important biochemical acceleration since our planet began..... and looking backwards i see unending miracles of nature spinning perfection everywhere.....
Goodness gracious..... What have we done with our planet?.....

Your response is appreciated. I often feel it is difficult to have an adult conversation in America today...... especially about our most pressing problems..... we get sharp partisan rhetoric instead..... i know you appreciate the difficulty of picking one's words carefully..... Is this condition's time meant to be cosmically-ironic?..... or just simply meaningful?..... and transitional.....
At times one must soften the message before the axe parts it.....

Your comment....."There is a gigantic battle being fought here".....tends to understate the depth of FED paralysis.....as our Veteran's continue taking their own lives day by day.....blocked from legal access to MMJ protocol which is known to treat PTSD effectively.....The stakes seem high indeed.....Why is current leadership unable to help our Veteran's?.....How long will America keep waiting?

The importance of DNA timing-switches is explored in Nova's special, "What Darwin Never Knew.".....
http://video.pbs.org/video/1372073556/
Is a polished presentation.....but it does not reveal the nature of the biochemistry triggering the shift in the status of the all-important DNA timing switch.
I really enjoyed the technical quality of the presentation.....as I know you did too.....You responded to me about this NOVA show with a question....."What triggers the order to switch ? The environment ? How ?"
This concern interests me, also.....as it points toward an area of CBIS expertise.....It seems.....In looking at the function of this DNA "gate-switch" intention is allosteric in nature.....so this points toward endocannabinoids endowed with receptors to accommodate allosteric-acting phytocannabinoids found in the cannabis plant.
Or.....is there supposed to be some other sub-set of modulatory triggers at play the endocannabinoid system doesn't know anything about?.....is this a joke.....or something?.....

Former Joint Chief Chairman, Michael Mullen, sheds light on Veteran life.....discusses family stresses.....fueled by multiple deployments.....Many of our courageous soldiers return home with symptoms of PTSD.....to learn.....US law prohibits use of MMJ protocol in many States.....even though it has has been shown to be effective treatment for PTSD. Why are lawmakers hesitant to speak up?.....and do the right thing today?.....as we approach a day which venerates the noble vision of our founder's intentions.....
I watched this 4:14 tape with Michael Mullen four times.....and felt like I was hearing a new story each time.....the story appears to have many branches.....it tells a sad story about life in America.

Thanks.....I was looking for information along this line of thinking.....
http://necsi.edu/events/iccs6/viewpaper.php?id=70
The paper covers a lot of fascinating territory about free radical behavior.....
I notice how quickly a biochemical flow system can respond when I start getting leg cramps at night.....the first sip of water most often stops the cramping.....I had mentioned before the miraculous speed of neural communication with an estimated six-million chemical reactions needing to take place for us to pronounce just one syllable..... so every utterance of the term phytocannabinoid represents the flash of 36-million biochemical reactions.....No wonder some diet guru's claim talking can augment weight loss.
Just sharing a few free-flow thoughts on this same subject.....It seems.....disturbance in the flow-field of one's biochemical system might potentially trigger responses at the level of our DNA. Also.....to what extent, and at what rate do biochemical factors influence micro-magnetic electron flows on a cellular level?.....just wondering.....Also.....I wish to inquire how many of the known phytocannabinoids might be allosteric in nature? It seems.....multiple allosteric expressions might imply distinctively different steps.....in an unfolding process of potential settings concerning metabolic rate adjusters at the level of DNA.....like thermostatic adjustments turning the metabolic rate up, or down in steps.....
From Wikipedia....."Allosteric regulations are a natural example of control loops, such as feedback from downstream products or feed-forward from upstream substrates. Long-range allostery is especially important in cell signaling."[1]
At this point, I 'm starting to see heart attacks as major cramps of the heart.....Might a gulp of water be enough to rapidly restore the electro-magnetic integrity of our internal messaging network, and permit heart muscles to relax enough so the heart can start beating again?.....I wonder if a heart attack victim is able to sip water.....?.....or maybe this possibility remains untested?.....Each one of us is 75% water for a reason.....so the neural network, and vascular delivery system need to remain properly hydrated for optimal service.
Thanks for the high quality of sharing you provide this board.

