Thanks...Your response is greatly appreciated. I find the potentially abusive climate for novice investors dreadful. The FEDS appear to have placed the fox in charge of the hen-house. Of course, the financial-health of America looks better on the bottom-line as a result of "exploitive regulations." ....I already said it...but my parting thoughts are seeing Stateside financial markets as a predatory tool to smooth the sharp edges of FED monetary policy. The overall disclaimer is...YOU CAN LOSE EVERYTHING...so be sure to invest whatever you can afford to lose...since the game is set to take all our money when one hands over tacit permission by playing... One finds striking resemblance in the mechanics propelling financial markets to Las Vegas games of chance...not quite by accident...so it appears.
