EGOC...2010 Q3 Financial Statements have been posted to the EGOC website! Q4 and 2011 Q1 and Q2 are in process of being published to the site!
Go to the bottom of the page at this link, under Financial Data to view the recent uploads...
http://www.energy1corp.com/E1/About.html
CEO Ray Brown did mention in his last news post on the website that OTC has to review things submitted before publishing them to the OTC site to become CURRENT:
... we’ll post Q3-2010 thru Q2-2011 in total on this website and then upload them quarter-by-quarter to the OTC Markets website, as per the requirements. (It should be noted that OTC Markets may not post them immediately after we upload as they review material for security reasons before official clearance.)
Upon OTC Market’s upload of the financial statements, all future “Press Release” style communications will take place in the form of an actual News Wire Press Release; but all interested parties are encouraged to continue to visit this website for less formal (ie: “chatty”) company updates. (PRs charge by the number of characters, while we own the web server.

2010 Q3 Financial Statements have been posted to the EGOC website! Q4 and 2011 Q1 and Q2 are being posted right now IMO. We can't see them yet, because they are in process of being published to the site!

Ray did mention in his last news post that OTC has to review things submitted before publishing them to the OTC site, I believe that's why OTC has not been updated yet, but this shows it soon will be!

Accounting Update - 1:27AM EST
We’re pleased to report that the past-due accounting is done. There are still a couple of auditor’s notes to be completed, but we have all of the accounting for the reporting periods through Q2 2011 up-to-date (as well as being current through today, but that’s a bit premature at this point as it still a month before the quarter of Q3 2011 draws to a close). Tomorrow, we’re going to have a final run-thru with the accountant to complete the auditor’s notes and just to make sure we didn’t misplace a decimal or skip an accounting 101 lesson somewhere. (Please give us 24-36 hours to make sure everything’s right as none of us have had any real sleep in the last 3 days.) Following that, we’ll post Q3-2010 thru Q2-2011 in total on this website and then upload them quarter-by-quarter to the OTC Markets website, as per the requirements. (It should be noted that OTC Markets may not post them immediately after we upload as they review material for security reasons before official clearance.)

Great News this Morning! I agree, there are big things in the works for EGOC right now and this is only JUST THE BEGINNING!!!
Yep...MM's obviously still trying to keep this down, no worries here though.
I believe in the company, the CEO, and the product...the shorts will soon learn they are playing with fire here!
Interesting, NITE is on bid at 8 for 5,000 and also on ask at 9 for 5,000
Share Structure and TA Info posted on bottom right of this page on EGOC's website.

Good to see you on the board StockPrez!!!
EGOC is getting better each day, any day here could be a breakout!
WOW!!! Look at that base!
Nice chart Mick!
9's up, testing continuing in Middle East, financials coming soon, and PR's possible in the near future!
This stock could be a grand slam!
That's okay man...
I don't think it will be taking off Monday, LOL...
But IMO it is going to happen probably within the next month, at least up out of trip 0's and basing in mid-to-high double 0's before the real big run. I have a strong feeling there will be some PR's coming out in September regarding a middle east contract.
The CEO has been doing an outstanding job of keeping the shareholders updated on the new website, and I have a strong feeling this company is for real and the technology is for real!
Can you believe what will happen after the first contract...once other big companies start seeing what the EXHAUSTEK can do, this thing is going to catch like wildfire!!! Everybody is going green!
Yep, Ray is doing a very good job!
I'm really excited with where this company is headed now!
Ever since the launch of the new website, they have been keeping us informed and have been doing everything they can to get the product to market and get updated financials; there is now no doubt in my mind...this company is definitley for real and have state-of-the-art technology that could revolutionize the industry for diesel vehicles!
IMO, the next few months are going to be very exciting!!!
Here is the link to the news article on the website...
http://www.energy1corp.com/E1/News.html
Sounds good man...trip 8's is a steal
Get in now, because it's not going any lower...the bottom is in and we're going up from here!!
Same here mick...that was my dog's name, LOL
Middle East news pending is good, but I really like how Ray has come out and stated EGOC will be coming out with financials before the end of the month.
Either way, the news posted is all good in my mind, and I'm glad he addressed all the current issues...it definitely shows great leaps in the right direction!
Don't count on it
Ended up on the high today...
looking good, loving that news!!!

General Updates
Housekeeping Items: We’re pressing to have the Company completely up-to-date on all past due financial reporting periods - meaning, current - before the end of the month. Its a lot of work, and we’re dependent upon pushing our accountant to the limit, but its doable.
DTC on the other hand is a much more difficult beast to conquer. As you might remember, the DTC issue of our company being placed on a trade-for-trade status was discussed a little over a month ago in the CH/POV sections of this website, whereby the effects (or lack thereof) were presented along with our dedication to seeking a resolve. While it was not really news at the time, as the status had existed for sometime prior, we felt the need to address it in response to the many inquiries regarding the status. Again, we refer you to the CH/POV section regarding DTC, and offer that such status is more an inconvenience for clearing agents and broker dealers than anything else. That said, we wish to assure all those interested that we are still seeking a positive resolution. Its just not as simple as making a phone call. Many companies find themselves in this DTC status without rhyme or reason; while their some individuals and professionals that have made a business of demanding exorbitant fees to “fix it”, but without guarantee that they can or will. As before, we will keep everyone up to date as we can. There just isn’t any real progress to report at the moment.
One-Off to Mass-Scale: We’ve made considerable progress with ITE Pacific since entering into our agreement. Our gracious thanks goes to their team for coordinating massively long conference calls with dozens of participants spanning the globe, while also managing the careful distribution of materials, component specifications and translation. We look forward to initial production of select components to begin soon.
We’ve also begun more fast-paced discussions with a separate (additional) Chinese fabricator during the last week or so about additional component production (some overlapping with ITE) as well as implementing some design modifications for different applications. (See below: New Design Request) We’re very excited about this and will formally announce developments as they occur.
Middle-East Demonstrations: As announced earlier this week, a local, in-country environmental agent has made a special request for a personal demonstration of the ExhausTek. We can now confirm this to be over several days (on several types of equipment) beginning Thursday, next week.
New Design Request: We’ve begun the process to scale the design of the ExhausTek so it can be readied for retrofit on a refrigerated (“reefer”) truck. We were recently approached by a western US company to assist in their desire to bring older (pre-2007) reefer containers up to 2015 standards. It is believed that new legislation will render any reefer container made prior to 2007 scrap - especially in California. By bringing them up to current standards via retrofit, transportation companies could save significant money verses replacement. We’ll keep everyone informed as to our progress and relationship developments.

Will be coming very very soon IMO...
Now that the product has been completely sent to the Middle East for testing, I believe they will now have more time to focus on completeing financials, which shouldnt' take long IMO.
I agree, but considering how the overall markets tanked yesterday, EGOC held up pretty well IMO.
Just keep this stock on your watch list. EGOC is also currently working on updating their financials...I believe after financials have been updated and contract signed in the Middle East, we will see a PR!
EGOC...my feeling exactly!