The Health Care Bill appears to serve the wishes of targeted commercial interests while serving important needs for many people who could use help.....rather than nodding in a direction toward CBIS success.....It's just a sign of the times.....on one level of current domestic policy, and human consciousness.....
Doesn't it seem a bit unusual the stapler used during surgery costs more than $1,200...?.....Not when one realizes it had to be approved by the FDA in costly trials.....That's just one example.....sterile dressings at $250 each.....and so the story goes.....about regulated medical equipment.....
CBIS and the green sector will benefit a great deal when Cannabis is dropped from schedule one.....or whenever America's CEO decides to allow States to enforce their own MMJ laws.....just that alone would help CBIS a great deal.

This gives momentum a fresh face.....it's like.....How long can one conceal a lit candle under a bushel .....until its .....i want to say.....lid.....goes up in smoke.....?.....Well.....citizens of the world.....it looks like we have a new day dawning.....and then..... there is the recent WASHINGTON POST article about unfolding cannabis policy in Uruguay.....

One sees cannabis policy change in Uruguay is very forward thinking.....much in keeping with the independent visionary thinking....of our American forefathers.....whom we honor soon.....because of the courageous social precedent they placed in action as a cornerstone of America.....
Again.....one sees concrete action in this same arena of global change down in Colombia as discussed in this recent WASHINGTON POST article.....

FED Cannabis policy seems to be under pressure after a few smart people have finally looked at the math.....and.....recognized the foolishness of continued "patronage-subsidies" for global HEMP production by keeping HEMP cultivation illegal in America....And.....the irony is.....the HEMP plant flourished on American soil in the days of our forefathers.....which is to be noted.....as we near July 4, once again.....In fact, the first American flag was made of HEMP fiber.....
Why do we tend to marginalize the open-minded thinking of our greatest American heroes who would have much to say today about current MMJ, and HEMP policy?.....I can't quite get a firm grasp on what looks like a "slippery fish" of domestic policy mutations driving the reality we all see.....

"Regulatory genes, including tat, express proteins soon after infection, and are essential for virus replication, and pathogenesis."...........Which you shared in your post.....has reignited my thinking about the procedural nature of the DNA timing switches discussed in the NOVA special, "What Darwin Never Knew."
After several viewings of the presentation.....I still see no clear explanation as to.....exactly what.....is turning the DNA switch on OR off.....Something is giving the signal?.....I found no resolution or comfort with their lack of a technical explanation about the bio-chemistry involved.
So.....this whole issue about discovering the nature of the biochemistry in play.....appears to fall into the lap of CBIS research, and MISSION.....happening today.
I am hypothesizing in respect to this AIDS mystery.....a critical DNA timing switch has turned off.....setting in motion a chain of compromised biochemical expressions.....One scientist in the NOVA presentation found the precise DNA timing switch he was looking for .....therefore.....it becomes technically.....and logically possible.....for CBIS to find the appropriate DNA timing switch or switches.....to discover if there may be just one DNA timing switch breaking the entire chain of unfolding biochemistry needed to support our immune system.....It would be something.....if the key to the solution turned out to be just one DNA "MASTER timing switch".....and.....its role is mediated by the healing family of phytocannabinoids.
If not....it still looks like the functioning of our endocannabinoid system remains a crucial link in the ongoing mystery of AIDS research.
Attempt to post link to program, "What Darwin Never Knew".....the DNA switch discussions begin about an hour into the video.....

Thanks.....I appreciate the information in your post concerning recent developments toward entering the HIV TAT market.
Your closing thoughts...........
"The most interesting point I have to make is this: If they choose the right phytocannabinoids for preclinical testing, and the results concerning safety profile and other factors are positive, this very same preclinical research can be used as an argument and as evidence to support their submissions to the FDA of other medicines based on these phytocannabinoids. Hence everything is connected and the HIV avenue represents not only progress in this particular avenue, but in all phytocannabinoid-based medical avenues CBIS is pursuing. This HIV avenue simply represents an opportunity for less resistance and more collaboration in getting phytocannabinoid-based medicine accepted as safe and effective."
I wish to point out CBIS has had longstanding participation in this avenue of research. They are not chasing a trend.....they are one of its leaders.....for.....many years.....Perhaps, someone can give us a time-frame snapshot of Dr. Melamede's participation in the struggle to treat the AIDS epidemic? I imagine he first picked up the thread of this cause way back.....when the problem first emerged.....?.....his dedication to.....caring for people.....with compassion.....is evident to me.....Public opinion.....is evaluating.....and debating the nature of the MMJ protocol.....
I had noticed Dr. Melamede participates in a broad spectrum of AIDS related research, and action groups.....A nice history for the CEO of CBIS to have in light of recent developments.

You may get insight on this issue if you bother to study the history of HEMP by way of NORMALS..... "Hemp Conspiracy" document..... which has been posted here numerous times.....

Be aware that what one sees with CBIS is no more than a veneer.....patterned.....and shaped into perspective through the thought forms.....of every opinion.....and.....one may observe many.....
Do smart people really think it's a good idea to stick their neck out these days?.....Can I see a show of hands on that.....?.....Do I need to.....?
Considering the array of forces facing-off against CBIS.....is it prudent to even reveal one's face?.....The setting reminds me of the forces aligned at the inception of the Gita paradigm.....and on one side was an ocean of humanity who have come to the harvest the Mother's gifts.....while those on the other side looked as though they wished to carry much.

To put this whole issue in perspective....one must observe the authority, and nature of powerful elements working to suppress CBIS intentions.....so.....if one is able to accept this truism.....one sees how bumpy the road can be.....and.....knowing this.....why would revealing anything anything at all to the general public in terms of how CBIS is putting the package together be of any benefit to CBIS?

Dr. Melamede is a recognized world authority in the emergent field of Cannabis Science....I have been contemplating the complexity of his conceptual statements made at the recent Tucson Convention....And....they are of high caliber...no pun intended. Let's face it...Nature has designed our body to interact with cannabis for a purpose...or...we would not be seeing such convincing proof like the existence of our endogenous endocannabinoid system. The path to profits need not hinge on turning nature's miraculous gift toward purely mercenary ends. Our planetary outlook will start looking healthier when enough people agree to let Mother Nature do her job without twisting her function just to serve Mammon.

Your response is appreciated....I needed a few more minutes to clarify my points of concern.... the pinkieville reference would have been coupled with...OR CBIS.
My point is...you continue to blame CBIS as the only cause for all their delays, and apparent failures when current intelligence indicates significant "shape-shifting" in Washington which may tend to produce some results as we presently see them....I am not trying to provide broad excuses about the quality or temporal accuracy of CBIS news releases...but I am raising the issue about adversarial forces working against CBIS since your arguments do not appear to recognize the impact of contrary elements working against CBIS. It seems, our ability to have an open, and frank discussion here has its limits due to regulations.
OK...I have seen many times where you support the value of cannabis science....as you have adequately stated...
"As for hope in this science, I have clearly stated that the cannabis science/movement and what can be only discripted as irresponsible actions by this management team are two different issues."
I see the unfolding story of CBIS as definitely linked to the politics of the science...OR...why would a commercially valuable non-psychoactive plant like HEMP still be illegal?...Yeah, let's keep subsidizing the economy of China while the US flounders economically.
So...you want us to dismiss the influence of current "politics" working against CBIS? I suspect...it must be your job. And why is cannabis still listed as a schedule one drug with heroin when it has not caused a single recorded overdose death in the entire history of our planet? Do you really believe there are no controlling political forces at play here? We all know cannabis KILLS cancer...should we be celebrating, laughing, weeping, or praying for deliverance? Actually...we all need to vote at the State level to be heard.
You seem to be a highly intelligent person though I find the nature of your "unfurling logic" like a slice of Swiss cheese....with far too many holes to permit a clean cut at the object....just my opinion.
Your closing reference to Dabney doesn't quite ring a bell for me...but...I'm willing to bet he's a skeleton from the past...Oh...excuse me...Good Morning Mr. Dabney !!!...I didn't see you standing there....I'll remove my heavy foot from your aching toes as soon as possible.
You appear to be flailing wildly at the end of your post...brother....I invite you to join the cause of world healing by supporting CBIS for your own sake and that of your loved ones. Please allow yourself to reconsider your stance...at least privately...in case you are not permitted to look that direction in public.

You seem highly skilled at presenting your issues....I feel certain you make a valued employee. I encourage you to become more transparent with your documentation by providing the DATE of your evidence....as you continue to "share" through your posts....by cherry-picking a comment from a CBIS financial statement which reads...
"We are currently not in good short-term financial standing. We anticipate that we may only generate any limited revenues in the near future and we will not have enough positive internal operating cash flow until we can generate substantial revenues, which may take the next two years to fully realize"
With the proper DATE of your information source, a concerned investor can then locate the intended context of the comment. Your ability to bolster your technique of spin begins to emerge as one notes your opening sentence following the above quote....
"Yet, state in a PR they expect to make over $6 million in 2012."
My guess is you have a solid background in advertising since this technique is an effective tool to shape the mind of the reader into linking previous information with an entirely different time-frame. This approach appears to help "drive your nail of interest."
I appreciate the tight construction of your post since your next line draws my attention...to the way you operate....
"Lastly, so we ae clear as to what I have been pointing out is they're actions are misleading at best. Yes, yes, it's pinkyville."
You're stating...."they're actions are misleading"....Oh, for Pete's sake...give us a break...and look in the mirror...
Thanks, in advance, for the nice conclusion....the consumer has now digested the introductory point of your AD....I wish we could laugh together....but I suspect we will not....So now our contrasting perspectives are heading toward hope, and wishes concerning the future of CBIS, and their tangible progress or, perhaps, (NOT)....
Here comes the irony....You blame CBIS for all the foot dragging over the last four years...and dismiss entirely the fact that America's CEO has reversed his positions on MMJ policy at the same time public records indicate....comments to the effect..."the only way anything gets done in Washington these days is through backdoor diplomacy"....and...also, on public record are contributions the party gets from BIG-PHARMA...This seems to be a clear "snapshot" of today....it's just business as usual....Right?
Good gosh...it looks like CBIS can't find enough money to get in the door....Actually....I can't fully support that thought since I feel a very smart independently wealthy person is going to figure it out...on paper...someday....and make a move to heal our planet....WOW...just now, some irony of synchronicity as CNN just uttered the line..."And now Government wants to sell pot"...."More on that after these announcements"....Oh...now I see...the story is about government policy in URUGUAY in contrast to US policy, with Don Lemon interviewing Rafael Romo, Senior Latin American Affairs Editor of CNN Worldwide.
Well...anyway...you mentioned having posted the NY TIMES link about the story of backdoor diplomacy on the "Hill."....The nature of the article leads one to believe....in light of the reversal on MMJ policy we all know about...that...perhaps....America's CEO might be following a strategy of impeding "Green-Sector" progress by "balling them up" in endless regulatory red-tape, and procedural slowdowns....
Curiously....current information supports this conclusion....But you want us to believe..."Yes, yes, it's pinkyville." ....after showing everyone how today's trade-policy is shaped... according to this NY TIMES article....

Thanks...Your response is greatly appreciated. I find the potentially abusive climate for novice investors dreadful. The FEDS appear to have placed the fox in charge of the hen-house. Of course, the financial-health of America looks better on the bottom-line as a result of "exploitive regulations." ....I already said it...but my parting thoughts are seeing Stateside financial markets as a predatory tool to smooth the sharp edges of FED monetary policy. The overall disclaimer is...YOU CAN LOSE EVERYTHING...so be sure to invest whatever you can afford to lose...since the game is set to take all our money when one hands over tacit permission by playing... One finds striking resemblance in the mechanics propelling financial markets to Las Vegas games of chance...not quite by accident...so it appears.

Wayne shows a "streak of rare genius" by describing UNGS as being..."principally engaged in..." That other unnamed part is likely "Real Estate dealings" via strategic land purchases by UNGS so the boys can hang out in classy swivel chairs for the rest of their land-dealing days...if there was just some way to flush the investors out of the way...don't forget UNGS did claim to bring their infrastructure up to working condition more than a year ago so UNGS should be ready for sale...As I recall, they indicated getting minimal revenue by leasing their delivery system to another company....and they are supposed to be in a "hot-bed" of oil, and natural-gas production. One strategic land-development deal by UNGS might generate more income potential in one-year than UNGS could generate in 100 years of oil, and gas production...What about the first dilution of one-billion 400 million shares to underwrite their declared debt of 1.78 million more than a year ago when OS was less than 400,000,000? They should have banked millions on that dilution alone unless it was intended finance endless consultation fees....good thing they don't have to report it anymore...And the next hasty round of dilution at one-billion 800 million shares sealed the apparent fate of any loyal investors hoping for a serious production company.
If Wayne has a wild-card up his sleeve...it might be the sale of UNGS. They now have the luxury of sitting at the bottom of the tic chain lunching on one's forever, if they want to, while holding on to an eternal guaranteed tax-loss which pays them a generous salary for doing as little as possible.
Do I have any part of it right? Three-billion 800 million shares of UNGS valued at .0001 appears to be the modest sum of $380,000....if this is so, then how can UNGS be valued at more than five million dollars? Why sit on the asset forever just for tax write-off purposes?...Why not bank some cash, and hit the road? Hard work makes the hands dirty anyway....Wayne can now save on his soap bill. Are they really trying to buy the entirety of UNGS for a mere $380,000? It looks to me like the Real Estate deals appear to be the true focus.
If one is part of the "crew" pumping out all the so-called "fiat currency" to save the world economy from collapse then you respect, and honor all those who can make trillions of dollars vanish into thin air since it takes the harsh edge off of inflation, and currency devaluation. Does anyone feel this line of thinking holds any validity in term's of today's global economy? I'll keep my UNGS on hold for the taxman unless UNGS is sold....We all know UNGS had been on the trading block several months ago, and prior to that when UNGS announced a hoped-for closing of partial assets which would have covered the 1.78 million debt. I faintly recall someone on the board alleging the buyer appeared to be a cock-tail waitress living in a trailer park. Nothing wrong with that picture...is there? It must be legal according to the Securities Acts from the days of big Al from Chicago....1933...1936....The Safe Harbor provisions of the early Securities Acts appear to be a cozy protective umbrella to stand under... To give this spin another perspective...I recently sat next to a retired CPA who said he once handled lots of corporate returns...so when he heard my concerns...he replied, "Why do you think Congress passed the Securities Acts of 1995?....What you talk about is not supposed to happen." If I could return to the dinner table with this knowledgeable CPA, I would be asking how this apparent UNGS fiasco can happen today?
Is there a way to learn the truth with any certainty? Is it just a waiting game now? I sympathize with all those who have suffered serious losses.

I don't see the late filing issue as you do....I doubt you can find even one Corporation who finds it beneficial to reveal every single step taken while the overall game-plan, and team are being shaped. When did such a broad-based concentrated focus of intention or talent ever happen in the entire history of CBIS? To me, it looks like a "first." Am I supposed to believe what we hear and see now is no more than a repeating scenario for CBIS? I'm glad you mentioned four-years of something like "dog-paddling" delays by CBIS...and the irony is... you get credit for posting the NY TIMES article about back-door policy making two years ago. Does this look like "ethical" foot-dragging with a purpose to you? Everybody knows who has been calling all the shots for more than three years...May I suggest, CBIS results might be a reflection due to policy priorities from the "Hill."
I feel the DIVY will come when the package is wrapped and ready for delivery. The foundation for the DIVY is already set, isn't it?
I feel people should be focused on the importance of our endocannabinoid system rather than getting as you say "lost in the movement." I appreciate the concept of being lost this way...since it makes CBIS feel more like a dense forest, where some may be afraid to enter. Did you ever notice how brilliant the presentations with William Martin are?...I hope I've got the right person....He helps me realize how little I understand about the mechanics of the biological component...
And exactly why would a doctor be calling cannabis the most important vegetable on the planet? It is worth consideration for your own well-being, and that of your loved ones.
If it was your job to put together something powerful like the Miami "Dream Team," exactly how transparent would you be willing to risk along the way?....most of us know the answer...it's up to you.
Link about the value of raw-juicing cannabis below...I always notice how radiant the woman's skin is...she was supposed to be a cancer victim many years ago...give credit to RAW CANNABIS.
One can study the endocannabinoid system in tandem with the nature of the chemical signature of phytocannabinoids for hundreds of years...since the wealth of information concerning the financial, and healing updraft of MMJ protocols looks more, and Moore like the momentum one observes as a snowball continues down an endless slope of fresh moist snow. Oddly enough...one finds volunteers to stand in its path, and declare...HALT...OR, at least, slowdown...though the unfortunate outcome does tend to establish a clear picture of final words at parting.
This "Green-Sector" birth shows some real pains of live birth...then a healthy child will come....Personally...I feel the child is already here, and looking for responsible parents...perhaps, caring human beings who want the child to have optimum health, happiness, and prosperity.
States can give this gift to all their citizens while the FED refuses to deliver. We learn "The Hill" apparently functions by back-door diplomacy of the 1%...as indicated by this N.Y TIMES article I had mentioned before. Why is this important? Near the time I saw the article...there was also a soundbite of our ultimate authority commenting about how things get done... saying to the effect..."..."it's the only way anything in Washington ever gets done"... If I were a serious journalist I would love to have that "tiny-bitty-bite"...who wouldn't?...i accept some do not want to know...don't worry about it....my mother was that way too....so I have a lot of empathy with this perspective.... Dr. Bob might speculate, Let's take a look at the balance of their endocannabinoid system to evaluate biochemical deficiencies...Most investors here realize Dr. Melamede has the right solutions....CBIS still looks like a great ten-cent stock to me...no powder left to suck-up more fives....It seems, there must be a few "old-dogs" out there who can show CBIS how to find the "green pasture"....Is this the biggest unanswered question from the skeptical flock?
I just hope the entire "Green-Sector" was not subject to an off-hand policy comment like..."Oh, don't worry, I have access to so much red-tape...I can keep them all dog-paddling for another decade"...such comments would surely warm the pockets of the chosen few. I wish to know where we stand?

To become informed, one must be willing to do some research. The MusclePharm news today carries immense implications for CBIS, and the global effort to combat HIV. It's OK with me if your glass remains half-empty while mine is spilling over...though I am willing to share...or I would not be taking the time to write this response.
This information from the MusclePharm news posted today will be of great interest to serious CBIS investors. Here is a taste...I'll post the link at the end of my comments.
The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria is an international financing institution that invests the world’s money to battle disease. To date, it has committed US$19.3 billion in 144 countries to support large-scale prevention, treatment and care programs against these three diseases.
PEPFAR was launched in 2003 by President George W. Bush, and is the largest effort by any nation to combat a single disease with $18 billion dollars dedicated to fight HIV/AIDS in developing nations over the five year period of 2003-2008. In the first five years of the program, PEPFAR focused on establishing and scaling up prevention, care and treatment programs. It achieved success in expanding access to HIV prevention, care and treatment in low-resource settings.
“With Ms. Selbovitz extensive experience and assistance we plan to reach millions of people living with HIV in developing nations,” stated Dr. Roscoe Moore, former United States Surgeon General, and Chief Science Director for MusclePharm. “Participating in programs such as the Global Fund and PEPFAR and will enable MusclePharm to help counteract some of the devastating effects of HIV related nutritional deficiencies which greatly affect the immune system, as well as the growth and retention of muscle mass.”
Holy Cow!!!...Dr. Roscoe Moore happens to be the Chief Science Director for MusclePharm. CBIS better be careful if we have some kind of quirky spy-story rolling through the ranks....not even for a moment in my mind....I get the feeling something very...very...significant is brewing....I'll probably discuss this situation with my best friends first....I feel obligated to mention the great financial risks involved with securities speculation....we all know about RISK, and REWARD....quite a nice payout when one hits the nail on the head...it's an individual quest with alternate possibilities toward reaching the "golden egg."

Your post about CBIS is so clear about investor sentiment shared by many who see where CBIS is headed....I am posting your thoughts again with a bit of my commentary following...
Don't put words in my mouth, I'm saying some of the PRs are overly optimistic about future prospects of certain deals (like the older clinic PR), which is the case for most companies in their situation (and most companies that have stock on the exchange, period). And I didn't say they were designed to dump shares at all. But I don't even know why I keep responding to you, you just put words in people's mouths and bring nothing but negativity and biased interpretations. As for the anecdotal evidence, that's all they can do before FDA trials, and they do have hundreds and hundreds of peer-reviewed scientific papers to back up the cancer killing action of the plethora of cannabinoids and terpenes in their product, a small portion of which I regularly post here.
You should believe because you know who the CEO is and what he stands for, because you know the science is very sound and expansive, and the product is sound as well which can be gathered both from the science, CBIS' anecdotal evidence, Rick Simpson's anecdotal evidence and more evidence from people all over the world. Besides that they are doing everything they can to get a larger revenue-producing acquisition and a clinic for testing, alongside launching an OTC product line.
Your thoughts put a focus on what one finds here. Many see an emergent company like CBIS with the talent and collective intelligence to move the entire planet toward a sane path of natural healing which is far cheaper than modern solutions imposed through back-door "regulation." Many say the value of the cancer-fighting industry exceeds a trillion dollars a year. Do you think they want CBIS to see the light of day?....However....at a tipping point....the truth WILL reach the light of day....One finds much to indicate the message is being heard...and the States are finally waking up one-by-one when they notice Fed deception, and manipulation. States need to assert State's Rights to protect the interests of their people...and it can be accomplished by voting.
The Las Vegas Clinic deal has immense potential since it places CBIS products, and technology inside a current production facility which already has public following, and they are located in a town everyone loves to go play in.
I can imagine details about revenue entitlements might get slowed.
I value your contributions to this board, thanks.

I just want to say I feel Dr. Bray is an exceptional addition to an already impressive collective effort to move ahead with the medical , and economic benefits realized by empowering new understandings about phytocannabinoids.
Dr. Bray held various positions of responsibility at GlaxoSmithKline.
Director, Clinical Development HIV, GlaxoSmithKline, UK,
Senior Medical Strategy Head, International Medical Affairs, Glaxo Wellcome Inc, USA:
Principal Clinical Research Scientist, Antivirals, Glaxo Wellcome, UK and USA:
Senior Clinical Research Scientist, HIV, The Wellcome Foundation, UK
Dr. Bray’s extensive experience in the field of HIV drug development will compliment Cannabis Sciences’ prestigious Scientific Advisory Board as the company embarks on the research and development of a phytocannabinoid based HIV TAT inhibitor. Dr. Bray has significant expertise in clinical development and market positioning for novel drugs.
PS And your comment...
It's like playing chess..Dr Bob is the King,Dorothy Bray is the Queen ...Dr. Moe Afaneh one of the knights along with Dr. Roscoe M. Moore Jr., and I guess we are the pawns?
I say....at least....we are in the game which is where I want to be....many more agree with us on that score as time grows...Waitng for What?.... CBIS is not waiting...

Thanks, great news, and great article. One sees the momentum for broad acceptance of MMJ as effective medicine in the daily conversations of Americans. I notice increased frequency of CNN covering MMJ from a variety of angles....the endocannabinoid issue is attracting plenty of attention around the world. Contrary opinions continue fading as people learn the true facts.

The update on this news released today is very important if one pays close attention to details...
The article focuses on recent research, which demonstrated the ability of Phytocannabinoids to inhibit HIV TAT a vital function of HIV, as well as Cannabis Sciences' recently launched Cannabinoid inhibitory HIV TAT platform called CS-TATI-1.
Cannabis Science is currently the only company looking at the commercial development of a Phytocannabinoid based TAT inhibitor and we hope to understand more about the promise of CS-TATI-1 as it matures through preclinical development," stated Jeannie Wraight, Editor-in-Chief of HIV Haven.
Cannabis Science will also be pursuing other clinical research collaborations including the AIDS Clinical Trials Groups (ACTG), the Canadian AIDS Trial Network (CATN) and the European AIDS Trial Network (EATN).
HIV's ability to mutate and reproduce itself even in the presence of antiretroviral drugs, has led to a growing rate of drug resistance. Increasing drug resistance is severely limiting treatment options for HIV patients around the world, increasing direct and indirect health costs, furthering the spread of drug resistant strains of HIV and is creating a pressing need to develop new HIV drugs.
The U.S. government invests billions of dollars a year in HIV/AIDS research, treatment and care through a variety of
programs. The Ryan White CARE Act, which funds the treatment and care of people living with HIV in the U.S., totals $2.3 billion a year. Among its many other contributions to fighting HIV/AIDS globally, the U.S. provides $22.8 million annually to The U.S. Military HIV Research Program and approximately $1 billion per year to The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. Pharmaceutical sales to treat HIV equal US $10.6 billion annually. Treatment cost per patient in the U.S. for HIV antivirals alone is approximately US $15,000 a year.
